LWF Blockbuster episode 1: Buddy Rogers vs. Johnny Rodz: As expected, Rogers's comeback to the LWF was a successful one. He quickly defeated Johnny Rodz with a Pin Using the Ropes. Bobby Heenan was shown complaining about Buddy Rogers's return to LWF officials last week. Rick Rude beat Rogers for the LWF Heavyweight title and defeated him again in a loser leaves town match. Heenan demanded Rogers be suspended. Samoan Island Tribe vs. Rick Rude & Curt Hennig: Rude & Hennig, Bobby Heenan's new tag tag, made short work of the Samoan Island Tribe. Hennig pinned Samu with the Hennig Plex while Rude kept Alofa from interfering. After the match, Rude and Hennig challenged Buddy Rogers to face them in the main event with any partner he could find. LWF Junior Heavyweight Champion Red Bastien vs. Larry Sweeney: Sweeney mounted zero offense and fell after three Atomic Drops by the flying redhead. As Bastien had his hand raised, he was attacked from behind with a light tube by Drake Younger! Younger left the LWF Junior Heavyweight champion a bloody mess and then fled through the crowd. George Hackenschmidt vs. Fritz Von Goering: Hackenschmidt used his superior strength to destroy the German, wining with a Russian Bear Hug. LWF Tag Team champions the James Gang vs. Nick Bockwinkel & Ray Stevens: The James Gang frustrated the wily veterans at every turn with their double teaming tactics en route to retaining the belts. The end came when Kip hit the Standing Leg Drop on Stevens. Tiger Mask vs. Pepper Gomez: Buddy Rogers was seen talking to someone through a half-open locker room door, asking that person to be his tag team partner against Rude & Hennig for tonight's main event. Steve Williams vs. Strangler Lewis: Williams vs. Lewis was a short and disappointing match that ended when Williams slammed Lewis on the guard rail for the DQ. United States champion Don Leo Jonathan vs. Steve Corino: Don Leo Jonathan used his superior agility and awesome strength to squash Steve Corino and retain the United States title. After the match, Corino's protege, Ricky Landell, challeged Jonathan to a United States title match next week! Buddy Rogers & vs. Rick Rude & Curt Hennig: Once Rick Rude & Curt Hennig entered the ring, Rogers brought out his mystery partner, LWF Heavyweight champion Mil Mascaras! The announcers talked about the history between Mascaras and Rude, and a clip was shown of Mascaras defeating Rude for the LWF Heavyweight title. Rude & Hennig kept Mascaras isolated for most of the match. When Mascaras finally attempted to make the hot tag, Rogers hit him in the face with the LWF Heavyweight title belt. Smelling a rat, the referee called for the bell and the three men proceeded to beat down Mascaras until security arrived. The show went off the air with Heenan, Rogers, Rude, and Hennig smiling as they were escorted away by security.

Mascaras better watch himself against The Nature Boy. Rogers just doesn't take well to people trying to gain an edge over him.

I'm going to try to push Mascaras as a pre-NWO Sting-type hero in this incarnation of my LWF. We'll see how it goes.

