i go to try to order the PDFs and it wants to charge me shipping. are they e-mailed or snail mailed. just curious.

based on my experience,they are passed to you thru your cotg/low online account..there is a section for downloads..just make sure you use the same email info when ordering that you set up your cotg-online account with..make sense?

they're emailed. Should be some way to remove it.
