Card #4 08/26/2015 Hartford Civic Center Hartford, Connecticut
Match #1 Triple Crown Tournament Qualifying Match "The Magnificent" Don Muraco w/Paul Heyman vs. Johnny Valentine w/Oliver Humperdink vs. "Crippler" Ray Stevens w/Bobby Heenan Stevens entered this match still favoring his neck after last week's attack by the Dudley Boys. Muraco seemed more interested in further damaging that neck than winning the match. Valentine won by Double Countout while Muraco seemed happy to take the loss while delivering multiple Hawaiian Hammers on Stevens on the outside.
We go backstage, where Joey Styles is standing with Kevin Sullivan, who is surrounded by Luke Harper, Samu, Alofa and an unknown hooded figure. All three wrestlers are wearing collars attached to chains controlled by Sullivan. Styles: "Well, Mr. Sullivan, it seems that you and Luke Harper have buried the hatchet so to speak. How-" Sullivan snatches the mic: "Joey Styles, I went to the Master (he gestures to the hooded figure in the background) and he hung me from the Tree of Woe. He told me to build an army. An Army of Darkness to first rule the NEW and then the entire WWA! Luke Harper and the Samoan Islanders are just the first pieces. Tonight, I will recruit a mighty beast that will be the tip of the spear of this army!"
Match #2 Kevin Sullivan, Luke Harper, and the Samoan Island Tribe w/The Master vs. Karl Jaeger, Grant Anthony, Nap Rhodes, & Surge Render Sullivan and his new Army of Darkness completely destroy these four local jobbers. Sullivan pins Anthony after hanging him from the Tree of Woe and delivering the Double Foot Stomp. After the bell, all four Army of Darkness members continued their attack on Anthony, as his partners fled. They continued their brutal attack, busting him wide open, until the referee reversed the decision and disqualified them. Sullivan then set his men after the referee, who also fled to the back.
Match #3 Kazarian vs. Mike Rotundo Both men's tag partners were at ringside at the start, but after multiple interferences, both men were ejected back to the dressing room area. Rotundo gave a valiant effort (putting 4 tokens on the tag champ), but fell victim to the Fade To Black finisher. We go backstage, where we see Ray Stevens being placed in a neck brace and loaded onto an ambulance.
Match #4 The Killer Bees vs. The Blackjacks w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan The Bees win when Bunzell nails Dillon with a Killer Dropkick after tricking the ref with Masked Confusion. Mulligan dominated much of the match before tagging Dillon in, who was quickly beaten. A disgusted Mulligan storms off, with a pleading Heenan in tow. Again, the Dudleys attack, again nailing Dillon with the Hart Attack. Bubba Ray looks into the camera and says, "Hitman, Anvil; see you crybabies in February!"
Match #5 NEW TV Title Match TV Champion "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. Mr. Fuji w/Oliver Humperdink Before the match started, Heyman showed the process by which the TV Title will be defended. Each episode of Havoc, a computer program will select a randomly generated contender for the title. He points to the big screen at the top of the ramp, as images of NEW superstars randomly flash by. Tonight's challenger? Mr. Fuji! Unfortunately, Fuji never got his ring robe off, as Blassie attacked. One running kick to the chest, followed by the Southern Neckbreaker, and Blassie's first title defense is history.
Match #6 El Generico vs. Tommaso Ciampa Another quick one, Generico wins with the Spike Brainbuster. Backstage, we see Kevin Sullivan and his Army of Darkness approach NEW Champ Bruiser Brody: "Bruiser Brody! I am here to offer you a-" Brody turns and walks away, seeming to not even acknowledge Sullivan's presence. "Brody, wait, you don't understand," Sullivan continued, taking Brody by the arm. Brody looked at the hand on his elbow, and Sullivan removed it. "Brody, the Master said that together, we will-" Brody again walks away, and Sullivan grabs his arm again, only to be met with a stiff right hand! The rest of the Army of Darkness move in and Brody fights them off at first, but the numbers get the better of him, until Kurt Angle arrives with a chair and clears house! Angle and Brody stare at each other as we cut to commercial.
