House Show #18 01.05.2001 from
- Before the First Match w. Bill Apter - Bill Apter came to the ring. The fans met him with a mixed reaction. Apter said that he understands their confusion, but Crusher unfairly painted him in a bad light. When the fans found out why Crusher suddenly resigned last Monday, they will be asking Apter for his forgiveness. Apter smiles and says that he will forgive them in advance. They don't really like this attitude. He goes on to say that he was contacted by the Cosmic Disaster this morning and told that they were pulling all of their wrestlers off this show. He says that he has worked himself to the bone to pull together a good card for the fans. He "trusts" they will be appreciative.
Manimal vs. Mister X Mister X defeated Manimal with a Moonsault Match Notes: In a very rare moment, the fans see Mr. X celebrate a win. X shocks everyone by pulling out a moonsault to finish off Manimal.
Excalibur vs. George Gatton Excalibur defeated George Gatton with a Disqualification Match Notes: Gatton tried to use a foreign object, but was caught.
Rex Havoc came out to a huge roar from the crowd.
Havoc: It's nice having that monkey off my back. I followed up with the HoD office, and Philsong called Monday morning from a different cell phone than his own and told them he would leaving the HoD managerial roster immediately. All of his wrestlers were released from their contracts since they were likely signed illegally anyhow. Madison and Mike are taking some time off to fix their marriage. Sage is going to be a part of something that you will hear about tomorrow night. Rocky and I were supposed to be a part of it, but Rock disappeared after the show Monday night. We were supposed to tag up tonight, but that's not happening. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'll be taking a break myself to help him with whatever's going on.
Dick Justice vs. Rex Havoc Rex Havoc defeated Dick Justice with a KILL PREY Match Notes: Dick Justice loses his return to HoD.
Fast Money vs. The Bravado Brothers Chri$ Ca$h defeated Harlem Bravado with a Clothesline Match Notes: Money get their win back in impressive fashion.
Samuray Del Sol vs. Sage Strong Samuray Del Sol defeated Sage Strong with an Inverted Indian Deathlok Match Notes: Great match. The two men fight cleanly in this one.
BLKOUT vs. The N-Words Joker defeated Acid Jazz PP 16 with a Joker-Plex Match Notes: This match is long, but not as satisfying as the crowd was hoping for. B-Ryce "roller coaster" continues and this was one of his down matches. Jazz carried it for the N-Words.
Homicide vs. Blind Rage Homicide defeated Blind Rage with a Da Gringo Killa Match Notes: Homicide wins clean.
Shaun Ricker comes out for his match.
Ricker: All week, people have been asking me, what's next? I don't like losing anything, but, long-term, being on the losing side of that match was probably a plus. I was never a part of The Dark Menace Forces. A few folks said that it looked like Philsong had used some of his hypnosis on me, but I don't feel it. I never like Rayne or Hyde. Fortunately, this frees up Brian Cage to come back. We won't be sitting down for a beer or anything, but what happened wasn't right. Philsong was just a dick.
Shaun Ricker vs. Tommy End Shaun Ricker defeated Tommy End with a Gravy Train Match Notes: Ricker wins clean. End's slide has become the talk of the wrestling media.
Apter comes back out.
Apter: You've seen the build of the team that will be opposing The Fall tonight occur on TV and at the arenas. They've helped each other on the sly, if you will, but tonight they will come out as a team for the first time. HoD fans, meet Andy Dalton, Donovan Dijak, and Joey Daddiego, 3D!!!
The fans aren't as receptive to 3D as Apter thought they might have been. The Fall come out next.
Tyler Black: Wow, Bill, you seem upset that people didn't go wild for this new team. Did you forget exactly who they are? The only reason they're a team is because they all hate the company that pays your bills. Not a bunch of guys the company spokesman should be touting as the next big thing.
Dalton: Shut up, Black. We are the next big thing. Your thunder's being stolen and you hate it.
Necro: No team with Joey Daddy-whatever on it is going to be the next big anything. You and Dijak maybe, but this guy?
Daddiego: I'm going to have shut your mouth Butcher.
Necro: Better men than you have tried, little man.
Apter: Both of you, stand down. Maybe I got a little overenthusiastic. As you will learn tomorrow night, none of this may matter very soon.
Dalton: What's that supposed to mean?
Tyler Black and The Fall vs. Double D Demolition Co. and Andy Dalton Joey Daddiego defeated Jimmy Jacobs with a Death Valley Driver Match Notes: Joey Daddiego makes Necro eat his words as 3D pick up the win. JD throws Jacobs hard into the guardrail twice while Dijak and Dalton are fighting Black and Necro. He then tosses him in the ring and hits the Death Valley Driver for the pin. To their credit, 3D say nothing as they leave the stunned members of the Fall in the middle of the ring.

