Website Release #13 08.01.2000 from
- The following was posted on HoDWrestling.com - Crusher: I'm going to keep this short n' sweet. Starting with this Saturday's HoD Wrestling TV show, any wrestler who is disqualified 3 consecutive matches is suspended for 30 days. If you return and do it again, you're gone for 60. A third set of 3 consecutive DQs and you're terminated. Very simple. The consecutive matches can be TV, house show, supershow..it doesn't matter.
You guys WILL start giving the fans clear winners and losers more often or it's going to hit you at the pay window.

Heart of Dixie Episode 19 08.05.2000 from
- Opener - The show opens with a brand-new set and pyrotechnics. Solie, Bischoff, and The Crusher are wearing tuxedos. Bischoff thanks the crews who designed and built the new set as they had to work overtime to get it ready for tonight after Crusher moved up their timetable. Crusher grunts and mumbles about how HoD's thanked them already with some big fat checks. Solie reminds everyone that tonight's two main events will feature BLKOUT's first HoD Tag Title Defense, and Tyler Black taking on Scorpio Sky to determine the first HoD Champion,
Lobsterman vs. Manimal Lobsterman defeated Manimal with a Disqualification Match Notes: Crusher is obviously irritated after the first match result as Lobsterman is disqualified for using Manimal's bone.
As Lobsterman leaves the ring, Crusher cuts him off. He tells him that he had really hoped that having to use a stupid ring name and costume would embarrass Lobsterman into getting his act together. Lobster laughs and says that Crusher's the one embarrassed because my merchandise is the top-selling in HoD. He thanks Crusher for the starter pack of shirts, and grabs a foam-rubber lobster claw from a fan and waves it in Crusher's face. Crusher looks like he's about to punch Lobsterman, but Bischoff stops him. Crusher leaves.
The ShadoWarriors vs. Da' Soultouchaz Acid Jaz defeated Blind Rage with a Disqualification Match Notes: Yet another DQ whips the crown into a frenzy. Ultramantis Black gets in the ring. He says that the plan Crusher presented for dealing with DQs is a joke and will not stand. He says HoD needs to throw out the DQ period, or deal with the consequences. He says that as long as his minions have the DQ option they will use it if it means accomplishing a goal. He dares Crusher to try and suspend any of his people. DST had remained at ringside, and C Red re-entered the ring. He told UMB that the reason his minions needed the DQ was because they weren't very good to begin with, and they needed an out. Otherwise, they would get pinned match after match. Red says that people who need the DQ are using it to cover for their considerable shortcomings. It's easy to justify to yourself when you lose by DQ. UMB says that a DQ isn't a crutch. It may be a loss, but it's a loss that says that I was kicking your ass so bad the ref had to stop me. C Red says to keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better. He turns to leave and UMB jumps him. The ShadoWarriors and DST start fighting as well. The Bravado Brothers show up and go after whoever they can get there hands on. Baltic Siege soon follow. Lithuanian Snow-Troll is ejected from the ring as fast as he gets in. He throws up his hands and heads to the back. Frog is fighting two guys when he realizes his partner is halfway up the aisle. He bails out on his own. The ShadoWarriors and DST take their fight out of the ring, leaving The Bravados alone. They begin celebrating like they won a major title.
Joey Ryan vs. Petey Williams Petey Williams defeated Joey Ryan with a Disqualification Match Notes: The ref has to make an announcement about throwing things in the ring after this disqualification. Crusher comes out again. He tells the ref to let them throw things. If these boys can't handle their business without getting out of control every single match, they deserve this treatment. Ryan gets in Crusher's face and says that UMB was right. If I get DQd 1,000 times in a row. you'll do nothing about it. HoD isn't going to let you toss me out like that. I'm too valuable. He says that he might let his record take a hit just to annoy Crusher. Crusher tells him to "try me." He starts to leave and then turns back. "By the way, you boys are done. You've got a tag match next Friday and that's it. I'm not wasting another minute of ring time watching you two dance around and then get DQd. Ryan and Williams looked at each other as if asking "what's up with him?"
- HoD Tag Team Championship - BLKOUT vs. Excalibur & Samuray Del Sol for the HoD Tag Team Championship Samuray Del Sol defeated Ruckus with a Double Team Move Match Notes: In a fantastic match, Excalibur and Samuray Del Sol win the HoD Tag Titles. The pin does come on an illegal double-team move, but the crowd doesn't seem to mind.