Match #7 "Handsome" Harley Race w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan vs. "The Nebraska Tiger Man" John Pesek This was the toughest test for Race since the tournament, but he still won handily with the Piledriver. Paul Heyman announces that tonight's previously unscheduled second main event will be Kurt Angle and Bruiser Brody against Kevin Sullivan and Luke Harper!
Match #8 "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas vs. "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt Just like in the NEW Title tournament, Atlas shocks Hack again, as this match was back and forth until he scored with a Jumping Headbutt to get the 1-2-3. Hack, in a sign of respect, shook Atlas's hand and raised it in victory.
We go backstage, where we see NEW Champ Bruiser Brody and #1 Contender Kurt Angle preparing for their match, still eying each other suspiciously. Angle breaks the silence, "Look, Brody, I didn't do that for you. I need you at your best at Brooklyn Brawl in two weeks. Tonight, you just watch my back and I'll watch yours. Then, in Brooklyn? It's every man for himself."
Match #9 Triple Crown Tournament Qualifying Match Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat vs. Mr. Saito vs. Rob Van Dam This one won match of the night honors! (Note: there were a total of 16 tokens on the three men by the end). Steamboat came out on top, pinning Saito after a butterfly suplex, while RVD was on the outside, unable to break up the pin. We now have six of the nine slots set for the Triple Crown Tournament: El Generico, Val Venis, Paul London, Matt Sydal, Johnny Valentine, and Steamboat.
Match #10 Barry Windham vs. "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels The referee, having learned his earlier lesson, banned the combatants' tag partners from ringside before this one even began. Daniels won this one almost easily with the Last Rites.
Match #11 NEW Heavyweight Champion Bruiser Brody & Kurt Angle vs. Kevin Sullivan & Luke Harper Brody and Angle were still not trusting each other throughout this match. It didn't help when Angle missed a clothesline on a ducking Sullivan, only to accidentally hit Brody. Brody and Angle still proved to be too much for the Army of Darkness, despite the fact that Sullivan and Harper used teamwork, while the only way Brody or Angle got back in the ring was through hot tags. At the end, Harper fell to the champ's Jumping Knee Drop. After the bell, the rest of the Army of Darkness charged the ring and attacked Brody and Angle. Both men cleared house and then, after tossing Harper from the ring, Angle turns around and walks into a big boot from Brody! Fade to black...

Card #5 09/02/2015 Boston Garden Boston, Massachusetts
The show starts with Paul Heyman and "The Magnificent" Don Muraco in the ring: "My name is Paul Heyman. I am the General Manager of the NEW." (Mix of boos and applause). "Bobby Heenan-I refuse to call him 'Brain'-if anybody is the brains of this operation, it's me. But Bobby Heenan and Harley Race think that they can bully me. They think that because of whatever Harley's done in the business before this means he should automatically be first in line for everything. Heenan, Race-we're doing something...N-E-W...here in the NEW. We're making people earn it. Now, I see you're 3-0 already. Well, tonight, you're going to face your toughest competition yet. This man, 'The Hawaiian Hammer' Don Muraco! The man that single-handedly turned 'Crippler' Ray Stevens into 'Crippled' Ray Stevens! Good luck staying 'handsome.'"
Match #1 London & Kendrick vs. Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito w/Oliver Humperdink This is starting to look familiar. London and Kendrick win by DQ when Fuji throws salt in London's eyes.
Match #2 Kazarian vs. Barry Windham As part of a preview for Sunday nigh's PPV, Brooklyn Brawl, one-half of the tag champs took on one-half of the challengers. Windham came out on top with a Bulldog.
Match #3 NEW TV Title Match Champion "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. Matt Sydal The computer selects Sydal, but unfortunately for him, Blassie puts him away quickly with the Southern Neckbreaker.