Heart of Dixie Episode 41 01.06.2001 from
- Introducing THE CRUSADE! - HoD fans, this opening segment is going to be a bit longer than normal. There will be plenty of wrestling action on today’s show, but there’s a lot to be said first. Let’s go back to the end of last Monday’s “Crashing the Party” event. After the Cage of Death, an obviously agitated Crusher came to the ring and abruptly resigned as commissioner. This caught all of us off guard. He and I met Monday morning, and I found out the rest of the story. If you will recall way back at “Hell Comes to Dixie,” in October, I saved HoD by giving control to Ultramantis Black and The Cosmic Disaster. I was later unfairly punished for this, although I’m not angry at my mistreatment. Crusher did what he felt was right, as short-sighted as it was. The reason I did what I did was the contents of a briefcase that Ultramantis Black showed me. What I saw was dangerous to the existence of this promotion, and I care too deeply about it to just let it die. During “Crashing the Party,” Crusher received an e-mail from an unknown source. The contents of that e-mail were scans of the files that I had seen in the briefcase. The sender demanded Crusher resign immediately or the documents would be released. He gave in quicker than I did…. Just saying. Jump forward a few hours, and Ultramantis Black, Lord Zoltan, and Kevin Sullivan show up at HoD’s office demanding a meeting. They have a laptop with them, and via this laptop, they introduce me to their benefactor, a man calling himself ShadowHeart. The link to this ShadowHeart was a live link, and he alone spoke for The Cosmic Disaster. The feed was obviously being manipulated, as I couldn’t get a clear look at his face and his voice had an odd inflection. ShadowHeart claimed to have orchestrated much of what had gone on in HoD since the beginning. I have my doubts, but he’s definitely been a presence since “Hell Comes to Dixie.” As is often the case in pro wrestling in situations such as these, ShadowHeart’s goal is to control HoD. In this case, he wants control to extend to ownership. To conclude this introduction, I’ll sum it up this way. ShadowHeart has essentially blackmailed HoD’s ownership, using the aforementioned documents, into agreeing to what I’m about tell you. First off, let me bring out Ultramantis Black. Mantis, The Crusade begins with tonight’s show. UMB: You are correct Bill Apter. I will offer my condolences now, as when this is over and The Cosmic Disaster stand supreme atop HoD, you will be too insignificant upon which to waste words. We should probably talk slow and use small words when explaining The Crusade to the idiot fans. Apter: You’re a jerk, Mantis. Fans, this man does not speak for HoD, and if my wrestlers have anything to say about it, he never will. UMB: Your wrestlers are losers, Apter. Listen simpletons, this is what the Crusade is all about. It will be a team competition between Team HoD, which is calling itself The Heart Attack, and ShadowHeart’s Cosmic Disaster. Apter: ShadowHeart’s Cosmic Disaster? So you admit you’re his stooge. UMB: We are an intricate unit, Apter. You could never grasp the complexities of The Cosmic Disaster. Now, shut up. Each team will have 11 singles wrestlers and 3 teams. One of the singles wrestler will be female. Once the teams are announced, the rosters are locked. Nobody quits, nobody joins later, no changes. If someone is injured, too bad. Only the official teams may wrestle traditional tag matches, but any combination is allowed for trios and larger. Only participants in the Crusade may challenge for titles. We will announce more on this later. Apter: Points will be awarded for wins. 3 points for a pinfall, submission, or for a win via a stipulation such as climbing a ladder in a ladder match. In a DQ or countout situation, the winning team gets two points and the losing team gets one. This is definitely going to benefit The Cosmic Disaster as… UMB: Watch your words, Apter. Apter: I digressed. The Crusade will continue until Saturday night, April 12th, at a special edition of HoD TV called DixieSlam 2. That night will end with HoD back to normal, or in the hands of ShadowHeart. UMB: We will be celebrating long before then. The outcome will be evident very quickly. The last few matches will be mere formalities. In fact, I expect HoD to concede well in advance of that date. Apter: Dream on, Mantis. Now, let’s conclude this by revealing the rosters and getting to the action. I will announce The Heart Attack. Wrestlers, please enter and move to the appropriate side of the stage as I call your name. HoD Champion, Tyler Black One-half of the HoD tag champions, Ultramantis Black, is already present Former HoD Champion, Scorpio Sky The other half of the HoD tag champions, Lord Zoltan. Petey Williams Kevin Sullivan Homicide Sabu Eddie Kingston Missing Link MASADA Frightmare Tommy End Sick Nick Mondo Sage Strong Delirious Returning to HoD after being liberated from The Dark Menace banishment, Brian Cage Debuting for The Cosmic Disaster, Kobold Debuting for The Heart Attack, Bulldozer Matt Tremont Also debuting for The Cosmic Disaster, the Swamp Monster. What the hell is that thing?
UMB: He’s your doom, Apter. Just say the names.
Apter: All right. How does that thing get paid? Anyhow, here are the tag teams
Jimmy Jacobs and Necro Butcher, The Fall Psycho and Killer, The Texas Hangmen Joker and Ruckus, BLKOUT The Shard and 17, Broken Souls Hanson and Rowe, War Machine And making their debut for the Cosmic Disaster, Kodama and Obariyon, The Batiri. Your guys keep getting weirder Mantis. Finally, the female wrestler for The Cosmic Disaster, Jessicka Havok. Now, The Heart Attack’s female wrestlers is Laura Phoenix, who hasn’t been heard from in a week. We will have to delay booking ladies’ matches…
UMB: Wrong. Miss Havok will be booked just like everyone else. If your female representative no-shows, then Miss Havok will be awarded one point.
Apter: That’s not fair.
UMB: Stop crying and deal with it. The problem is your’s.
Suddenly, a commotion breaks out on the Heart Attack’s side. MASADA and Matt Tremont are fighting.