Excalibur & Samuray Del Sol won the HoD Tag Team Championship
- To Determine The First HoD Champion - Tyler Black vs. Scorpio Sky for the HoD Championship Tyler Black defeated Scorpio Sky with a Phoenix Splash Match Notes: The evening ends on a high-note as Tyler Black defeats Scorpio Sky to win the HoD Championship. Crusher comes out to present him with the belt. Petey Williams comes out, but won't enter the ring. Every time Black motions for him to join him, Williams points at Crusher and shakes his head. Joey Ryan shows up after the bell to be with Sky. Black offers his hand to Sky who is on the floor outside the ring, but Ryan spits at Black. Tyler shrugs and turns his back on them. The match itself was fantastic.
Tyler Black won the HoD Championship

Congratulations to Tyler Black on a well deserved victory to become the first ever Heart of Dixie Champion... It was also a cool gesture to offer Scorpio a handshake after the match...
Crusher has an interesting way of handling the rash of DQ decisions, but it doesn't seem like anyone respects his authority... Will he follow through? Are competitors like UMB and Joey Ryan in more trouble than they realize?
Great work!

Website Release #14 08.06.2000 from
- The following was posted on HoDWrestling.com - 1. Cruisher: I didn't have the best day last Saturday. I should've kept my mouth shut when I saw Lobster running around with that stupid merch. It's my fault. I had somebody design it..as a joke. It was supposed to embarrass him, not make him money. I hope most of the boys have more self-respect than Costa. Anyhow, when he threw it in my face about his merch, I didn't handle it well. I'm big enough to admit it. I was supposed to come out later for another segment on my plan to reduce DQs, but I decided better of it. Bad idea. Here's the thing. I didn't do what I did to Costa just to be a bully. I've decided that I don't care how if he becomes a billionaire off that silly lobster cartoon. He was attacking two of the finest men, in my eyes, that ever stepped foot in that ring. Richard and Frank aren't around to handle it themselves, so I did it for them. Do whatever you want with the lobster gimmick, Costa, but you weren't going to hurt the reputation of the name "Bruiser." Now, about the titles. Congratulations to Tyler Black, Excalibur, and Samuray Del Sol for their wins last Saturday. All three will make fine representatives of HoD. I want to talk a little about titles. First, there is no automatic rematch in the contracts. That all depends on how well you defended the belt in the loss. HoD will determine rematches. In that regard, the decision is that both Scorpio Sky and BLKOUT will receive rematches. These will be held at Dixie Gold Rush on Sept. 3rd. Sky wrestled a fine match and deserves another shot. Some of his buddy Joey's spit landed on me afterwards. I'm not happy about that. Between the spit and his insistence that my new DQ policy wouldn't hold up, I'm not real happy with Mr. Ryan right now. Ultramantis Black is in the same boat. Don't say what you can't back up. I have the full support of HoD in this. It stands. One more title deal, in case it should ever arise. I always thought that "Freebird Rule" was a crock of crap, and I still do. So, should a multi-man team or stable have two members win the tag titles, the two that won it will defend it. For those not in the know, the Freebird rule, Google it if you need to, would allow any two members of the team or stable defend it. Not in HoD. Thank you.
2. Eric Bischoff is with The Dark Menace, Michael Kai Rayne, and DJ Hyde.
TDM: You are all witness to a rare event. The formal signing of a contract bringing Mr. DJ Hyde into the Dark Menace Forces.
There are a few seconds of activity as both men sign papers. TDM tucks the papers in his jacket pocket as Hyde and Rayne shake hands. Hyde and TDM then shake.
Hyde: It may seem strange for someone who has owned a promotion to take a manager this late in my career. The Dark Menace isn't my manager. He's more a spiritual guide. He's my knew philosophy.
TDM: A good way to put it, I suppose. If you will pardon the analogy, Mr, Hyde, I can teach an "old" dog new tricks. With this man's experience, Michael Kai Rayne's unlimited potential. and my leadership, The Dark Menace Forces are stronger than ever, and we aren't done yet.
Bischoff: Have you heard that Rex Havoc has regained consciousness?
TDM obviously hasn't.
TDM: Why wasn't I informed of this.
Bischoff: I'm informing you now.
TDM: Is he speaking?
Bischoff: Yes, but it's barely coherent. He mumbles about a cane, and occasionally says the name "Tom."
TDM: Perhaps I should pay my associate a visit.
Bischoff: Don't bother. HoD has a security detail on him-
TDM leaps to his feet, Hyde and Rayne look at one another and quickly do likewise.
TDM: How dare you impugn my character! I would never stoop so low as to attack a man in the hospital.
Bischoff: Not you personally, but you might order these two-
With that, Hyde and Rayne charged at Bischoff so hard he jerked back and toppled over in his chair. Hyde chuckled while Rayne looked stone-faced as usual.