Match #4 Triple Crown Tournament Qualifying Match "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt vs. Blackjack Mulligan w/Bobby Heenan vs. "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas Up until this point, the majority of the Triple Crown matches have been fast-paced, high-flying contests. This one, however, was three tanks slugging it out. Mulligan eventually wins, pinning Atlas after a lariat.
Match #5 El Generico vs. Johnny Valentine w/Oliver Humperdink Comeback match of the year! Generico came back from 4 Atomic Skullcrushers as well as some interference from Humperdink, and wins with the corkscrew moonsault. (Note: Valentine put 5 tokens on Generico in the opening seconds of this match!)
Match #6 Triple Crown Tournament Qualifying Match Rob Van Dam vs. Tommaso Ciampa vs. "The Nebraska Tiger Man" John Pesek We spoke too soon. This was the comeback match of the year. Ciampa endured a Five Star Frog Splash, a Van Daminator, a Tiger Man Toehold, and three Double Wristlocks, and pinned Pesek after a Jumping Piledriver! Match #7 Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat vs. Val Venis Steamboat wins a mostly one-sided affair with the Flying Crossbody. Heyman announces that two new matches for tonight have been made, with the combatants from last week's tag team main event pairing off, the first of which starts right now!
Match #8 Kurt Angle vs. Kevin Sullivan w/Luke Harper This match spilled out on the floor and into the audience, before Angle hit the Olympic Slam. Harper broke up the count and got himself sent to the back by the referee. Angle locked in the Ankle Lock, and Sullivan struggled, but was forced to tap, giving Angle the submission win.
Match #9 "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels vs. Mike Rotundo Daniels wins with the Angel's Wings. After the bell, he continues to attack Rotundo, which brought out both men's tag partners, leading to, in commentator Gorilla Monsoon's words, "absolute pandemonium."
Match #10 "The Magnificent" Don Muraco w/Paul Heyman vs. Harley Race w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan Muraco fights back from an early piledriver to give Race his first loss since the NEW Heavyweight Tournament, pinning him after a neckbreaker.

Card #6 09/06/2015 NEW presents Brooklyn Brawl! Barclays Center Brooklyn, New York
Free Pre-PPV Match Triple Crown Tournament Qualifying Match Rob Van Dam vs. "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt vs. "The Nebraska Tiger Man" John Pesek Great triple threat match. Pesek was just no match for Hackenschmidt's strength or RVD's speed. RVD wins with a Five-Star Frog Splash on Pesek after breaking up a Russian Bear Hug. After the match, Hackenschmidt tells Pesek, "You were about to tap!" Pesek challenges Hackenschmidt to a submission match...tonight! NEW GM Paul Heyman makes the match on the spot!
The show begins with a huge pyro display and NEW announcers Gorilla Monsoon and Joey Styles running down the card, until they are interrupted by NEW GM Paul Heyman: "My name is Paul Heyman. I am the GM of the NEW. Here at the NEW, we like to keep our fans happy. So, with that in mind, let me kick off the show with a surprise bonus match: The Brisco Brothers-the REAL Brisco Brothers-squaring off against another set of brothers-Kevin and David Von Erich! There are other Briscoes and Von Erichs in the WWA, but all the good ones are here in the NEW!"
Match #1 Jack & Jerry Brisco vs. Kevin and David Von Erich This match started with handshakes all around, and was a great technical display by all four men. Former NWA World Champion Jack Brisco got the victory by making Kevin tap to the lateral guillotine.
Match #2 Triple Crown Tournament Match Johnny Valentine w/Oliver Humperdink vs. Blackjack Mulligan w/Bobby Heenan vs. Paul London Mulligan is in the finals after beating London with a lariat.
Match #3 Submission Match "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt vs. "The Nebraska Tiger Man" John Pesek Pesek fought through multiple Russian Bear Hugs and upset Hackenschmidt, trapping him in a body triangle and crossface. Hack had no choice but to tap out! After the bell, both men grudgingly shook hands in a show of respect.
