Come on Tom, we need to think bigger than just 6! What a great way to reignite the passion in the GWF than a reboot (ala some of the new re-imagining of many movies/games lately) For example, take a look at the new Lara Croft. Imagine the whole set with a slightly edgier vibe shown off in color! That's something I'd want to pay for!! Yes! Go for it, Tom! Update everything, and make the '6 cards' all new characters to flesh out the original 24 roster!

That's not a bad idea, Jeff... better yet, maybe use it to give a few EC guys a 2087 card.. and make the transition a little smoother... while the story of a big upheaval works, quite a few guys vanish with pretty weak reasons.

This edition is supposed to be about celebrating the 25th anniversary of the release of the original 24, so that's the focus here. I wouldn't look at it as something that's going to fill in storyline or enhance an active roster or anything; these are commemorative cards. 25 years is a really special achievement in a world full of "here and gone" games and concepts. It's incredible for Tom Filsinger and Filsinger Games and it's great for those of us who've been along for the ride the entire time (I was a pre-teen when I first got the game and can remember how excited I was to get that flier with Bishop Hell pictured and advertising the coming of "GWF Invasion").

Yeah, that's true... what can I say... I get excited. I WOULD buy such a set in a heartbeat, though, and I'm pretty picky