UMB: Trouble already, Apter.
War Machine pull the battling teammates apart.
MASADA: Stupid move hiring this clown, Apter. This douchebag will cost us more points than he ever earns.
Tremont: Hey, Billy knew he needed someone to pick up your slack, asshat.
Apter: Gentlemen, stop. I told you two to get along. When this is over, I’ll sign all the matches the two of you want with each other.
UMB: No, you won’t. They will be unemployed, like everyone else in that collection of has been and never was’.
Tyler Black: Bill, you knew these two didn’t get along? Sometimes, I think Crusher was dead-on about you.
Tremont: Calm down, Ty. Tell him to keep his hands to himself and I won’t bother him.
Tyler Black: Ty? Nobody calls me that.
Tremont: Get over yourself.
UMB: Watching your team implode on day one has been an unexpected surprise. Cosmic Disaster, let us depart.
Apter: Heart Attack, try not to kill each other, ok?
Dick Justice vs. Blind Rage Blind Rage defeated Dick Justice with a Disqualification Match Notes: Basic opening match. The normally rule-abiding Justice continues his unusual knack for getting disqualified a lot as a member of the HoD roster. - The rest of HoD during The Crusade - During this segment, Solie talks about the rest of HoD exclusive of the teams and wrestlers involved in The Crusade.
The HoD roster, as a whole, is locked until April 12th. The following wrestlers and teams are considered part of the HoD roster.
Shaun Ricker Blind Rage Excalibur Samuray Del Sol Dick Justice BLK JEEZ The Bravado Brothers Fast Money 3D- Andy Dalton, Donovan Dijak. and Joey Daddiego The N-Words - B Ryce and Acid Jazz
There are no restrictions on how this group of wrestlers will be booked aside from being ineligible for title matches.
The N-Words vs. The Bravado Brothers Acid Jazz PP 16 defeated Harlem Bravado with a Countout Match Notes: A long match with a frustrating ending. The crowd was booing both teams hard by the end.
- Crusade Match - Matt Tremont vs. Swamp Monster Matt Tremont defeated Swamp Monster with a Headbutt w/ Light Tube Match Notes: The first Crusade match sees The Heart Attack take a 3-0 lead. Tremont goes under the ring and pulls out a box of light tubes. The ref gets the box away, but Tremont keeps one. He used it as the ref is distracted by what to do with all the other light tubes and blasts SM hard.
HA-3 CD-0
Tremont grabs a mic. "Hey, MASADA, see if you can keep up."
- Crusade Match - The Fall vs. Texas Hangmen Killer defeated Jimmy Jacobs with a Bulldog Match Notes: Jacobs spent most of the match isolated, and took a hard beating from the Hangmen.
HA-3 CD-3
- Crusade Match - Homicide vs. Sick Nick Mondo Sick Nick Mondo defeated Homicide with a Disqualification Match Notes: A bell-to-bell brawl that saw very little action in the ring.

Heart of Dixie Episode 42 01.13.2001 from
- Opener in the ring with Ultramantis Black - We open with Jessica Havok and Ultramantis Black in the ring.
UMB: Referee, both participants have been announced and Miss Phoenix is nowhere to be found. Please execute a 20-count.
The ref did just that, and Laura Phoenix did not come out. He called for the bell and Jeremy Borash declared Jessicka Havok winner by forfeit.
- Crusade Match - Jessicka Havok vs. Laura Phoenix Jessicka Havok defeated Laura Phoenix with a Forfeit Match Notes: CD-6 HA-4
UMB: Easiest point we will get all day. Thank you my dear, please return to the back. Now, for all you HoD fans whining about how that isn't fair, too bad. Maybe next time your heroic team shouldn't draft a wrestler who is persona non grata. We shall not discuss this again. As part of the arrangement to set up The Crusade, I have been given announcing authority. You should've seen Bischoff and Solie crying. It was beautiful. My first major duty as announcer is to tell you about the Boss' Birthday Bash, a house show to be held on January 30th. The "boss" mentioned in the show's title is the owner of HoD, a man of which little is known. He goes only by the initials "RB." Somebody is HoD found out his date of birth, and they've decided to hold a card in his honor. The man has no honor as you shall all soon find out, courtesy of my own benefactor, ShadowHeart. Why HoD would choose to celebrate the life of this miserable human being escapes all of us associated with the Cosmic Disaster. "RB" is a temporary owner, as he will be signing over HoD to ShadowHeart lock, stock, and barrel when we are declared the winner of The Crusade on April 12th at DixieSlam 2. ShadowHeart has decided to give "RB" a present on the 30th. On this date, ShadowHeart will reveal something about the contents of the briefcase and the e-mails that cause Bill Apter and The Crusher such terror. He won't reveal enough to hurt his upper hand, but just enough to let the HoD fans know what kind of person the owner of their beloved company truly is. Who knows? Some of you may wish to switch your allegiance. Please don't bother. We hate each and every one of you. Before we continue with the show, I do want to mention the double main event that night on January 30th. Tyler Black will defend the HoD championship against, and lose the title to, Kevin Sullivan. Additionally, Lord Zoltan and myself will successfully defend the HoD tag titles against War Machine-
With that, War Machine's music sounded. They were in the ring and almost on top of UMB before he slid out and fled. Stu Stone joined them and led the crowd in a chant of "War Machine, War Machine."
