Insane Wrestling Championship makes its return. IWC has just reopened after being bought by the owner of Action Packed Wrestling. IWC now runs as APW’s second show on the APW boards.
What is IWC? IWC is an Indy fed based out of Long Island New York. Shows are Bi-Weekly and takes place on Sunday’s. Our show Asylum, is aired on the Internet. We have a 2 RP limit for all our shows and a 2000 word limit for Asylum and a 2500 word limit for our Super Shows with our deadline on the same day as the show. I believe that there are people who are looking for a fed like this, and with the quality of fed that APW is, we can bring that same quality to IWC.
We have 3 championships, The Inane Title which is our World Title. The Suicidal Title which is like an X-Division/Intercontinental Title and the Tap Out Title where all Tap Out Title matches will be decided in Submission matches.
IWC was first created in 2003 and closed down 6 months later. In the beginning of 2009, IWC emerged from the ashes, but closed shortly after opening. IWC has much history with APW which is why its being brought back under the APW Banner. This time, IWC reopens with a new owner, new roster and a new start. With Acton Packed Wrestling having much success in the almost 3 years its been open, it is believe that IWC can and will succeed.
The best way to describe this fed is old school ECW. If you we’re a fan of the old ECW, this fed is for you. If you hate novel RP’s, then this fed is for you. If you looking for a place to just roleplay and have fun, IWC is for you. Signed up for IWC has begun. First card is set to be posted on October 24th with the first show taking place on November 7th, allowing 2 weeks to RP for your first show.
