AUGUST 4, 2092

ROCKET: Welcome to Monday Night War Games. And I am being joined by the Galaxian Heavyweight Champion Chaos. Chaos, you wanted Star Warrior. You hand-picked him to be your challenger on the 31st.

CHAOS: Johnny Rocket, you still don't get it. I am afraid of no man. I duck no man. I came to the GWF specifically to face two men. Thantos. And Star Warrior. The Galaxian Heavyweight Championship would not have even been worth obtaining unless I obtained it by beating Thantos and Star Warrior. I am Chaos! I am Power Incarnate! And I will go down in history as the greatest wrestler to ever step into the squared circle in the GWF.

ROCKET: We will see Star Warrior in action tonight against Mayhem and in our main event, you team with Matador of M83 to face the Norse Gods.

CHAOS: It just shows my greatness that even I can make the Norse Gods into main eventers. It also shows the weakness of the GWF that those two clowns can actually hold tag team gold.

THE YOUNG ALLIES VS ABOVE THE LAW W/ROYAL OVERLORD
A rematch from Saturday Night. This time, the Allies avoid HELLFIRE but Mad Jester still gets a controversial pin when Above the Law double-teamed Vlad Hammer behind the ref's back.

ROCKET: Your men are headed towards a showdown with TitanPower in a Titan Death Match.

OVERLORD: You know, Rocket, the funny thing is, people think this somehow favors the Titans. What it does is makes us even further Above the Law. Because there will be no law. Just the Titans crying about being burned.

ROCKET: I am being joined by the Galaxian Tag Team Champions. The Beasts of Burden and their manager, Amazonia. Your next title defense will be against the Eastern Dynasty.

AMAZONIA: Some people are saying it is an easy defense. They are wrong. There is no easy defense in the GWF. We don't take anyone lightly. We were underdogs, too, against the Gladiators. Yet, we have the belts. And we will give the Eastern Dynasty everything that makes us Galaxian Tag Team Champions.

THANTOS VS WOLF W/AMAZONIA
A classic between these two old foes that goes the distance.
THE MATCH ENDS IN A TIME LIMIT DRAW

CARTER: Hold on, everyone! Who would like to see these two do this again? On August 31st at the Deimos Intergalactic Arena. Thantos. Wolf. You have your match set. Against each other!

ROCKET: Well, how do you like that? The fans are loving it! The Eastern Dynasty is joining me now.

KHAN: I hope Krakan is listening and watching. And will be watching when we beat the Beasts of Burden for the Galaxian Tag Team Titles.

ROCKET: Krakan. What. Why?

KHAN: You don't need to know.

STAR WARRIOR W/OMEGA VS MAYHEM W/THE GUARDSMAN
Unbelievable fight as Star Warrior learns that Mayhem likes it bloody. Still, Star Warrior prevails with the +6 COSMIC BIG BANG.
WINNER OF THE MATCH: STAR WARRIOR

ROCKET: That was brutal!

OMEGA: Johnny, every match is tough in the GWF. Something Chaos hasn't learned yet. Coming in and dominating everyone just isn't possible. Keep underestimating everyone in the GWF Chaos. One day, you will be in for a huge surprise.

ROCKET: They are leaving as we are joined now by Matador of M83.

MATADOR: Old-Mega and his snot-nosed punk are in over their heads. And Norse Gods. I'm not even going to dignify this match with a response. But, Bounty Hunter. You pathetic fool. Even these pathetic fans root for me against you. Guile. Your man can't beat me on his best day or my worse day.

THE KEEPERS OF THE STONE VS THE COSMIC FORCES W/DOOMSAYER
The Cosmic Forces cement their top contender status with a nontitle match that sees Matter take care of Rogue with the POSITIVE CHARGE.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH: THE COSMIC FORCES

ROCKET: If this happens on the 31st, the Cosmic Forces will finally have won the War Games Tag Team Titles.

DOOMSAYER: It will happen! Welcome to the future of professional wrestling.

ROCKET: Reynard B. Guile and Bounty Hunter are joining me.

GUILE: Matador! You have no idea what you will be in for. My Bounty Hunter has been preparing for you every day and on the 31st, he will become the Interplanetary Champion.

