Who do you think will be named the new Chief of Operations (C.O.O.) in the WWE?

Does it really matter? They will screw that up too.
But for S & G's, Mick Foley

Who do you think will be named the new Chief of Operations (C.O.O.) in the WWE? In real life, Vince is both CEO and Chairman of the Board. WWE hasn't appointed a COO since the XFL project. As majority shareholder, VKM's position is inherent and he cannot be removed from power without his willful consent. In storyline, the premise is that he 'doesn't' have majority ownership, and was voted out of power by some wayward group of corporate officers who then appointed an acting COO from with-in the board. Tripster is a legit Executive VP of Talent so he could conceivably be appointed to the position of COO. His replacement would also probably come from 'the board' (although he/she doesn't necessarily have to, someone could be hired from abroad). Unless Vince regained favor, it would most likely be either Cardboard Laurinaitis or Steph. Given current storylines, I'd go with Big J Ace...but if Steph wants on air camera time, it'll be hers for the taking!

Steph would be my guess... she hasn't been on air for a while... then they can have a whole new generation of pretend family infighting on TV.

I have to think back to when Steph was on screen a couple of times in the beginning of this whole thing and think it was for a reason. Really hope it's not John, he's alright in the sidekick role I guess but wouldn't like him in any role bigger than that. Steph probably masterminded it all after her father was ousted and is choosing father over husband. Maybe she takes control and all the wrestlers who voted no confidence in HHH will kick themselves and beg for him to step up to her and take back control of the fed. Whatever feeds HHH's ego the most is probably the safest bet and having everyone beg him to win back the COO position would serve that goal.

I'm not yet under the impression there will be a new COO. I expect HHH to come out to the ring next week to open the show, either already in his wrestling gear, or by ripping off the suit and announcing that he is "personally" going on a manhunt for whoever it is that is trying to overthrow him. He'll say he is doing it for all the wrestlers in the back, and of course all the fans he's been sucking up to the past few weeks.
Basically, HHH is going on a path of destruction (while of course getting more TV time than ever) questioning beating the piss out of every member of the RAW locker room on his way to solving this mystery.
I do however think it will eventually be revealed that CM Punk is the master mind. It will be revealed that he's been working with someone (either a McMahon or John Laurinitis) behind the scenes.

I'm wondering if there are three sides to the whole COO angle where you have HHH's side, then the John Laurinitis side w/Nash, Miz & Truth? and then for the 3rd side is the Union of Wrestlers. I don't nowhere Cena, CM Punk or Rand Orton lands in this but as of right now they to me seem like side notes for now...
