Shipping problems

Just got an order in the mail with PM 1 & 2 some charts and CotG Genesis. All the cards were fine but the PM booklets had small spine bends which didn't bother me. However, when it came to the Genesis booklet it looks like someone bent the package like a taco causing creases and 'severe' spine damage to the book. The little books didn't bother me and weren't bad but the $9 book has me a little peeved.

Has anyone ever had this problem and what is there that I can do about it to actually get a book in good shape? Like I said it was packed good but some dingbat doesn't know how to handle mail.

I've had similar problems recently but I will say this, Todd (and the FG Crew) care 100% about customer service. So just PM Todd (TournamentMaster) and talk to him about it. I'm sure he can come up with a solution. My LotF cards were bent in the same manner and they are currently under a heady book to see if they'll flatten out a bit. Filsinger Games should get high marks for their customer service!

Geez, I even packed it so as to minimize the chance of them bending the Genesis book. This guy must have really wanted to bend your comic.