Double D Demolition Co. vs. The Bravado Brothers Joey Daddiego defeated Lancelot Bravado with a Texas Cloverleaf Match Notes: Double D get the win in fairly convincing fashion.
They remain in the ring and are joined by Andy Dalton.
Dalton: HoD spoiled our announcement last when they called us 3D. It's not a fancy name, but we're not a fancy team. When we realized the direction this whole HoD vs. The Cosmic Tools was taking, we thought it best to work together ourselves. It's harder to ignore 3 people making noise than one.
Dijak: Sorry, Dirty, but I gotta say this. SCREW YOU, HOD AND SCREW YOU, COSMIC DISASTER. I'm more pissed at HoD and that idiot Apter. If they weren't such total wusses, this Crusade crap wouldn't be a thing and this fed wouldn't be such a mess. How dare you declare the three of us filler. How dare you declare us ineligible for your little tin belts because we weren't invited to your game. The only reason we're still here is because we want to make somebody pay for this treatment. The cowards on both sides of the Crusade won't even sign matches with us, so we will wait till April 12th. I don't care who wins this stupid game, 3D is getting payback on both sides.
Shaun Ricker vs. Andy Dalton Shaun Ricker defeated Andy Dalton with a Disqualification Match Notes: Ricker gets the win when Double D Demo interfere.
- Crusade Match - BLKOUT vs. The Batiri Ruckus defeated Kodama with a Leap of Faith Match Notes: BLKOUT picks up 3 points for the Heart Attack.
HA-7 CD-6
- Crusade Match - Brian Cage vs. Kobald SE Kobald SE defeated Brian Cage with a Demon's Toilet Match Notes: Brian Cage ring rust was showing as loses what most considered an upset to Kobold.
CD-9 HA-7
- Crusade Match - Tyler Black , Petey Williams, and Eddie Kingston vs. Delirious, Sabu, and Frightmare Petey Williams defeated Delirious with a Disqualification Match Notes: The DQ comes when Kobold and the Batiri interfere to protect Delirious. The 1 they gain in the DQ loss puts them ahead by 1 in The Crusade.

Heart of Dixie Episode 43 01.20.2001 from
- Opener - We open with Eric Bischoff and Ultramantis Black in the ring.
Bischoff: You're not supposed to be out here this week.
UMB: Who is going to stop me? You? Apter? I will now introduce, opening the program for the second week in a row, from the Cosmic Disaster, Jessica Havok
Bischoff: So now you're a ring announcer, too?
UMB: I am whatever it pleases me to be. Deal with it.
Jessica Havok comes to the ring.
UMB: Borash, do your job.
Jeremy Borash announces Laura Phoenix, who doesn't come out.
UMB: As expected, the Heart Attack's rep shows no guts. Ref, please count Miss Phoenix out and award the point.
The ref does so, and calls for the bell.
- Eddie Kingston and Ultramantis Black - UMB: Once again, Miss Havok, I thank you for all your hard work.
Bischoff: Hard work my-
Eddie Kingston's music hits and he comes to the ring. Havok hides behind UMB, playing a mock "damsel in distress."'
Kingston: I believe you were going to say "ass," E. A word that not only describes this situation, but everyone involved Mantis' little club. You're all a bunch of horses' asses. Black, and you're the most rotten ass of them all. The deal with this skank hiding behind you is going to stop.
UMB: It will stop when your female representative honors her commitments.
Kingston: How Apter let us get stuck with a broad that nobody know anything about except her long-gone manager is beyond me. I'll fight that freaky witch myself, now move.
Havok appears to plead with UMB.
UMB: Don't worry, Jessica. Ref, please tell Kingston that HoD, unlike our previous employer, doesn't sanction intergender matches.
Kingston: I already know it. I didn't like them with that other fed, but they forced my hand. The point is this stops now. You will not continue to get free points because our "leader" may be an idiot.
UMB: As long as Laura-
Kingston: Don't say that name, again. Here's the deal. You try and pull this next week, and it won't end the same. That's a fact. I'm out.
As Kingston turned to leave, Jessica Havok ran and jumped on his back. She gave him a series of short headbutts with her gas mask, and then dropped off. Kingston staggered around and then fell out of the ring.
Jessica: He did say he was out. He just didn't know how much.
Sick Nick Mondo comes to the ring.
Mondo: If Kingston wants a match so bad, I will give him one.
Jessica Havok goes and rings the bell. Mondo throws Kingston in the ring.
UMB: Ref, if you value your continued employment under ShadowHeart's control, I suggest you treat this as match.
Eddie Kingston vs. Sick Nick Mondo Eddie Kingston defeated Sick Nick Mondo with a Disqualification Match Notes: Mondo works over the downed Kingston for a while, but Eddie does come back. During an outside the ring brawl, Kingston grabs Havok and Irish Whips her into Mondo. The two of the end up in a compromising position which draws a laugh from the crowd. The match continues, and the ref calls for a DQ when Havok interferes.
Kingston: Not sure how you can have a DQ in a non-sanctioned match, but I will take the two points.
UMB: Actually, Kingston, being unsanctioned, that match wasn't worth any points. Your team is so pathetic, even when you win you lose. Cosmic Disaster, let us retire to our quarters for a team meeting.
