Where did The Czar go??? He was one of my favorite guys in CPC. I loved him with Molotok as a team, hated it when they broke up. But I really liked the Czar.

Hmm, maybe The Czar would be better off in the GWF. Not sure if POW would fit his style. But who knows.

He was a hand-to-hand combat expert in the Russian Army, so he definitely knows his way around a mat. But remember, he wasn't a young guy when he debuted in 2113 as Kulak, so he's no spring chicken.
Haven't ruled out a return in some capacity, though.
