Sumie Sakai def. Kelly Klein in the tournament final to become the first WOH champion. Very happy for her.

Not a really good tournament or finale, but congrats to Sakai for the unlikely win.

I didn't watch any of the tournament or any won matches for that matter. I am very surprised by the result.

Not a really good tournament or finale, but congrats to Sakai for the unlikely win. The Mayu/Deonna match was pretty good. But it was clear that Mayu and Kagetsu were head and shoulders better than everyone else in the tournament.

Ring of Honor Wrestling announced the Women of Honor Title is changing to the Ring of Honor Women's World Championship.
A tournament is going to decide a new champion & will begin at ROH Quest For Gold on April 24th at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Eight first-round matches will go down at the show. Participants have yet to be announced.
The original title also crowned a champion through a tournament, which was Sumie Sakai back in April 2018 at Supercard of Honor. Kelly Klein was the last Women of Honor champion, but parted ways with the company at the end of 2019.

Maybe they're going to try and run it seriously this time.
