Super Luchas reports that Mexican wrestling legend Mil Mascaras will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame next year in Miami, Florida during WrestleMania 28 weekend.

As noted before, Mascaras is scheduled to be at tonight's SmackDown tapings in Mexico City. He is the uncle of WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio.

That's good news. I got to meet Mascaras and have him sign his LOW card for me earlier this year at Wrestle Reunion 5.

Not a big surprise with the show being in Miami, with his nephew doing so well, and unlike some of the outsiders who get into the HOF, he's actually wrestled for them quite a while in the 70s especially in New York (being the one who got them to change the rule about masked wrestlers there)
