The best thing that could happen to the product is New Japan getting a foothold in North America and the WWE having to stop being complacent and actually produce good shows again.

Anybody out there disagree that the WWE product was ALOT better when they wanted us to spend 60 bucks a month for a PPV? I think there have been plenty of times when the product was worse in the PPV era. Plenty of cards in the 2000's were worse than what we see now, hence why they dropped the original brand split.

The problem is definitely more a combination of laziness and lets shove everyone on to the show for the WM payday instead of worrying about quality.

I think hardcore wrestling fans can be too critical sometimes. Have the Monday/Tuesday shows all been great? No. Do I still find them entertaining? Yep. Because they are just that; entertainment. To each there own though. I'm not going to tell people what and how to enjoy their life.
That being said, I'm sure I have a different outlook on WM this year since I'm going!
I also just bought a ticket for EVOLVE 80 and I'm going to an event called "Joey Janella's Spring Break"! Man, I can not wait!
In a bit, I'm going to the WWE Superstore at the Convention Center.
Complete nerdgasm going on right meow!!

The same way just calling yourself a comedian doesn't automatically mean you are funny. I'll enjoy myself, but the card could still have been a lot better. Have fun at the shows! Being there live definitely makes it more enjoyable.

Last time I saw Wrestlemania, Yokozuna beat Bret Hart then immediately lost to Hulk Hogan!
Those were the days, my friends.

I just feel like the hardcore fans of any genre are sometimes too critical. Just my $.02! I will def have fun. Looking forward to seeing guys that I have only seen in card form.

I do agree that some fans get twisted up in the work rate vs entertainment arguments. I'm strictly speaking in story telling terms. That intergender match is inexcusable. Cena is a huge star and should be in a huge storyline at the biggest show of the year, not an infomercial for Total Divas disguised as a match.

Even by the time Vader came in, it was becoming a lost art.