Match #4 Triple Crown Tournament Match Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat vs. Tommaso Ciampa vs. Matt Sydal Steamboat advances to the finals, pinning Ciampa after a Flying Crossbody.
Match #5 NEW TV Title Match Champion "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas Blassie completely destroys Atlas, who never gets an offensive move. Blassie busts Atlas open on the outside and continues to make it worse with bites to the forehead. He finally pins him after a Southern Neckbreaker. After the bell, Blassie continues his attack on Atlas, until Ricky Steamboat and George Hackenschmidt chase him off and help Atlas out of the ring.
Match #6 Triple Crown Tournament Match Val Venis vs. El Generico vs. Rob Van Dam This was a high flying affair, with split-legged moonsaults, suicide dives, Moneyshots, corkscrew moonsaults, and Five Star Feog Splashes, all being broken up by the third man. In the end, RVD advances, pinning Venis with a rollup! The finals are now set: Mulligan vs. Steamboat vs. RVD!
Match #7 Brooklyn Street Fight "The Magnificent" Don Muraco w/Paul Heyman vs. Harley Race w/Bobby Heenan Race gets some revenge on Heyman, pinning Muraco after a Piledriver on the outside. Race and Heenan then chase Heyman to the back.
We go backstage, where Joey Styles is standing with the Brisco Brothers: "I'm here with Jack and Jerry Brisco, victorious tonight against the Von Erich brothers. Jack, what do you have to say about that?" Jack: "Well, Joey, they're a great tag team and a great couple of athletes, but we were just the better team tonight. I'm sure another night it could've got another way. But my brother Jerry and I are here for one thing: those title belts around the waists of Daniels and Kazarian. I understand we're new here and we're going to have to fight our way through all the other teams in between, but that's what we aim to do."
Match #8 Triple Crown Championship Tournament Final Blackjack Mulligan vs. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat vs. Rob Van Dam This match was dominated early by high-flying offense between The Dragon and RVD, after they double-teamed Mulligan and sent him to the outside. Steamboat kicked out of several Five-Star Frog Splashes, while RVD kicked out of three butterfly suplexes. Mulligan rejoined the match and added some brutal offense, unloading right hands, bodyslams, and lariats. The end came when RVD hit Mulligan with two Van Daminators (!) followed by a Five-Star Frog Splash to become the Triple Crown Champion!
Match #9 NEW Tag Team Championship Match Champions Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels and Kazarian) vs. The U.S. Express (Barry Windham and Mike Rotundo) This was a relatively quick match, as Daniels pinned Windham after the Angel's Wings only a few minutes into the match, while the Brooklyn fans booed, not necessarily at the outcome, but at the length of the match.
Match #10 NEW Heavyweight Championship Match Champion Bruiser Brody vs. Kurt Angle This match started out as a wrestling match but quickly degenerated to an all-out brawl. Both men brawled on the outside while the ref tried to gain control. Brody laid Angle out with a chair shot, and Kevin Sullivan and Luke Harper came down to ringside, attempting to get involved. The ref ejected them and had security remove them, but as the officials were occupied with that, a man in a purple robe jumped the rail and struck Brody with a chain several times. He busted Brody wide open and rolled him into the ring. A recovering Angle sat up and saw the bloody Brody at his feet. He hit an Olympic Slam and 1-2-kick out! Angle then pulled down his singlet straps and applied the Ankle Lock! Brody refused to tap, but passed out in the hold and Angle is the new NEW Heavyweight Champion! The show ends with Monsoon asking Styles, "Who was that in the purple robe?"

