I caught a little of Impact last night and the week before. I saw Roode as champ walk out all smug like a heel as Sting confronted him. Then they showed clips of Roode holding off Sting, Hardy, Angle, Styles, and even the presence of Dixie Carter.
So now I'm asking, is he supposed to be a face or heel? He acts smug, but he gets jumped but half a dozen opponents and fights them off.
To top that, Sting's ripping Roode apart for his 'heinous actions,' while conveniently forgetting about his time with the MEM. So Roode is single-handedly (until Jarrett finally stepped in to help) is fighting off a hypocrite, a drunk, a drugee, a politician, and Styles (don't know much about him). . .
and people still boo him? What the $%?

I think Roode really is a good guy , with a bad guy attitude .

Roode is so much better as a heel, his run as a face was less effective. But being in TNA, everything is @#$%'d up, so it really doesn't seem to matter.
WWE, sign Roode quick before he ends up being one of those "hypocrites, drunks, druggies...." that TNA is riddled with!

Yeah, only in TNA is the heel the solo guy battling a group of faces with the odds stacked against him.

And for the first time in a while, I actually want to watch TNA again, mostly for Roode.
Also for Velvet Sky, but that's a completely different reason.

Roode is supposed to be the heel. I watch via Hulu and it's about a month behind.
