Yeah, I know Jakks signs the contracts. What I was saying was, does the fact that they released him under the WWE banner have any bearing on if WWE still holds the rights to the Demolition name.

There was talk of Bret Hart but the Hart's work on Hart Time so unless Bret refused it is just a matter of him getting back to Tom.

Tom had spoken with D'Lo at one point as well. I think there are quite few people who he has talked to that liked the idea but never signed on the dotted line so in the end it doesn't mean a whole ton.