Card #7 Wednesday Night Warriors Wednesday, September 9, 2015 Knickerbocker Arena Albany, New York
The show opens with the Army of Darkness in the center of the ring: Kevin Sullivan, The Master, Luke Harper, and the mysterious purple-hooded figure. Sullivan has a mic: "Bruiser Brody! You had a chance to join us. To be the tip of the spear, to lead the charge as we take over the NEW. But you chose to mock me and spurn us. Now, this army is dedicated to the destruction of Bruiser Brody! My newest addition," points to the hooded figure as he removes his robe, "'Purple Haze' Mark Lewin! This ever growing army will destroy you, Brody, and then the NEW!"
Match #1 The Army of Darkness (Kevin Sullivan, Luke Harper, and "Purple Haze" Mark Lewin w/The Master) vs. "Easy" Eric Smith, Cam Mason, and JR Jonathan The Army of Darkness destroyed these 3 poor local jobbers. Lewin put Smith away with the Beelzebub Sleeper.
Match #2 The Von Erichs (Kevin & David) vs. Carl Wayne and Chris Wayne The Von Erichs took it to these two local jobbers, and David beat Carl by submission with the dreaded Iron Claw.
Match #3 Tommaso Ciampa vs. "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt Ciampa scores a major upset, pinning Hackenschmidt after a Project Ciampa finisher. A frustrated Hackenschmidt leaves the ring, visibly angry.
Match #4 Val Venis vs. "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas Venis controlled the majority of this match, until an angry Atlas took over. Two jumping headbutts, and a gorilla slam/splash combo later, Atlas had his hand raised in victory. We go backstage, where we see Bruiser Brody laid out on the floor clutching his ankle, after an attack by the Army of Darkness. Several of the NEW's faces, (Hackenschmidt, Generico, Steamboat, the Von Erichs) forced the Army back.
Match #5 "The Nebraska Tiger Man" John Pesek vs. El Generico Pesek puts an end to Generico's unbeaten streak, making him tap to the Tiger Man Toehold. Generico puts his hand out for a handshake and asks for a rematch as Pesek nods and shakes his hand.
Match #6 NEW TV Title Match Champion "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. Rob Van Dam This match spilled out to the floor and all over the ringside area. Blassie won with the Southern Neckbreaker, but he earned this one. Between Blassie's bites to the forehead and RVD's Van Daminators, both men were busted open. Gorilla Monsoon noted that Blassie had a huge smile on his face and a "crazy look in his eye" as he headed to the back.
Match #7 The Brisco Brothers vs. Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito w/Oliver Humperdink These two great tag teams have accounted for countless tag titles over the years, and they didn't disappoint. A great technical back-and-forth matchup, but Fuji got the better of Jerry, pinning him after a Banzai Drop. The Briscos challenged Fuji and Saito to a rematch this Saturday night on the first episode of NEW Saturday Night Slam!-a 2/3 Falls match!
Match #8 Matt Sydal vs. Harley Race w/Bobby Heenan Race dominated the match against this rising superstar, and put him away with a Piledriver. After the bell, Heenan got on the mic: "Listen up, you humanoids! There goes another ham-and-egger beaten by the best wrestler in the NEW, and all for nothing. That mental midget, Paul Heyman, has decided he's going to ignore the Heenan Family. Well, Heyman, I'm going to make it harder to ignore us. Everyone knows that your morons, those damn Dudley Boys, injured JJ Dillon, most likely ending his pro wrestling career. So, we decided to bring in someone to replace him in the Blackjacks. Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce the original Blackjacks, Blackjack Mulligan and Blackjack Lanza!" Mulligan and Lanza come to the ring and Heenan demands that a team come to the ring to fight his reunited team. The music of London & Kendrick hits and we have an impromptu match!
Match #9 The Blackjacks (Mulligan & Lanza) w/Bobby Heenan vs. London and Kendrick The Blackjacks put on a clinic in brutality, and Lanza finishes off London with the Blackjack Claw. Heenan looks into the camera: "Heyman, you don't have the Dudleys around anymore. Your days are numbered."
