SEMIFINALS
Torture Chamber: Paganax (fongule) vs. Kill Prey (Thunder)
Paganax simply overwhelmed Kill Prey in the first fall, no-selling the hunter's early attempts at offense before dropping him with a Primal Scream. Paganax then picked him up for two huge PAGAN VOIDS, but rather than going for the pin, the Heathen Chief continued the punishment. For nearly fifteen minutes, Paganax systematically worked over Kill Prey, never letting him get in any offense before pinning him after the fourth PAGAN VOID of the fall.
Kill Prey came back in the second fall, and used the Hunter's Eye Claw to his advantage, partially blinding Paganax before laying in to him with Bounty Skullcrushers. He went for a throat chop, though, which didn't faze the Chief who went low on Kill Prey, taking out his knees. He then locked in his Face Smothering sleeper to score the second fall.
With Kill Prey basically out in the ring, the third fall proved to be academic. Paganax punished Kill Prey with powerful lariats and slams. Finally, he locked him into a bear hug, squeezing the air out of him before twisting it into his trademark bearhug backbreaker and taking the third and final fall to advance to the finals.
Paganax won 3-0 at 21:41
Titan Death Match: Iron Mane (EricM) vs. Bloodline (Captain Cold)
There was lots of back and forth action early on in the match. Both competitors had obviously scouted each other well, and the fans cheered as they were treated to reversal after reversal. Bloodline was finally able to get the best of Iron Mane with a big string of punches, the dropped him with a swinging DDT. Bloodline whipped the Ani-Man into one buckle, then the other, but when he followed up with an attempted splash Iron Mane was able to roll out of the way, and both competitors left the ring.
Outside the ring, Bloodline grabbed Iron Mane and whipped him into the ring post, busting him open. The two started to brawl, and Bloodline got the better of the exchange much to everyone's surprise, using the ring bell to lay Iron Mane out. They came back into the ring, and Bloodline hit another corner whip. He once again tried to follow up with a big splash, but Iron Mane got up both feet and drove them straight into Bloodline's sternum, sending him staggering back. Iron Mane leapt up top and came flying off with a picture perfect dropkick, knocking Bloodline out, and let out a loud roar. Bloodline staggered to his feet, and Iron Mane hit the FINAL POUNCE then covered him for the pinfall win to advance to the finals!