- BLK JEEZ and The N-Words - Eric Bischoff is in an interview set with BLK JEEZ.
Bischoff: JEEZ, a lot has happened since you were temporarily banished way back in October. The banishment was lifted early, for what it's worth, with ShadowHeart's permssion.
JEEZ: It ain't worth a damn since I guess this Shadow guy is the reason I was banished in the first place. I showed up at that card to team with Homicide against two other pain-in-the-ass teams. I'm there ten minutes and somebody tells me that my 'Cide's been moved and I'm now in a singles' 3-way. Oh, yea, guy who loses gets banished. WTF? I get screwed over and lose. Then, while I'm gone, all Hell breaks lose. Cide's teaming with those idiots in BLKOUT, who suddenly everybody like all of the sudden. Like I said...WTF is going on around here. Poor old JEEZ is left out in the cold.
At this point, The N-Words enter the set. JEEZ looks ready for a fight.
Jaz: Chill, JEEZ, we just wanna talk.
JEEZ: Got nothing to say to you.
Jaz: You said yourself that a lot's changed since you were run off. What happened to you was bs. You know that guys like us don't even really count until this Crusade crap is over with. We might as well stick together. Let's talk about it.
JEEZ: Nothing to talk about, Jaz. You ain't so bad, but I want nothing to do with this green punk right here.
Jaz: Hold on, Ryce. He's just talking smack.
JEEZ: He's right, Ryce, and I'm about to lay down some smack on you if you don't get off my promo...hell, I'm done. E, you can talk to these clowns. I gotta go beat Dick Justice.
Jaz: He will be back. You can bet on it.
BLK Jeez vs. Dick Justice Dick Justice defeated BLK Jeez with a Leg Freedom Ring Match Notes: Justice picks up a clean win over JEEZ, who is left stunned.
The Masked Marvels vs. The Bravado Brothers Samuray Del Sol defeated Lancelot Bravado with a Del Sol Driver Match Notes: The Marvels team for the first time in a long while, but still look fantastic. The Bravados don't make for an easy win by any means, but MMs come out on top.
- Crusade Match - Swamp Monster vs. Tommy End Swamp Monster defeated Tommy End with a Top Rope Double Foot Stomp Match Notes: End appears to take the bizarre Swamp Monster too lightly.
CD-24 HA-23
- Crusade Match - BLKOUT and Homicide vs. Kobald SE and The Batiri Ruckus defeated Kobald SE with a Dream Sequence Match Notes: Kobald's run of success comes to an end when he takes the pinfall in this match.
HA-26 CD-24
- Bill Apter - Apter: I just want to say one thing. Without naming names, I would like to suggest that members of the Heart Attack refrain from making negative comments about me. First off, I am your boss. It's that simple. Any decisions that I make are above your likes and dislikes, and your opinion is irrelevant. I've also had several personal insults directed my way, referencing my supposed lack of courage of intelligence. If the situation were different, there would've been some fines and suspensions handed down. I have a long memory. This Crusade won't last forever. If you guys do your part and win this deal, things will return to normal. Sometimes, I'm not so sure we will ever see normal again, though. Some of you need to step it up.
- No Disqualification Crusade Match - Sage Strong vs. Missing Link Missing Link defeated Sage Strong with a Link Body Slam Match Notes: The Link get the win. Bill Apter, who had remained at ringside with Solie during commentary, enters the ring and chastises Strong for the loss.
CD-27 HA-26
- Non-Title Crusade Match - Tyler Black vs. Frightmare Tyler Black defeated Frightmare with a Disqualification Match Notes: This show ends with the two teams tied at 28 when Frightmare is DQd after much of the Cosmic Disaster attacks the ring. Members of The Heart Attack come to Black's aid, and a brawl ensues. In the ring, Sullivan destroys Black with his Double Foot Stomp finisher as Sabu and the Link stand guard. After hitting the move, Sullivan leaves the ring and grabs the HoD title off the table. He cheapshots a couple of Heart Attack Members as he calls a general retreat and the Cosmic Disaster follow him to the back.

Heart of Dixie Episode 44 01.27.2001 from
- Changing the Rules - We open the show the same way for the third week in a row. Ultramantis Black and Jessica Havok are in the ring for a match that everyone knows won't take place. As always, The Cosmic Disaster is awarded one point. Like last week, Eddie Kingston comes out. Jessica Havok makes a lascivious comment about how Eddie must enjoy a woman hurting him. He replies that if he did, he wouldn't get any satisfaction from anyone in this ring. Kingston continues by saying that the rules will change or The Crusade is off. ShadowHeart better agree to it. UMB says that rules are set, and asks why the Heart Attack would abandon the Crusade since it would mean the loss of HoD. Kingston answers by saying that even though he and the boys love what they have at HoD, and would prefer to remain working here, there are other places they can go. Nobody will be unemployed long. That aside, the boys in the Heart Attack are sick of watching Black's smug face every week when his team gets a free point. UMB starts to speak, and Kingston tells him that if he says "that's your problem." or anything close, he's going to backfist Black so hard he will have to adjust his mask to take a crap. Black asks what the Heart Attack is proposing. Kingston says that he would like to introduce some friends of his. Leva Bates, LuFisto, and Saturyne join him. Kingston says that all three of this women will replace Laura Phoenix, period. Tomorrow night at the Boss' Birthday Bash, there's going to be an elimination match between these three women and Jessica Havok. Havok is welcome to bring one or two partners if she can find anyone who can stand her. The three points that the Cosmic Disaster have been unethically awarded are on the line, and the winning team gets a point for each of the three members who survives the match. Kingston says those are terms, and they are non-negotiable. Black says ShadowHeart will never agree to it. Kingston says that he will give UMB some incentive to encourage ShadowHeart to do just that. He sets up for his backfist, but Black pulls Havok in the way. She gets clobbered. UMB tries to escape but the women cut him off. Lord Zoltan shows up and UMB escapes in the distraction. Kingston points at the recovering Havok. He sets up for the Sliding D and then stops. He motions at the three ladies. LuFisto uses the Burning Hammer, Bates uses the Pepsi Plunge, and Saturyne finishes her off by locking in the Riongs of Saturn. Kingston calls out to ShadowHeart and tells him that the Heart Attack isn't going to let him dictate terms any more.