TDM: Listen up. Crusher, HoD, fans, whoever. What I'm about to say is as honest as you will ever hear from anyone. Anything that the turncoat Havoc says is a miserable lie. The man was a loser and a failure, and we're stronger without him. He will surely try to implicate me in something nefarious. Should he try, there will be repercussions.
The Forces exit.
Bischoff: (Getting to his feet) Pardon me, fans, but I was caught off-guard. The Menace didn't give me a chance to mention one more thing. There will be another posting tomorrow. I will have an amazing guest with a story to tell that's going to heighten the mystery around Rex Havoc in some ways, and clear up some things in other ways. See you all tomorrow.

Website Release #15 08.07.2000 from
- The following was posted on HoDWrestling.com - Eric Bischoff is with a unknown man who bears a striking resemblance to Rex Havoc.
Bischoff: If you're doing a double-take, no, this is not Rex Havoc. As of about an hour ago, Rex was completely awake and conversing with the doctors. He's making more sense than he was when I told The Dark Menace yesterday, but his memory has been affected. The reason the gentleman to my right looks so much like Rex is that this is his brother, Rocky Reynolds, who is also an up and coming pro wrestler. Is it ok to assume that your brother's last name is also Reynolds?
Reynolds: His real name is actually Rex Reynolds. One of the reasons it took me so long to find him was the usage of the ring name. He had always said that he would use our parents' name in the ring as a tribute. They were killed in the same auto accident shortly after Rex turned 18. He's older by two years.
Bischoff: So tell the HoD fans your story.
Reynolds: We're Canadian. Rex finished high school and went to wrestling school in Oregon. Our parents' accident happened and he had to come home to stay with me. The insurance covered all the bills so we didn't have a lot to worry about. I finished high school and Rex worked at a gym, did some personal training, that sort of thing. Kept himself in great shape, and I followed suit. After my graduation, I surprised him by telling him that I wanted to go to wrestling school as well. I was a late bloomer athletically, but once I grew into myself. I ended up being pretty good. We went back to the school in Oregon. He finished about 8 months ahead of me, and was working the local promotion owned by the school. A couple of other local promotions were scouting him, and approached him about jumping after his obligation period ended. He was pretty loyal, though, and I wasn't sure what he would do. On my debut show, he won the promotion's title. He called me to the ring and told everyone that his next goal was to someday win the tag titles with this noob-referring to me, of course. He kept the title, and I moved up the rankings. There was some talk of a brother vs. brother title match, but we weren't sure. This past January, he no-shows. We live together, so this is something I should've been aware of, but he hadn't said a thing. I didn't hear anything for a week. Then, he calls and says he's gone. He's moved on, and I need to continue my career. Don't look for me. He hangs up.
Bischoff: That's the last you heard from your brother until...
Reynolds: 4 days ago. I walk into a hospital room 1,000s of miles from the last place we live, and he's lying there. After they confirmed my identity, the doctor's tell me what happened at your supershow. They put me in touch with HoD, who had been serving as a surrogate guardian since he had no relatives they knew of.
Bischoff: You don't know what happened between January and July.
Reynolds: I don't. Right now, I don't care. I just want Rex to recover. I have tried reaching out to this guy who goes by the ring name of the Dark Menace. He was Rex last known associate. This Dark Menace will not return my calls. I'm not surprised, as I've been shown footage of this guy's comments since the accident. He's not showing any concern for Rex at all. So, Dark Menace, I've been given permission to be at the HoD TV show this Saturday. I will be given on-air time to confront you. I know you had something to do with this, and I will get answers.

Heart of Dixie Episode 20 08.12.2000 from
- Opener - We open with Andy Dalton in the interview set.
Dalton: Homicide found out a few weeks back that I'm not a very apologetic person. The things I said about Homicide, I meant. The shot to the family jewels, I meant. I don't apologize for being right. I know Homicide. As he lays on his couch slamming malt liquors holding a bag of frozen peas on his crotch, he's getting angrier and angrier. He's more determined than ever that I will apologize to him. I'm going to give him a tiny sliver of hope, but he has to put something at stake as well. I'm going to give him a chance to hear me apologize if he's willing to take the chance that he will have to say "I'm sorry" to me. I'm proposing an "I'm Sorry" match. It's like an "I quit" match but with an obvious difference. The first man to say "I'm sorry" over a mic loses the match. There's an event coming up in a few weeks called Gold Rush. Homicide, if you've got the stones, sorry, too soon, let's do it there. Me and you..loser says "I'm sorry." Let me know, ''Cide...I'm waiting.
Shaun Ricker vs. Mister X Shaun Ricker defeated Mister X with a Powerslam Match Notes: Ricker wins the easy squash.
