I think it's even stranger that someone remembered this show, but nevertheless, the story speaks for its self. io9.com: 1987 sitcom predicts Gadaffi's deathThey got it right down to the year: 2011. Of course, they say it was in late July but still that beats Nostradamus. People have to pick apart that guy's quatrains and make them fit current events. This is right out there. Soothsaying sitcoms: Just one more reason even bad television was better in the 80s.

Reminds me a bit of Laugh-In nailing the Berlin Wall coming down in 89...20 years after they predicted it.