Dick Justice vs. BLK Jeez Dick Justice defeated BLK Jeez with a Disqualification Match Notes: When JEEZ gets in trouble, The N-Words hit the ring for the DQ. He looks annoyed at them for interfering. They work over Justice, and then hold him up for JEEZ. JEEZ thinks a second and then walks off. After he leaves, they drop Justice and grab a mic. Jazz calls out JEEZ and says that he really needs them. They know he's just going through a bad patch in his life, but he lost last week to Damn Dick Justice. This week, he almost lost again. Well, he did, but he was about to get pinned by Damn Dick Justice. Jaz tells him to call them and they will help him get things back on track.
Joey Daddiego vs. Excalibur Excalibur defeated Joey Daddiego with a Camel Clutch Match Notes: Excalibur gets the win. Andy Dalton and Donovan Dijak show up. They let Excalibur know that they aren't here to mess with him...yet. Dalton said that 3D have been talking with all the other guys not involved in the Crusade..well, except for Dick Justice because nobody likes him. All the guys who are worth a damn have been talking, and they are calling themselves the "Outsiders." This doesn't mean they're a big group or anything, as most of them don't really like each other. They got along long enough to come up with this plan. They're inventing a new belt that only "Outsiders" can challenge for. They call it the "Outsiders" championships. There won't be any belts or anything, so it will be just be something you can say about yourself. Wrestling is about titles, and it's bs that this Crusade locks them out of the official titles. The "Outsiders" championship is going to be decided by a tournament with himself, Shaun Ricker, BLK JEEZ, and Blind Rage. The Tag Tournament will be Double D, The N-Words, and Fast Money. The 4th team was going to be the Bravados, but Dalton said he's announcing now that since The Masked Marvels beat the Bravados last week, they get the 4th spot in the tournament. The tournament will start tomorrow night at the Boss' Birthday Bash. Before he could finish, The Bravados were in the ring. They didn't get much complaining in before Double D laid them out.

Sabu grabs the HoD title and takes off with it before anyone from the Heart Attack can reclaim it. After the dust settles, Tyler Black announces that the guest timekeeper for his title match tomorrow night will be none other than Joey Ryan. He says Joey's still got a long road to recovery ahead of him due to the injuries inflicted by The Cosmic Disaster. Ryan's pledged to do whatever it takes to make sure the title goes home with the Heart Attack. Sullivan comes back out to the entrance. He tells Black that he's glad Ryan's there. It will give the Cosmic Disaster a chance to destroy his other leg. He tells Black to bring as many crippled guest-whoevers he wants. Sullivan says he's leaving the Bash with this title still around his waist, and this time he will be the rightful owner. He says that he will sleep well knowing Black can't even took one long, last look at the title before losing it. He says Black really shouldn't be so careless with his valuables.

- ShadowHeart Speaks - As soon as the ring cleared, the arena went completely black. Then, the video screens lit up with an image slowly coming into focus. It was a man sitting in a high back, overstuffed armchair. He was next to a huge fireplace, and there was a brandy on a table next to him. What could be seen of the room itself looked very large as well, as if he were in a mansion or castle. His face never came completely into focus, so it wasn't possible to distinguish what he looked like. He took a sip from the brandy and then spoke.