After the match, Stu Stone and the rest of the Family Stone join him in the ring. Cage exhorts the crowd to chant "welcome back" at Stone, but he's met with only catcalls.
Stone: Brian, stop. I don't want these ingrates on my side. Hey, before I start, I just want to say that I stand with The Dark Menace and The Experience against Crusher's DQ plan. It's garbage and will never work. That's all I will say. Now, while I was gone, the family got a little out of whack, to put it mildly. Crusher manipulated you into matches with joke teams. The promotion treated my family like crap. Well, I'm back and that ends now.
Dijak: Why did Ricker have a solo match today?
Ricker: I booked it a while back.
Cage: I've got one next week. What's the big deal?
Dijak: I'm the solo guy on this team. You are the tag team. That's the deal. and it's big to me. You're taking my spots.
Stone: Why did you book singles' matches, if I may ask?
Cage: Shaun, we might as well tell him now. Stu, we both want to start wrestling singles. We're fine..nothing's wrong. We just want a change of pace.
Dijak: I don't tag.
Stone: Nobody's asking you to tag...yet.
Dijak: I don't tag.
Stone: Should we take this elsewhere. It's not going the way I expected.
Ricker: I'm good here. The bottom line is that this isn't really a choice for you to make. We're telling you.
Stone: I don't need three singles guys.
Dijak: I don't tag.
Cage: D, we get it. We don't care. We don't tag any more either.
Dijak: Don't take my spots.
Ricker: D, don't start that.
Stone: Guys, chill. I can work this out. Don't say anything till I finish, ok? Good. I manage 1 team and 1 singles wrestler. Period. The way I do my business. This situation isn't working for me. Here's an idea. A 3-way match with all 3 of you.
Ricker: versus who?
Stone: Versus each other. The winner becomes my singles wrestler..
Dijak; Remains your singles wrestler...
Stone: Yea, whatever. The other two are the tag team.
Dijak: Since there's no chance I will lose, I'm in. I'd love the chance to knock these guys' heads together. Teach them some respect.
Ricker: Sounds good to me.
Cage: D, it's pretty much going to be 2-on-1.
Dijak: Make it 3 of 4-on-1. Do what you have to. When this is all said and done, the status quo will be back in place. I'll be on top and you guys won't be.
Stone: Hold on, D. One more thing. You tell me right now that in the event you do lose, you will honor the agreement and form a team.
Dijak: If you guys will sleep better, sure. If a lightning bolt from the skies takes me, out and I lose to one of these guys, I will form a tag team.
With that Dijak walks off.
Necro Butcher vs. Manimal Manimal defeated Necro Butcher with a Disqualification Match Notes: Typical Butcher match with typical Butcher ending. He wrestled with a heavy bandage around his torso.
- Rocky Reynolds - Reynolds is in the ring.
Reynolds: If you didn't see the interview posted online, I'm Rocky Reynolds, and Rex Havoc is my brother In case you're wondering, my brother came home from the hospital this morning. He checks out perfectly. They still aren't sure what caused the coma, but he says he knows and we're working together to get to the bottom of it. I don't think I said this in the online interview, but I need to thank Sage Strong for helping me find Rex. Sage had a tryout here a couple of months back. He came up a little short, and ended up in Oregon where I was wrestling. He got some work there, but the first time he saw me, he asked me if I had a brother who wrestled in Georgia and the Deep South. I told him that I had a brother who wrestled, but that I was looking for him. An office guy from that promotion knew a guy with HoD, and he sent me some show files. There was Rex. He seemed different, though, and he let this Dark Menace and Michael Rayne guy treat him like a piece of trash-
The Dark Menace Forces, minus TDM, approached the ring.
Rayne: We treated your brother exactly as he deserved. The Menace told me up front that Rex was a failed experiment, but he felt pity on him. He knows that was a mistake now. Your brother was a anchor that almost sunk The Dark Menace Forces.
Reynolds: Where is your boss, Rayne? One of the reasons I said I was coming was to see if he would show up or not. He's not here so I know I was right about him. I don't know what that sicko did to Rex, but I will take it out on him, and you if you don't back off.
Reynolds was so focused on Rayne that he missed Hyde circling around, and ended up getting jumped. Hyde nailed him with the summoning lariat, and MKR applied the Rayne of Payne.
Hyde: Reynolds, go home, and take your loser brother with you. Accept what The Dark Menace did, like it or not, and slink away. Any attempt at revenge or retribution will be handled with extreme prejudice. Let's go, MKR.
With that, Rayne and Hyde left the ring.
BLKOUT vs. Baltic Siege v2 This match ended in a draw (Double Disqualification) Match Notes: The ref calls for the DQ while Ruckus and Frog are fighting outside the ring.
