Once again, I did a second trademark search and no one owns the name Demolition for wrestling or toys. Head to www.uspto.gov to do your own search.

IIRC, Jakks has put out at least two sets of Demolition figures. That have any bearing over if WWE still holds the trademark or no? I may be wrong, but I think Jakks actually makes these contacts, apart from the WWE, on their own. I'll try to post a source, but I've seen this before Yeah, I know Jakks signs the contracts. What I was saying was, does the fact that they released him under the WWE banner have any bearing on if WWE still holds the rights to the Demolition name. I think I worded that right.

There was talk of Bret Hart but the Hart's work on Hart Time so unless Bret refused it is just a matter of him getting back to Tom.

Tom had spoken with D'Lo at one point as well. I think there are quite few people who he has talked to that liked the idea but never signed on the dotted line so in the end it doesn't mean a whole ton.

If he did not get D'Lo signed then it is too late now.