We go backstage, where Joey Styles is standing with Rob Van Dam, bandaged from his earlier match against Freddie Blassie: "I'm here with RVD who apparently has something to say to Freddie Blassie. Rob?" RVD: "You know what, Joey? You know I'm as laid back as it gets in wrestling, but I'm sick of Blassie and his cheating. He thinks he's the only one that can get extreme? He's about to see EXTREME."
Match #10 Johnny Valentine w/Oliver Humperdink vs. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat This match went back and forth for several minutes until a frustrated Valentine shoved the ref, earning him a DQ loss.
Match #11 NEW Heavyweight Championship Steel Cage Match Champion Kurt Angle vs. Bruiser Brody Between the Ankle Lock Sunday And tonight's attack by the Army of Darkness, a limping Brody struggled to even make it to the ring. Still, Brody showed why he was the NEW's first champion and took the fight to Angle. Brody flung Angle into the cage and raked his face in the mesh repeatedly. Angle took over with a belly-to-belly suplex off the top rope. Like a shark smelling blood in the water, Angle targeted the ankle. Brody scored a near fall after Angle missed a moonsault off the top of the cage. Brody then delivers the big boot and climbs the ropes, looking to deliver the patented Jumping Knee Drop, but his ankle wouldn't support the weight, and he fell off the turnbuckle. Angle went for the kill and applied the Ankle Lock. Brody fought valiantly and made it to the ropes, but Joey Styles reminded the home audience that there are no rope breaks in cage matches! Angle grapevined the lock and Brody had no choice but to tap. After the match, Angle put out his hand to help Brody up, as well as to shake his hand in a show of sportsmanship. Brody slapped it away, screaming, "I don't need anybody's help!" Angle shook his head, took his belt, and left. The Army of Darkness then entered the cage and again assaulted Brody as we fade to black...

Match #2 Val Venis vs. "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt Hackenschmidt finally puts a stop to his slide, winning by submission with the Russian Bear Hug. Paul Heyman comes out to announce next month's PPV, Rumble in the Bronx, Sunday, October 25, at Yankee Stadium, and promises to make more announcements about the card in the coming weeks, possibly even tonight.

Match #4 Mr. Saito w/Oliver Humperdink & Mr. Fuji vs. Jack Brisco w/Jerry Brisco Brisco put on a technical display, and got a 2 count on a rolling reverse cradle, which was broken up by the interference of Mr. Fuji. The referee ordered him to the back, but he refused to go. Jerry Brisco slapped Fuji in a headlock and dragged him off, leaving Jack and Saito to continue without interference. Jack made Saito tap to the Figure Four Leglock.
Match #5 NEW TV Title Match Champion "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. Johnny Valentine w/Oliver Humperdink These two rulebreaking brawlers were very evenly matched, and Valentine pushed Blassie to his limits, but Blassie pulled one out, pinning Valentine after multiple knee drops.
Match #6 "The Hawaiian Hammer" Don Muraco w/Paul Heyman vs. Kevin Von Erich During the match, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan and his men, the Blackjacks and Harley Race, came to ringside. They surrounded Paul Heyman menacingly, and when Muraco attempted to protect his manager, Von Erich took advantage with a flying dropkick and quickly followed up with a Flying Bodypress for the 1-2-3, winning his singles debut. The Heenan Family chased Heyman to the back with Muraco following behind. We follow the action backstage, where we see Heenan and his men about to catch up with Heyman. Just as Blackjack Lanza reaches to grab Heyman, he's nailed by a Clothesline From Hell! The APA, Bradshaw and Farooq, stand over Lanza and start to go toe-to-toe with the rest of the Heenan Family!