LWF Blockbuster episode 2:
Jim Londos vs. George South: Jim Londos made short work of George South in his triumphant return to the LWF, first wearing down South's arm with the grinding armbar, then finishing him off with the Airplane Spin. After the match, Londos was attacked from behind by Necro Butcher! Butcher slammed Londos against the ringpost outside the ring, busting him open. Butcher was hauled away by security as Londos recovered in the ring.
Backseat Boys vs. The Killer Bees: In a hard fought match, the Backseat Boys defeated the Killer Bees after Cashmere hit the Cradle Breaker on Jim Brunzell. The crowd was on their feet for most of the match.
Drake Younger vs. S.D. Jones: Drake Younger quickly put Jones away with Drake's Landing in near record time. After the match, Red Bastien appeared on the Jumbotron and challenged Younger to face him like a man next week.
George Hackenschmidt vs. Angelo Mosca: George Hackenschmidt beat Angelo Mosca by count out in a short but hard hitting match.
Don Leo Jonathan vs. Ricky Landell for the United States title: Steve Corino had high hopes for his protege in this match but was let down as Don Leo Jonathan mauled Landell en route to retaining the gold. Landell mounted zero offense and Jonathan threw him around the ring before eventually putting him out of his misery with the Swinging Full Nelson.
The Armstrongs vs. Rick Rude & Curt Hennig: The second tag team match of the night was as exciting as the first. The Armstrongs put up a tremendous fight but in the end fell to Rude and Hennig when Hennig hit Brad with the Hennig Plex.
Tiger Mask vs. Mike Quackenbush: Quackenbush scored several near falls but Tiger Mask eventually came back and beat Quackenbush with two brutal Tiger Suplexes in the closest match yet of the night. The two men shook hands after the match.
Steve Williams vs. Strangler Lewis: Williams dominated most of the match, hitting two Oklahoma Stampedes and brutallizing Lewis outside the ring, only to have Lewis take control after a missed deathjump and get the submission victory via the Strangler's Headlock. Williams was fuming and Lewis was a bloody mess after the match.
Mil Mascaras vs. Buddy Rogers for the LWF Heavyweight title: Despite dominating most of the match, Mil Mascaras lost to Buddy Rogers via the Figure Four Grapevine. Bobby Heenan saved Rogers during a pinfall attempt near the end of the match, sealing Mascaras's doom. Rogers refused to relinquish the Figure Four Grapevine until security arrived. As officials strapped the LWF Heavyweight title around Rogers's waist, Mascaras had to be helped from the ring due to the condition of his knee. The show went off the air with the crowd showering the ring with trash as Rogers and Heenan mocked the fans inside the ring.

LWF Blockbuster episode 3:
Larry Zbyszko vs. Dewey Robertson: The debuting Zbyszko made short work of Robertson, winning with a vicious backbreaker to open the show.
The Superfriends vs. The Samoan Island Tribe: The team of the Superfriends, Mike Quackenbush & Chris Hero, showed impressive teamwork, isolating Samu and utilizing quick tags. Hero looked particularly impressive, hitting his signature hold, the Hero's Welcome, twice before putting Samu away with a crossbody from the top.
Jim Londos vs. Necro Butcher: To the surprise of everyone, Londos and Butcher had a very competitive match. Butcher escaped the Boston Crab early on and took the match to the outside at every opportunity. Londos had the match won with a crotch lift and slam until Bruiser Brody came from the crowd and broke up the pin. Butcher was able to hit the Tiger Driver shortly afterward for the win. After the match, Bruiser Brody and Necro Butcher brutalllized Londos on the floor until they were escorted out by security.
Danny Hodge vs. Pepper Gomez: Hodge and Gomez tore the house down in this one, putting on a wrestling clinic that had the crowd on its feet. Hodge overcame a tremendous beating and put Gomez away with the Standing Dropkick. The crowd gave both men a standing ovation after the match. George Hackenschmidt vs. Angelo Mosca: Though Mosca managed to knock Hackenschmidt off his feet, the Russian Lion continued his winning ways, destroying Mosca with a succession of punishing maneuvers, winning with repeated applicaitons of the Russian Bear Hug.
Red Bastien vs. Drake Younger for the LWF Junior Heavyweight title: Red Bastien was a bloody mess by the end of this one. Drake Younger attacked him at the start of the match and was nearly disqualified after breaking a light tube over Bastien's head. Bastien surprised the crowd with his toughness, kicking out of the Drake's Landing. Younger was eventually DQed for shoving the referee on the outside. Though Bastien retained the title, the issue between these men is far from settled.
The Backseat Boys vs. The Armstrongs: The Backseat Boys continue their hot streak, beating the Armstrongs in a one-sided affair. Cashmere and Acid isolated Bullet Bob early on and wore him down. The end came after Acid hit the Acid Bomb for the win.
Steve Williams vs. Strangler Lewis in a Texas Death match: Williams battered Lewis all over the ring area but, just as in their last match, Lewis took a beating only to bounce back and put Williams away with his signature hold, the Strangler's Headlock.
Mil Mascaras & the James Gang vs. Buddy Rogers, Rick Rude & Curt Hennig: Mascras was dying for a measure of vengeance on Buddy Rogers but it was not to be as the two never locked up. The match was back and forth with many near falls. The end came when Kip James slammed Rick Rude on the timekeeper's table in full view of the referee, ending the match by DQ. The six men continued brawling around the ring area as the show went off the air.