Greeting, wrestling fans, as you may have guessed, I am the man they are calling ShadowHeart. Not my real name, obviously, but more of a title. To be blunt, it describes my mission. I want to cast Heart of Dixie wrestling into darkness. If you look around as much as the camera will allow, you can tell that I'm quite wealthy. Why does a man of my means choose to focus so many resources on acquiring a fledgling wrestling promotion. If you must know, I could order Vince McMahon to be in this room within 2 hours and sign over the WWE to me for a dollar amount of my choosing. He would be grateful to get it. I've considered doing it just to save the wrestling world from the joke his little promotion has become, but the WWE's not worth saving. Why HoD? It's because of the low-life whose birthday you are celebrating tonight. The man you call "RB." What you don't understand is that my Cosmic Disaster are saviors. We're the heroes, not the villains in The Crusade. Once the wrestling world is rid of "RB," the business will become a better place. This leads me to the mysterious briefcase that showed up a "Hell Comes to Dixie" all those many months ago. The contents of that case was revealed to that reprehensible Reggie Lisowski 30 days ago. You saw the effect it had on both those morons, Apter and Lisowski. I demanded Lisowski step down immediately upon seeing those files just to prove my power. I demanded that Apter create the Crusade for the same reason. Both of these cowards acquiesced without question. So what caused them such fear? I showed them proof that "RB" is a lying, cheating, backstabbing fraud. The documents are proof of his involvement in criminal activities among his numerous business holdings. If I were to release these documents to the media, "RB" would be incarcerated within minutes. Can you imagine being a part of one of these holdings such as HoD? Imagine finding out you work for a monster? What if you are implicated in these activities, even unknowingly? "RB' won't hesitate to implicate anyone he needs to in order to save his skin. Innocent people will have their lives ruined by this man. So you see, I am the hero here. You might ask why I don't release the documents and precipitate "RB's" fall? Let's say that I have some personal issues with "RB," and I want to humiliate him in more ways than one. I'm personally not concerned with collateral damage from his camp. Anyone associated with him needs to be taken down as well. Innocence or guilt is irrelevant. The darkness I will bring to HoD when I take control on April 12th will purge the company of all but the most deserving. Then, I will rebuild it in my image, and you will be chanting my name with much more vigor than that feeble song you offered up at the top of the show. In a little under two months time, I will reveal my face and allow you to thank me for all I've done to save professional wrestling.
- Crusade Match - Swamp Monster vs. Tommy End Tommy End defeated Swamp Monster with an Owari Death Foot Stomp Match Notes: End gets his win back in a tough battle. After the pin, the ring fills with Cosmic Disaster members. Table, ladders, and chairs are pulled from under the ring and thrown into it. End is put through a table by Swamp Monster using his foot stomp finisher. Sabu tries to use a chair move on End's leg like was done with Joey Ryan, but End managed to get out of the way. Both Sullivan and Sabu spiked End, busting him open. Swamp Monster came off a ladder with body splash. Finally, reinforcements showed up to help End and the Disaster fled. Homicide grabbed a mic and said that the Hangmen had tied their locker room door shut with their nooses which is why they took so long to get out here. End waved off medical attention and returned to the back with his teammates.

- Crusade Match HoD Tag Team Championship - War Machine vs. The Cosmic Disasters for the HoD Tag Team Championship Raymond Rowe defeated Lord Zoltan with a War Machine Match Notes: The Cosmic Disaster suffer a major setback when the Heart Attack's War Machine win the tag titles. UMB and Zoltan give WM a tough match. Apter comes out to celebrate with WM, but is ignored by Hanson, Rowe, and Stone. He sulks his way to the back.

The CD's ladies team sweep the HA's ladies.

- Ted Dibiase - Before the main event, Ted DiBiase comes to the ring. Before he can get 10 words in, Apter, still pouting, comes out and tells him to leave.
DiBiase: I have a message from "RB."
Apter: I speak for "RB." I represent Heart of Dixie, not you. Leave or I will have you escorted out.
DiBiase: Not right now, you don't. Your phones ringing.
Apter: No, it's not-
Apter's cell phone rang.
Apter: Who would call during a broadcast?
DiBiase: I'd answer it.
Apter looked at the screen and his face screwed up.
Apter-Yes, sir?
DiBiase stood silently as Apter listened to whoever was on the other end.
Apter-I understand, sir. Thank you for your patience with me.
DiBiase: Tell "RB" I said hi.
Apter glared at DiBiase as he returned the phone to his pocket. Without a word, he spun on his heels and left the ring.
DiBiase: Fans, I have a message from "RB."
DiBiase begins reading from a piece of paper.
DiBiase: Thank you for coming to my birthday party. This was all Apter's doing, and didn't want it. Wrestling isn't about the promoter, and I'm not going to make this about me. Please accept my apology on behalf of Bill stemming from his comments about you fans being ungrateful. You fans didn't pay money to sing "Happy Birthday" to some faceless guy. Speaking of faceless guys, I want to talk about this ShadowHeart character very briefly. I know you want to see Tyler put Kevin Sullivan out of his misery. I don't know who ShadowHeart is. I have my suspicions, but no proof. If I'm right, April 12th can't come soon enough. As for these files that claim to show what a monster I am, I have no comment. Please don't take that the wrong way. I have no comment because I only have ShadowHeart's word they exist and what they say. If they truly say what he claims they do, then they are false, period. That simple. I will be opening an investigation which will be lead by Mr. Ted DiBiase. I want to thank Ted for helping me in this matter. Ted will have a team at his disposal. One last thing, if I'm innocent, why am I playing along with this Crusade thing? Well, it's wrestling. Guys needs reasons to fight. I'm giving them good reasons. I'm confident that the Heart Attack, who thought up that name anyhow? will prevail.
After finishing, DiBiase introduces Joey Ryan. Ryan comes down on two crutches and sits at the timekeeper's table. He acknowledges the fans who chant his name. As he takes his seat, Apter comes back out. He tells the crowd that he's changed his mind. He considers it unsafe for Ryan to be out here, and tells him to return to the back. The crowd gets all over Apter. Ryan refuses to move. Apter threatens to call security.