After the Siege leave, Ruckus grabs a mic.
Ruckus: Joker and I should be the tag champions. Those 2 masked guys stole it from us. You all saw the end. It took two of them to beat one of us. I know HoD hates us, so I'm surprised Crusher gave us a rematch. We still think he's an old punk who's headed for an ass-whippin', but he showed about 1% of brains when he gave us the rematch.
Joker: What's funny about all this is when you fans say, "oh, but you do stuff like that all the time." We do. What's that old expression about doing something to one kind of bid but not the other?
Ruckus: About the goose?
Joker: Yea, it means that if you do it then you need to expect it to be done to you.
Ruckus: Wrong!! We dish it all we want, but we don't take it very well and that suits us just find. So, Excalibur and Del Sol, you made a mistake trying to take a play from our book. We hadn't even started playing dirty yet with you guys.
Joker: You stole out titles, we're going to steal them right back.
Acid Jaz vs. Ultramantis Black Acid Jaz defeated Ultramantis Black with a Disqualification Match Notes: This DQ came when The ShadoWarriors attacked Jaz during a pin attempt.
Crusher came to ringside. Solie asked him about the new DQ policy. Crusher said that Crusher: I'd expected some pushback from some corners, but I'm getting it from unexpected places. Still, the decision stands. HoD wrestlers will learn that getting disqualified is not a viable option. Many of the allow it on purpose, as they feel it'a preferable to a pinfall loss. Those guys are called cowards. Cowards, a loss is a loss. You may save a little pride because no one saw you getting pinned, it counts the same in the records books.
Petey Williams approached the interview.
Williams: Calling me a coward, Crush? I got DQd a lot against Joey Ryan because he pushed me too far and I had to fight fire with fire. That makes me smart, not cowardly.
Crush: Pete, calm down. There are guys who see DQs as an end. It should never be considered. If it happens, it should just happen. They're a part of the business, They should happen occasionally. not 3 or 4 times out of 5 matches. That's laziness.
Williams: Maybe you should talk to your refs and tell them not to end a match for every tiny little thing that happens. Let us wrestle.
Crusher: That's the point. I want you all to wrestle. Wrestlers win and lose to wrestling moves. I have talked to the refs about lightening up some on their calls. We will see if it makes a difference. Pete, I'm not coming down on guys like you with this ruling.
Williams: Let's hope it never affects me.
The Bravado Brothers vs. Brothers of Funstruction Yabo the Clown defeated Harlem Bravado with a Double Team Move Match Notes: This match had two endings. First, Ruffo was DQd versus Harlem Bravado. Crusher immediately came to ringside and ordered the match re-started as No DQ.
The match did end with Yaboo pinning Harlem. Crusher had remained at ringside, and was immediately set upon by the protesting Bravados. They were saying that Crusher cost them the match, as they should've won by DQ. Crusher told them that they know how he feels about DQs. It may not be the fairest decision, but he could live with himself. Crusher said that each show would end with a graphic showing the wrestlers with a DQ status. As the show closed, the following appeared on the screen:
Wrestlers with 1 DQ Manimal Blind Rage Joey Ryan Dick Justice Necro Butcher Ultramantis Black Ruckus Estonian Thunderfrog.

Heart of Dixie Episode 21 08.19.2000 from
- Opener - Solie and Bischoff were welcoming when the viewers when Dick Justice ran by yelling something. The cameraman instinctively followed. He caught up with Justice talking to Tommy End. Bischoff ran up.
Justice: What's going on? Why the cameras?
Bischoff: We were wondering the same thing. When you ran by yelling, we thought something was wrong.
Justice: Uh, no. I just wanted to thank Tom for saving me a few weeks back when Necro wanted to put me through the table. That's it. So, uh, thank you.
End: Well, this was awkward. Glad to help, Dick. So, if you guys don't mind..I'm just gonna duck in here..
Bischoff: Sorry, Tommy. Got a little carried away.
End: It's cool.
End enters the men's room. The camera starts to fade when we hear a commotion from inside the room. The camera swings back around as the men's room door opens. Necro comes running out waving a baseball bat with a toilet ring around his neck. He shoves past the cameraman. As the camera refocuses, we see Tommy End's legs and feet laying prone on the bathroom floor.
Andy Dalton vs. Dick Justice Andy Dalton defeated Dick Justice with a Disqualification Match Notes: Solie noted that Justice had been wrestling more aggressively since his series of matches with Necro Butcher, and that was certainly on display here.
Justice quickly left the ring as Homicide made his way to it. Dalton waited, watching him all the way. Homicide slowly and deliberately climbed into the ring.