Match #7 Triple Crown Championship Match Champion Rob Van Dam vs. El Generico vs. "The Nebraska Tiger Man" John Pesek Match of the night! RVD successfully defends his title, pinning Pesek after a split legged moonsault. Gorilla Monsoon predicts that this will be the hardest title to hold on to, just based on the nature of triple-threat matches. (Note: Pesek had 8 tokens, Generico had 5, RVD had 4! It was anybody's match!). This truly could have gone to any of the three competitors, as Pesek had Generico firmly locked in the Double Wristlock until RVD broke it up. Pesek and Generico came close to blows after the bell, and Heyman appeared on the jumbotron, surrounded by the APA: "'Tiger Man,' El Generico, take it easy. Nobody wants to see two 'good guys' like yourselves resort to angry brawling. They want to see the comic book superhero-like masked luchador use his aerial attacks against the grizzled, tough-as-nails shooter, and his ground-based submission offense. For you two, I've come up with a way you both can showcase those skills and eventually prove whose style is superior. Starting next week, El Generico will take on 'The Nebraska Tiger Man' John Pesek in a Best of 7 series!" Both men smile and shake hands.
Match #8 Harley Race w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan vs. "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas Atlas wins by DQ when Race piledrives him on the outside. Race doesn't seem to care, looking into the camera, saying "Heyman, I'm going to do this to your whole roster, and then? Then, I'm going to do it to your men. And finally, I'm going to do it to you."
Match #9 Bruiser Brody vs. "Purple Haze" Mark Lewin w/Kevin Sullivan & The Master Another DQ, as an out-of-control Brody came in both guns blazing and got worse from there. Looking to exact some revenge for the recent attacks by the Army of Darkness, Brody got DQ'd when he struck Lewin with his chain.
Match #10 Non-Title Match NEW Tag Team Champions Bad Influence (Daniels & Kazarian) vs. London & Kendrick London & Kendrick score an upset! London pins Kazarian after an Assisted Shooting Star! Paul Heyman comes out and announces that next month's PPV, Rumble in the Bronx, has its first match and that will be a Tag Team title match: Bad Influence defending against London & Kendrick!
Match #11 Non-Title Match NEW Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle vs. Tommaso Ciampa Ciampa has been on a roll of late, winning some high-profile upsets, but he ran into the buzzsaw that is the Champion. Angle pinned him after an Olympic Slam.

Match #2 David Von Erich vs. Luke Harper w/Kevin Sullivan & The Master These two big men went at it, but Harper got the best of Von Erich, putting him away with three (!) Big Boot finishers. David was visibly frustrated after the match, as he's dropped to 1-2 in singles competition.

Before Blassie could accept, NEW GM Paul Heyman interrupted and pointed out that Blassie is the TV Champion, and must defend the TV Title on every show, and adds that the challengers are randomly selected. He adds that RVD had his shot, blew it, and now must go to the back of the line. Blassie smiled ear to ear as we cut to commercial.

Card #11 Wednesday Night Warriors September 23, 2015 Worcester Centrum Center Worcester, MA
The show opens with Paul Heyman in the ring with his bodyguards, the APA, as well as "The Hawaiian Hammer" Don Muraco: "Bobby Heenan. You had to know I was smarter than to let myself be unprotected after the Dudleys went off to defend the WWA World Tag Team Titles. The Hammer here is tough, but even he couldn't hold off Harley Race and the Blackjacks forever. Heenan, I'm the GM of the NEW-the wrestling federation based in the richest city in the world! Didn't you think the ownership here would spend whatever it took to protect their GM? The APA are the greatest bodyguards the world of pro wrestling has ever seen, as well as a damn good tag team. That's why, next month, at the Rumble in the Bronx, at Yankee Stadium," (boos from the Worcester, Massachusetts crowd), "hey, hey. Don't boo! It'll be there because we KNOW the Yankees don't need it in October!" Huge pop from the obviously anti-Yankee audience. "Anyway, the Paul Heyman 'guys,' Don Muraco and the APA, challenge the Heenan Family, Harley Race and the Blackjacks, to a six-man tag team match!"

