Thanks for the comments everyone. That last match was one of the tournament highlights for sure. More action to come.
Bruiser Brody (15) v. Ted DiBiase (Glove) (39)
These two spent plenty of time in the same rings both in Japan and in St. Louis so the expectations were high heading into the match. DiBiase decides to jump Brody before the introductions are complete and the action goes back and forth. DiBiase catches Brody with a dropkick and then traps him in a FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK but Brody rolls DiBiase over escaping the hold (R7/P3). It is back and forth again. Brody comes on with a charge in the corner. A Bruiser Backbreaker nearly ends it (R11/P3). Brody is all over DiBiase with punches and chops. DiBiase battles back but Brody is able to again brawl his way back into control. Brody with a one handed body slam for a 2 count (R6/P4). Brody follows with a piledriver for another two count (R10/P5). The momentum goes back and forth. At one point DiBiase is backdropped to the floor in crazy looking spot. Both men unleash punches and chops on each other without mercy. DiBiase tosses a dazed Brody to the floor and the following brawl rips apart ringside. The referee lets them go. Back inside, Brody hits back to back running leg drops and hooks the leg. 1, 2, kick out (R7/P6). Brody immediately follows with a piledriver to win the war. (R4/P7).
Up next . . . Mil Mascaras (3) v Johnny Valentine (22)

Mil Mascaras (3) v Johnny Valentine (22)
The last bout of the quarterfinals pitted the perfect high flyer against one of the toughest men in the history of wrestling. Mascaras starts off with a very quick series of moves that disorient Valentine. However, Valentine comes back with elbows and forearms. Outside, Valentine runs Mascaras into the ring side rails. Valentine strikes with an ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER and nearly gets the win (R3/P1). Valentine makes a rare trip to the top of the corner and nails a deathjump cross body block that is anything but pretty and only gets a one count (R11/P2). Back to an ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER and Mascaras kicks out of cover (R11/P3). Mascaras is in trouble but manages to catch Valentine with a stiff elbow to the chin in the corner and then quickly scales the buckles for a FLYING BODYPRESS. Valentine quickly kicks out (R7/P2) and then regains control with elbows and forearms. A series of leg trips puts Mascaras back in control before the action goes outside. Both men trade blows but Valentine comes out on top. Valentine decides to try his luck with another deathjump but this time Mascaras is ready and tosses him to the mat. It is back and forth as both men are starting to ware down. Each man puts together several moves and then would be foiled by their opponent’s counter. Mascaras takes the action to the floor again and attempts a dive to the floor but Valentine catches Mascaras and rams him back first into the ring post! The fans cringe and the referee calls for the bell. Valentine is out via disqualification and Mascaras moves onto the semi-finals in controversial fashion.
Down to the final four....
Andre The Giant (1) v. Antonio Inoki (28)
Mil Mascaras (3) v Bruiser Brody (15)

That is one heck of a final four, can't wait to see who wins this. I am backing Andre. Mascaras over Valentine was a solid match despite the DQ finish. Who needs the NCAA when we have the 64 Man Legends Tournament!

Andre The Giant (1) v. Antonio Inoki (28)
Back in 2013, Inoki stunned the wrestling world by eliminating Andre The Giant via submission in the second round of the tournament. Revenge was clearly on the mind of the Giant as he made his way to the ring paying little attention to the fans. Andre had at least two days stubble and did not look happy. Andre takes immediate control of the bout with a series of dropkicks that leaves the fans breathless. A big boot to the face is a classic Andre spot and flips Inoki to the floor. Andre is out after the Japanese legend and the media from overseas are running for their lives. Inoki stands and fights and is rewarded getting the upper hand. Back inside, Inoki strikes with an ENZUIGIRI that catches the Giant flush on the chin. Spit flies and the Giant crashes to the mat. Inoki covers. 1, 2, 3 (R2/P2). Andre is burned by snake eyes for the third time in tournament history and second time by Inoki! For the first time ever, a defending champion has reached the finals.

Even thou the Boss lost, this match had a tonne of intensity. I am betting Inoki made a quick exit before the angry Giant recovered from that stunning Enzuigiri