Dalton-Still moving kinda slow there, 'Cide? Hey, look at this way. I did you a favor. Maybe now you won't be making any more babymommas. I heard you send your paycheck out to about 15 different women now. Not women, sorry. What do you thugs call them? Ho?
Homicide circled Dalton, but didn't speak.
Dalton-You gonna say something, or just stalk around like I'm supposed to be impressed?
Homicide- I'm sorry...
Dalton- That was easy..
Homicide- I'm sorry that I have to accept your challenge.
Dalton-Don't apologize for this. You're going to be apologizing in that match for being an a-hole. I want you to accept the challenge.
Homicide-No, Andy, you do not....
Homicide left the ring.
The Dark Menace Forces vs. Hobo & Manimal Michael Kai Rayne defeated The Hobo with an E.T.B. Match Notes: Solie mentions that this is Hobo's first match back since Hyde put him on the shelf for a few weeks at a house show. Hobo tried to get back at Hyde, but he and Manimal didn't get a lot of offense generated.
The Dark Menace joined the Forces in the ring. He thanked them for taking care of that pesky little brother last week while he was out on business. The Menace said that he expects Havoc to dredge up some false memories about how The Menace mistreated him and such. He claimed anything Havoc says is a lie, and that Havoc will pay for trying to besmirch the Menace's reputation. He told Rocky Reynolds to go back to Oregon and take his brother with him before they're both sent to the hospital in adjoining beds.
- JT Lightning - JT Lightning enters the ring
Lightning-Last time you guys saw me, I was laying in this ring out cold. I had just taken the entire Family Stone's finishers one after the other. When I woke up several hours later, I honestly thought I was going to die. I was never in that danger, but it felt like. Now, I know the Stones are back there laughing it up at all this, and that's fine. Their name may be Stone, but they don't have any, I know why I was brought in to HoD. I;m supposed to make the stars look good. So far, I've done a good job with that. It's time I started looking out for myself, and stop living down to HoD's plans for me. I'm not going to make any crazy promises about this or that being different, or I'll never lose again. Watch. I think you'll see a difference,
Brian Cage vs. JT Lightning Brian Cage defeated JT Lightning with a Weapon X Match Notes: Lightning was correct. He came within a heartbeat of winning multiple times throughout the match. He looked more confident than he ever had, and it surprised Cage. Still, the result was the same. After the pin, Cage grabbed a mic, got in Lightning's face, and say "know your role, punk."
Donovan Dijak and Crossbones were in the ring as 2/3rds of the upcoming Triple Threat match. Tommy End was still being looked at in the locker room. Solie said that we will give him a little more time, and he called for the video regarding the upcoming "Gold Rush" supershow.

The ring announcer says that the match in the ring will be a regular singles match. As the bell rings, however, Tommy End makes his way to the ring. House Show #8 08.25.2000 from
- Opener - Before the show, Jeremy Borash announced that the tag team match between The ShadoWarriors and Da' Soul Touchaz was now a singles match between Acid Jaz and Blind Rage.
Rocky Reynolds vs. Jake Milliman Rocky Reynolds defeated Jake Milliman with a Swanton Bomb Match Notes: Although Milliman refused to make it easy, Reynolds picks up his first HoD win.
Lobsterman comes to the ring wearing a full set of Lobster merchandise..t-shirt, ball cap, sunglasses, and a specially made ring jacket with his lobster logo airbrushed on the back. Homicide laughed at him until Lobsterman pulled a wad of cash from his pocket and threw it to the crowd.
Homicide vs. Lobsterman Homicide defeated Lobsterman with a Disqualification Match Notes: Lobsterman was disqualified for choking out Homicide with a t-shirt. Homicide got to his feet with the shirt still around his neck. Lobsterman told Homicide that owed him $20 for the shirt since it had Cide's sweat on it. He said he didn't become the "Million Dollar Lobster" by giving stuff away. Homicide kicked him in the stomach and nailed him with a Gringo Killa. He wiped the shirt on his own armpits and crotch, and stuffed it in Lobsterman's mouth.
Brian Cage vs. JT Lightning Brian Cage defeated JT Lightning with a Weapon X Match Notes: Much like last Saturday's match, Lightning gave it everything and almost pinned Cage more than once.
Shaun Ricker vs. Dick Justice Shaun Ricker defeated Dick Justice with a Boston Crab Match Notes: Justice fought very tentatively, possibly due to his having 2 DQs having over his head. Ricker picks up an easy win.
Baltic Siege v2 vs. BLKOUT Ruckus defeated Lithuanian Snow Troll with The Deal Match Notes: BLKOUT win a surprisingly competitive match.
