There are lots of things that he says that you can make a drinking game out of.
"Thats what I'm talking bout!"
"Oh my goodness!"
Ok, those are the only two I can think of right now. But add those to HHH when he says "Here's the thing" and you're drunk in 7 minutes!

Let's not forget "Here we go!" (usually said in a long drawn out manner).
Booker T is so bad on commentary he's actually good. It's very entertaining.
