I would think that it's almost impossible for there to NOT be life on other planets, based on how many millions and millions of planets and other celestial bodies there are out there. And based on the distances involved, they have also probably never visited our planet.

I went with maybe. Space is infinite so we'll never know for sure and with how vast it is, the chances that there's at least one planet with life on it seems pretty likely.
But I agree that if there is, they've never been to our planet, just as we've never been to their's.

More suns than there are grains of sand on earth.
If just one in a million suns was orbited by a planet capable of sustaining life And just one in a million of those had life on it. And if one in a million of those species was intelligent.
Then, there are millions of sentient life forms out there.
