Season I, Show I American Legion Post #308 Reseda, California
Theme: Battle Without Honor or Humanity - Tomoyasu Hotei
Open the Freedom Gate Championship Tournament
1) Willie Mack defeated Drew Gulak with a standing moonsault in the opening match of the Open the Freedom Gate Championship Tournament. Overall, "Milk Chocolate" controlled the entire match and refused to go to the outside with Gulak. Mack set the house on fire and proved to be a pure fan favorite.
2) Joey Ryan defeated A.R. Fox with the Mustache Ride to advance in the Open the Freedom Gate Championship Tournament. Fox impressed the crowd with his aerial skill, but a suicide dive hurt him when he crashed into the guardrail. Once the "People's Choice" was back in the ring, the "Hollywood Submission Machine" was quick to finish him off.
3) Sami Callihan defeated Eddie Kingston via disqualification when "God's Middle Child" refused to bring the fight back in the ring. Callihan advanced, though not in the way he wanted. After the bell was called, Kingston snapped the "Callihan Death Machine" on the ring announcer's chair with a half-nelson suplex. Luckily, Callihan was able to get back up and walk to the back!
4) Adam Cole defeated Green Ant with the Corona Kick to finish out the first round of the Open the Freedom Gate Championship Tournament. Green Ant gave the "Panama City Playboy" everything he had, bell to bell, but Cole was truly on fire and simply wasn't going to lose!
5) Willie Mack defeated Adam Cole with the Chocolate Thunder Bomb. Mack, very determined, pounded away at Cole throughout the building! Furthermore, the "Panama City Playboy" had a cut over his left eye that painted his face crimson. In the end, Cole was still given a round of applause as he left the ring.
6) Sami Callihan defeated Joey Ryan after a suicide dive that left the "Hollywood Submission Machine" unconscious for what seemed to be eternity. Amazingly, the bloody Callihan was able to come back after Ryan dominated most of the match. Lastly, Ryan had to be helped to the back.
Open the Freedom Gate Championship Tournament
7) Willie Mack defeated Sami Callihan with a flying elbow drop to become the first ever Open the Freedom Gate Champion. Obviously hurt from the previous match, the "New Horror" couldn't get anything going. In the end, as his neck was draped over the bottom rope, Callihan was finished by a sick flying elbow drop by "Chocolate Caliente."

Wow! What a bloody affair the Open the Freedom Gate Championship Tournament was! Several guys getting busted open! Shows how much these guys wanted to win. Knowing how Eddie Kingston has a tendancy to bare a grudge, Sami Callihan might need to watch his back... Great start to Dragon Gate Americana.

Thanks, Horror and Crimson.
At five fatigue tokens a wrestler bleeds. What do you guys do/use to base bleeding?

What do you guys do/use to base bleeding? As a CHIKARA promoter, the old red stuff doesn't play much of a part on my shows. I still consider myself a Filsinger Games rookie and tbh, I haven't put any thought into using blood in my fed. Rather than say it takes 'X' amount of tokens to induce bleeding, I'll probably just use blood whenever it serves a purpose in a story line.