Match #6 NEW TV Title Match TV Champion "The Hollywood Vampire" Freddie Blassie vs. Mike Rotundo Blassie continues his dominance and completely manhandles Rotundo. After several brutal trips to the ringside area, he finally tosses him back in the ring and finishes him off with the Southern Neckbreaker. He then gets that same "crazy look in his eye" according to Gorilla Monsoon, and grabs a mic: "I'm sick and tired of bouncing these pencil-neck geeks all over the ring. The only time I had any fun, the only time I had anything resembling a challenge, was against that high-flying punk, Rob Van Dam! Heyman, you make the match. Even if I have to wrestle twice in one night, I want to fight RVD in a No DQ Match!"
Match #7 Johnny Valentine w/Oliver Humperdink vs. "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas Valentine wore down the stronger man and put him away after multiple Atomic Skullcrushers.
Match #8 "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels vs. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat This match wins match of the night honors, and after multiple near-falls, Steamboat ekes one out with a Flying Crossbody. Heyman announces that a new match has been made for Rumble in the Bronx: Freddie Blassie vs. Rob Van Dam in a No Disqualification Match!
Match #9 Blackjack Mulligan w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan vs. "The Hawaiian Hammer" Don Muraco w/Paul Heyman The Heyman/Heenan feud continues, and this brawl ended with Mulligan making Muraco submit to the Clawhold. Heenan looks into the camera: "Heyman! The Heenan Family accepts!"

Card #13 Wednesday Night Warriors Wednesday, September 30, 2015
The show opens with NEW GM Paul Heyman in the center of the ring with his bodyguards, The APA: "As promised, I'm here to tell you fans of the NEW just exactly what next month's PPV, The Rumble in the Bronx, is all about. First of all, several matches have been made:" he then runs down the matches already signed: The APA and Don Muraco w/Paul Heyman vs. Harley Race and The Blackjacks w/Bobby Heenan Triple Crown Championship Match: Champion Rob Van Dam vs. TBD vs. TBD TV Title Match: Freddie Blassie vs. TBD Tag Team Title Match: Bad Influence vs. London & Kendrick
"Now, on to the double main events. Yes, double. That means two-count them-TWO main events. The first one? As you may know, the traveling WWA World Heavyweight Champion, Lou Thesz, will be here in the NEW throughout the month of October. At Rumble in the Bronx, at Yankee Stadium, Mr. Thesz will be taking on our champion, Kurt Angle-or whomever is the NEW Champion-in a two out of three falls exhibition match!" Crowd goes crazy. "And the second main event? Well, maybe I was a little on the nose with the name of the PPV, but the second main event will be a 25-man Royal Rumble, with the winner getting a future Heavyweight Title Match!" Crowd goes crazier. "As for right now, let's show what my bodyguards can do!"
Match #1 The U.S. Express vs. The APA w/Paul Heyman The APA wins when Bradshaw nails Rotundo with the Clothesline From Hell.
Match #2 "Purple Haze" Mark Lewin w/Kevin Sullivan and the Master vs. Rob Van Dam This match was a bloodbath, with hardcore tactics from both sides. RVD won with a Five Star Frog Splash. After the bell, Freddie Blassie attacks RVD. Heyman comes out: "Look. You two lunatics want to fight? Here it is: at Rumble in the Bronx, after the two of you defend your respective titles, you will meet in a No DQ Match! But, just to keep some semblance of order here until then, if either of you lay a hand on the other, or interfere with each other's matches in any way, you'll be stripped of your title and the match will not happen!"
Match #3 "The Hawaiian Hammer" Don Muraco w/Paul Heyman vs. "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas Muraco attacks Atlas before the bell and brutalizes him. Atlas never gets an offensive move in, and Muraco puts him away after a Hawaiian Hammer.

Match #7 Return Match Johnny Valentine w/Oliver Humperdink vs. "The Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt "The Russian Lion," still angry from last week's loss to, and attack by, Valentine, runs at Valentine at the bell. Valentine sidesteps him, and Hackenschmidt knocks himself out on the turnbuckle, and Valentine gets the easy 1-2-3. Valentine and Humperdink mock Hackenschmidt as they head to the back, laughing.