Acid Jaz, Ultramantis Black, and Blind Rage are in the ring for the next match. Jaz tells the crowd that Rockette is healing up from some accumulating injuries and is taking a little time off. He then tells UMB to go to the back so that he and Blind Rage can have a straight up match. UMB says that he will be right at ringside and there's nothing anyone can do to stop it. Bill Apter comes out and says that UMB has a right to be there. UMB does say that he will tell Frightmare not to interfere. Jaz says that's better than nothing. As soon as UMB and Blind Rage start to converse, Jaz hits Rage with a dropkick that knocks him over the top. He grabs UMB, nails him with the Remix, then throws him over his shoulder like a bag of potatoes and carries him to the back. Rage finally makes his way back to the ring looking for his opponent and manager. Jaz hits the ring at fullspeed and the match is on.
Acid Jaz vs. Blind Rage Blind Rage defeated Acid Jaz with a STF Match Notes: Rage picks up a win in a good match.
Donovan Dijak vs. Crossbones Crossbones defeated Donovan Dijak with a Disqualification Match Notes: Another good power brawl between these two.
- No Disqualification - Brothers of Funstruction vs. The Bravado Brothers Lancelot Bravado defeated Ruffo the Clown with a Gentleman's Approach Match Notes: A solid win for the Bravados.
Necro Butcher vs. Tommy End Tommy End defeated Necro Butcher with a Disqualification Match Notes: Most weren't surprised by this DQ ending considering the parties involved. After the DQ, Butcher pulled a chain from under the ring and lashed End to the turnbuckle. He then slid a table out and set it up in the ring. He smacked End around to keep him stunned, and then laid him out on the table. Dick Justice hit the ring to try and help, but walked right into a chain-wrapped haymaker fist. Butcher placed Justice on top of End and moonsaulted them both through the table. Butcher himself was banged up by the action, and all three men were attended to as the crowd was asked to leave.

Heart of Dixie Episode 22 08.26.2000 from
- Opener - After welcoming the viewers and running down the card for Gold Rush in 8 days, Bischoff sends us to the ring for the first match.
Petey Williams vs. Mister X Petey Williams defeated Mister X with a Canadian Destroyer Match Notes: Williams gets an easy win. After the bell, he picks up Mister X and gives him a second Canadian Destroyer. The crowd turns on him. He threatens to do it again unless they cheer for him "like they used to." He picks up X, but before he can do it again, Tyler Black shows up and pulls X away.
Black- What's your problem, man? Dude didn't do anything to you.
Williams-It was their choice. I told them to stop booing me. They didn't so I did what I had to.
Black- Where's your head, Pete? Blaming them for this? Something's going on, and I'm not sure I care for it.
Williams-Who gives a crap if you like it or not. All you've done is kept me down since HoD started..
Black- Kept you down? Huh?
At this point, Scorpio Sky and Joey Ryan slide into the ring behind Black.
Williams-Guys, hold off. As much as this tool deserves a beatdown, I think I'd rather see the look on his face. Tyler, let's just say that I've had an experience.
Black-You're with them now, huh? No wonder Sky got out of those cuffs so fast last week. I thought you hated Ryan especially, since he, you know, kicked your ass for about 10 matches in a row.
Williams- I deserved to lose. Joey was right. I wasn't championship material because I wasn't focused on the right things. I was focused on helping an ungrateful SOB protect himself.
Black- If you can't beat them, join them I guess.
Williams- Don't start that. It's not that at all. We all know where we all stand. One for all and all for one..like those mouseketeers.
Black- You mean all for Scorpio and Scorpio for Scorpio and nobody else. You think I was an ungrateful SOB? Well, ok, now you'll see me be an SOB. These two define ungrateful. Your further away from the title than you ever were. Listen, I got stuff to do. If you're going to jump me can we get a move on?
Ryan- I beat you once, Black. You really want to do this again? Pete's right. This was more fun than beating you down, even though you're trying to act all cool about it. Why don't you go on and do your "stuff," and we'll settle things later.
Black- Suit yourself. Us champions are busy, though. You may have to call my people for an appointment.
Black leaves. As The Experience are leaving, Crusher comes to the ring.
Crusher-Mr. Ryan, this is for you.
He hands Joey what looks like an oversized red poker chip.
Joey- What's this?
Crusher- A marker. You beat the champ in a non-title match, thus giving you the opportunity to claim a title match. You turn that in, and you will get a match next week.
Sky- Before my match with Black?
Ryan-What happens if I take the match and beat Black? Do Sky and I wrestle at Gold Rush?
Crusher-No, Black would get his rematch. Sky would likely take the prelim spot you're currently booked in. So?
