Thanks for the comment. I was stunned by the Konnan win. Can't wait to see where that leads Konnan. I've noticed, at least for me, that he has the capability to pull out some big wins from time to time.

Match Notes: Koko controlled most of this opening match, and nearly had it won with GHOSTBUSTER. But Sweeney's charges, the Kings Of Wrestling, interfered, and Sweeney came back to win it with the 12 LARGE ELBOW DROP, getting yet another tainted win.
Buff Bagwell vs. Delirious
Delirious defeated Buff Bagwell with a CHEMICAL INBALANCE #2 at 23:28
Match Notes: Very good match. Delirious showed a lot of fire. Before the match, Bagwell got on the mic, and said Delirious wears that mask because he is too ugly for the general public, unlike himself. Bagwell then began posing for the fans, until Delirious attacked. The two then went on to have a good back and forth match. Sherri Martel tried to interfere, but Delirious scared her by wiggling his tongue, and trying to grab her for a kiss! Delirious hits the CHEMICAL IMBALANCE #2, and picks up a nice win.
Heartbreak Express vs. Killer Bees
Phil Davis defeated Jim Brunzell with a foreign object at 11:37
Match Notes: The first meeting between these two teams, saw Heartbreak Express get DQ'ed. In this rematch, the Bees controlled most of it, but Heartbreak Express did hit THE HEARTBREAKER twice, but to no avail. But after a well placed shot with a foreign object, the Heartbreak Express got the tainted win.

Commissioner Cox came out, and made a some match announcements for the Sin City Spectacular pay per view. First, after what happened on the last card during and after the match between The Valentines and the James Gang, he has signed a rematch between those two teams for the pay per view. He also announced a special match between Jushin "Thunder" Liger taking on Tiger Mask! This is a match that will feature two of the best Junior Heavyweights in the world, and two men who will be a part of the Super J Cup tournament! He next made the match official between Lou Thesz and Nick Bockwinkle! That is a huge match, as it could be a while before those two meet again, as they are a part of different territories. He then made a huge announcement, that there will be not one, but two Steel Cage Matches on the pay per view!! Just signed is the team of Andre The Giant and Red Bastien to face Ox Baker and Necro Butcher inside the steel cage!! Sin City Spectacular is shaping up to be a huge event!!

Gorgeous George vs. Buddy Rose
for the ROG World Television Championship
This match ended in a draw (TIME LIMIT DRAW) at 15:00
Match Notes: Buddy Rose retains the ROG World Television Title via time limit draw. Once again, Gorgeous George cannot come away with a win in the TV title match before the time expired, even with the 15 minute time limit. He dominated the match, and tried every dirty trick he could, but he still could not get Rose down for the count or submission, and Rose manages to hold on to the title, by not submitting when George used the SPINNING TOE HOLD right at the end. The stipulation made by Commissioner Cox was that this would be the last try for George.
Giant Baba vs. Ted DiBiase
Ted DiBiase defeated Giant Baba with a figure four leglock at 7:45
Match Notes: DiBiase and Baba meet again. Commissioner Cox barred King Kong Bundy, Virgil, and Bobo Brazil from ringside for this match. DiBiase got the big man down, and locked on a figure four leglock. DiBiase was near the ropes, and kept grabbing the ropes for extra leverage, while the ref would check on Baba. Laying flat on his back, the ref would utlimately make a 3 count on Baba, and DiBiase got the win. After the match, Baba staggered to his feet, and looked as if he was going to attack DiBiase, but out came Bundy to deliver a big shoulder block, and knock Baba through the ropes and to the floor! Bobo Brazil would make his way out, and we got wild brawl, until wrestlers and officials broke it up. It was later announced the four men will meet in a Texas Death Match tag team match at Sin City Spectacular.
Backseat Boyz vs. Age Of The Fall
Johnny Kashmere defeated Tyler Black with a CRADLE BREAKER at 14:49
Match Notes: Another good win for the Backseat Boyz, as they move back up the tag rankings. Age Of The Fall controlled the first half of the match. Once the Backseat Boyz took over on offense, they were relentless, and go on to pick up the win.
Killer Kowalksi vs. Hacksaw Jim Duggan
Killer Kowalksi defeated Hacksaw Jim Duggan with a Killer Kowalski hits a perfect cross-body block! at 13:32
Match Notes: Match was ok. Kowalski did most of the damage. Kowalski catches Duggan off guard with a cross body block, and with a hook of the tights, pins Duggan.
Frank Gotch vs. The Destroyer
The Destroyer defeated Frank Gotch with a FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK at 7:00
Match Notes: Solid main event. These two had a good series of match over the US Title, which would eventually see Gotch come out on the winning end of that little feud. The two meet again tonight with no title on the line, and it was a good technical battle. The match could have gone either way, but The Destroyer managed to get the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK locked on in the middle of the ring. Gotch would ultimately pass out, giving The Destroyer the win. After the match, when Gotch comes to, he gets on the mic, and says he and The Destroyer have had some good matches, and their rivalry has been fairly even. Gotch challenges The Destroyer to settle their rivalry once and for all, with a 30 minute Iron Man Match at Sin City Spectacular! The Destroyer accepts! Add one more big match to the pay per view, a match that could ultimately have World Title implications!
