In the Independent Pro Wrestling Association, they have a match that they call the DASH FOR THE GOLD. It has been used once so far, and the winner Black Dragon went on to win the IPWA Television title from the "Future" Draven Cross. The DASH FOR THE GOLD match will be featured at the next IPWA show at the Merchant's Flea Market in Dayton, OH, when 6 competitors will vie for the IPWA Heavyweight title, when Shiek Uday Muhammad was forced to surrender the title when he suffered an injury to his abdomen and had to undergo surgery. He will be out for 2-3 months. The DASH FOR THE GOLD MATCH has now made its way to HEW, utilizing the "MULTI-MAN MATCH" rules devised by "sunsetflip84" on this board and slightly modified by myself to fit the basic structure of the match. If anybody knows where I can find some rules for a Fatal 4-Way, that'd work well with part 2 of the Dash For the Gold rules. The last time I ran a Dash For the Gold match, I was forced to use the Tirion Triple Threat match rules for the elimination rules part of the match and had to make a few adjustments to account for the 4th wrestler in the ring. It got a bit confusing at times, but I managed to pull it off.

That sounds really cool. I think I'll try one in my GWF to determine the no. 1 contender for the title as there is no clear cut choice at this moment.

The second DASH FOR THE GOLD MATCH in the Independent Professional Wrestling Association took place this past Saturday. The "Monster" Matt Dreez made "Big Daddy" Rog Cox tap out to a cobra clutch/body scissors combo to win the IPWA Heavyweight belt. Afterward, Rog Cox joined the Sindicate by attacking Matt, along with the Sindicate members the Assassins and Big Brotha Almighty (Rog's former and now once again Tru Thugz partner), who also joined the Sindicate at the end of the program.

I've recently made an addition to the DASH FOR THE GOLD rules, due to the fact that the last two or three times I've held the match, the final two competitors had absolutely no submission moves listed on their card either as a Level 3 Move or as a finishing move, so I added a little chart so that in the future, if a wrestler is pinned in a DFTG match, you can roll on this chart to see what the winning wrestler followed up the winning move with. If you can think of any other submission moves and you want to substitute them for the listed move, feel free to.

Very impressive work with this DFTG Match. I like the end concept of it being submission only. Thanks for sharing!

Pretty cool. I will see if I can work this into the CCW.