Sky- He's trying to drive us apart. Be very careful how you answer, Joe.
Crusher- Your partner's trying to intimidate you.
Williams-Shut up, Crusher. This isn't going to work.
Crusher- There's nothing to what I'm doing except offering a man a title shot. You two are getting defensive about it.
Ryan- Do I have to tell you right now?
Crusher- End of the show. By the way, it's only good for thirty days...so September the 23rd is the last show of any kind you can claim it on. See you in a couple of hours, Ryan, and don't let anyone get ahead of your own best interests.
DJ Hyde vs. The Hobo DJ Hyde defeated The Hobo with a Shadow Driver Match Notes: Hobo doesn't have what it takes to get the kind of revenge he's looking for.
- BLKOUT/The Masked Marvels - Excalibur and Samuray Del Sol are in the ring.
Excalibur- We aren't the yelling and screaming type, so all I'm going to say about Gold Rush is that we are looking forward to a good match with BLKOUT. We know there's some controversy about how we won the titles since we did technically use a double-team. I know two wrongs don't make a right, but half of BLKOUT's move set involves both of them working over one guy so they don't have much right to complain. What happened happened. At Gold Rush we will reinforce that we are the rightful champions. Now, HoD has insisted that we take a team name. Apparently, "Excalibur and Samuray Del Sol," or some version of that, is too hard for team's like BLKOUT, with their education on the mean streets of Philly, to say. So, we thought and thought, and we've picked a name. Ladies and Gentlemen, I am proud to present Excalibur and Samuray Del Sol...The Masked Marvels!! Yea, it's not much, but it's easy for anyone to say, even BLKOUT.
At this point, the sound of laughter came over the speakers as BLKOUT made their way to the ring.
Joker- Masked Marvels? You guys are from what, 1947? Your right, it isn't much. In fact, it's lame as hell which means it fits you perfectly.
Excalibur- We don't even want a name. You marble-mouthed punks with all your street talk couldn't say Excalibur without making a fool of yourself. HoD felt sorry for you. By the way, it's Sam-u-ray, not Sam-u-rye. He did that on purpose but I doubt you'll ever get it straight.
Ruckus- Are you done?
Excalibur- Completely. See you at Gold Rush.
Excalibur drops the mic and he and Samuray head out. As they head down the aisle, a large figure charges them from the locker room area and lays them both out.
Ruckus- Good cause we're not.
BLKOUT and the newcomer carry the MMs back to the ring.
Joker- Check out the masked marbles.
Ruckus- Joker, don't sound ignorant. It's the Marvels, not marbles. Dawg, you're making me and B-Ryce look bad.
All 3 men laugh.
B-Ryce- HoD, I am B-Ryce and I'm here to make sure that my boys in BLKOUT regain and retain the HoD Tag Team Title at Gold Rush. Then, I've got my own business. First, my boys in BLKOUT get what they've got coming. In the meantime, here's a little preview. I will curb stomp you straight to Hell to get what I want.
JT Lightning vs. Shaun Ricker Shaun Ricker defeated JT Lightning with a Gravy Train Match Notes: Lightning continues to look great but comes up short.
The ShadoWarriors vs. Baltic Siege v2 Frightmare defeated Lithuanian Snow Troll with a Kneecolepsy Match Notes: The Troll remains the weak link. The crowd gets on him hard. Frog doesn't know what to do, as he remains a favorite.
- Steel Cage Match - Crossbones vs. Donovan Dijak Donovan Dijak defeated Crossbones with a Feast Your Eyes Match Notes: This chapter closes with a solid win by Dijak, but one that didn't come easy. After the pin, the rest of the Family Stone take the key and get in the cage. All three men commence to working Crossbones over. JT Lightning gets in the ring by climbing over the cage, but is met by immediate resistance. He gets in a few good shots, but is overwhelmed. They remove Crossbones mask, but as they try to pick him up to display his identity, Baltic Siege and the Masked Marvels enter the ring. Troll immediately gets blasted right back out the door, but Frog and the Marvels cover him up with towels. Stone tells the Family to come out. After the leave, the 4 masked men help Crossbones to his feet, keeping his head covered. Crossbones shoves them away and stand in the middle of the ring. He pulls the towel of his head showing his face. The crowd roars their approval.
- Joey Ryan - Crusher comes out and calls Joey Ryan to the ring alone. He says that the Experience aren't welcome to this discussion.
Crusher- So, what's it going to be?
Ryan- It's in the best interest of the Experience for me to wait and see what happens at Gold Rush.
Crusher- Wimp. Thought you'd man up and claim what's yours. Let Sky intimidate you, I guess. Too bad-
Ryan- Sky didn't inti-