DiBiase: Bill, stop. He's staying.
Apter: I make the rules, here. Your job is done, Teddy. Leave.
DiBiase: Bill, I don't know what's come over you, but you need to deal with it. You're acting petty and childish.
Apter: How dare...
DiBiase: I dare because I've known you for two decades. I am leaving because it's time for the main event. I suggest you do the same.
Apter glares around the room and then, once again, stomps off.
- Crusade Match HoD Championship - Tyler Black vs. Kevin Sullivan for the HoD Championship Kevin Sullivan defeated Tyler Black with a Double Foot Stomp Match Notes: CD strike a blow as Sullivan wins the title from Tyler Black. Ryan does emerge from the timekeeper's table to interfere on behalf of Tyler earlier in the match when he hits Sullivan with the title belt. However, Ryan is attacked by Sabu and the Link. He ends up aggravating his leg injury and is taken away from the ring by Scorpio Sky and Petey Williams. After the pin, The Cosmic Disaster come en masse to celebrate with Sullivan. They ignore Black.

Heart of Dixie Episode 45 02.03.2001 from
- Opening w. Bischoff and Ultramantis Black - Bischoff and UMB recap last night's "Boss' Birthday Bash". They show replay ShadowHeart's video message and "RB's" response as read by Ted DiBiase. They are joined by Kevin Sullivan, the new HoD champ. They update the scoring for The Crusade. UMB mentions that both ShadowHeart and Bill Apter, representing both factions in the Crusade, hace requested that the so-called "Outsiders" cease all reference to any so-called alternative championships. Both parties expect their requests to be followed without question, and no HoD personnel are allowed to refer to these bogus titles. Finally, UMB agrees to address his loss of the HoD tag titles to War Machine. Bischoff says that it was a great match, and that a rematch would be in order. However, one of the rules of the Crusade is that there are no rematches. He adds that Kevin Sullivan is probably a proponent of this rule as he doesn't have to face Tyler Black again. Sullivan says that he would gladly face Black again were it within the rules, but since it's not, there will be no more discussion of it. UMB adds that while it's unfortunate that WM were able to steal a win, the strain of being champion and leading The Cosmic Disaster in the field was getting to him. It remarked that it was a dark blessing in disguise, and that the Cosmic Disaster would regain the titles next Saturday. Bischoff said that UMB is referring to a special edition of HoD Television next Saturday. In honor of Valentine's Day this week, the show is being called "A Night of..Hate." Kevin Sullivan would defend the HoD Title against Eddie Kingston, and War Machine will defend against The Batiri.
After both teams had been announced for the first match, all four men got together in the center of the ring. Excalibur said that he doesn't care about what ShadowHeart or Apter have to say. If HoD is going to marginalize an entire section of their roster due to some overhyped team feud, then the Outsiders will make noise. He said that this match IS the tournament final for the "OUTSIDERS" tag team championship.
- HoD Outsiders Tag Team Championship Tournament - The Masked Marvels vs. Fast Money Samuray Del Sol defeated Chri$ Ca$h with a Del Sol Driver Match Notes: The MMs win the "titles" in a great match. Both teams acknowledge one another after the match as the crowd chants "OUTSIDERS, OUTSIDERS."
UMB comes to the entrance way to observe. After a few seconds, he shakes his head angrily and exits,.
After Shaun Ricker is announced for the next match, he takes a mic. The crowd starts up the "OUTSIDERS" chant again. Ricker calls out UMB and asks him to come watch some real wrestling. No one answers the call. Ricker says that since Andy Dalton was injured last night and JEEZ lost the match, then he's the "OUTSIDER" champion by default. When Dick Justice is announced, he tells Ricker that this should be a title match. Ricker says "fine, you're Dick Justice, what have I got to worry about." Next, Donovan Dijak comes to the ring. Ricker asks him why he isn't plotting revenge on the N-Words for taking out his boy Dalton. Dijak says he's not worried about the N-Words. He's not going to stand here and let Ricker claim any title, even a made-up one, as long as he's in the picture. Ricker asks him if he's really getting this upset about a fake title. Dijak says that he should've been the real HoD champ long ago, but the fed kept screwing him over. Ricker calls him a 1-trick pony who is only good a whining. They argue for a bit longer and then Justice steps up and asks if the match can begin. They both pie-face him hard on his back. Dijak then challenges Ricker to an Outsiders title match for next week at "A Time for...Hate." Ricker comments that he sure didn't give Dalton a chance to work things out before moving in on his territory. Dijak says that his business and he will deal with Dalton. Ricker accepts the challenge.
- HoD Outsiders Championship Tournament - Shaun Ricker vs. Dick Justice Dick Justice defeated Shaun Ricker with a Sidewalk Slam Match Notes: Dijak watched the match from the entrance and broke out into howling laughter when Justice got the pin. Justice celebrated like he'd won the greatest thing on Earth. Ricker hit Justice with a lariat and The Gravy Train. Dijak went back to the ring, called Ricker a bad sport, and congratulated the prone Justice, going so far as to pick up his hand and shake it before letting it flop back to the ground. He told Ricker that there match is off, as he will be wrestling Justice for the title. Ricker told Dijak not to get ahead of himself, as he had a match with Justice before Saturday, and that there's no way this "D-Bag" is getting lucky twice.