SPIKE AND THE GLADIATORS W/THE GUARDSMAN VS POWERHOUSE AND MESMER, MASTER OF THE OCCULT W/COMMANDER SAM
As if facing the Gladiators wasn't bad enough, Powerhouse and Mesmer end up being attacked by the Royal Family and Count Necros. The Gladiators don't seem thrilled but don't interfere as Powerhouse and Mesmer get beaten down.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A DISQUALIFICATION: POWERHOUSE AND MESMER, MASTER OF THE OCCULT

OVERLORD: And that should finally end all the rumors about there being dissension in the Royal Court.

THE THIRD FORCE VS THE NORSE GODS W/SOLARIS
Chaos and Matador should have taken this match more seriously as Man-Mountain gains a stunning pinfall on Matador following the MOUNTAIN SLIDE.

SATURDAY NIGHT INVASION
AUGUST 9, 2092

Chaos came out and talked about his upcoming title defense against Star Warrior. Star Warrior and Omega came out. Omega again said that Chaos' overconfidence would cost him on the 31st and that it wouldn't be the first time. Chaos asked what Omega meant by that by Omega and Star Warrior walked away and left the champ wondering.

Earthquake beat The Guardsman with the CLIFFHANGER.

Commander Sam talked about the 31st and the signed match between Powerhouse and the Royal Family.

Amazonia came out with the Galaxian Tag Team Champions, the Beasts of Burden, and talked about the upcoming title defense against the Eastern Dynasty.

Shocker scored a countout win against the Young Allies when Prison Camp came out and stole the Russian and American flags and the Young Allies chased them to the back and abandoned the match.

The Eastern Dynasty was interviewed about challenging for the Galaxian Tag Team Titles.

Mutant beat The Creeper with the TEMPLE GRINDER in a preview match for the 31st.

Matador of M83 talked about facing Bounty Hunter yet again.

The Cosmic Forces and Doomsayer came out and did commentary on the match between The Keepers of the Stone and Nightmare. The distraction helped as Whiplash beat Rogue with the Neck Whiplash.

Bounty Hunter and Reynard B. Guile interviewed about the upcoming challenge to Matador of M83. Then, Guile was beaten by Man-Mountain and the MOUNTAIN SLIDE in a singles match.

MONDAY NIGHT WAR GAMES
AUGUST 11, 2092

Chaos and Matador of M83 come out. The fans serenade Matador with a MOUNTAIN SLIDE chant.

CHAOS: Go ahead and think that fluke last week meant something. I am still Galaxian Heavyweight Champion. He is still Interplanetary Champion. We are still the greatest force in professional wrestling today.

MATADOR: The Norse Gods are not here tonight because they know we would rip them apart.

Fans restart the MOUNTAIN SLIDE chant. Commissioner Carter comes out.

CARTER: I am so glad you two are in such a competitive mood. Because I know two wrestlers who also want some competition tonight.

Amazonia walks out with the Galaxian Tag Team Champions, the Beasts of Burden.

CARTER: So, tonight's main event will be Chaos and Matador against Incredible Badger and Iron Mane. The Galaxian Heavyweight Champion teaming with the Interplanetary Champion to take on the Galaxian Tag Team Champions. Now, that's a main event.

In the opening match, Renegade used a double knee lift to score the pinfall over Krakan, Hitman for Hire in a singles match.

The Gladiators beat Supernova Explosion as Massacre pinned Star Warrior following the Gladiator Piledriver.

Dreadnaught caught Dragonmaster with the GUIDED MISSILE to give Original Sin the win over the Titan Express. It was mentioned during the match that Dreadnaught would be facing Lance At-Las on the 31st.

The Keepers of the Stone were disqualified against Above the Law.

Spike beat Wolf with a piledriver.

In the main event, the Third Force got the win over the Beasts of Burden. Matador of M83 got the pinfall with the BULLWHIP on Iron Mane.

Fun match. Between Chaos & Matador, there is not one defensive tag between them. Yet on offense, as in singles competition, either could get on a roll and quickly dominate. Badger was the quintessential tag specialist, with a total of six defensive tags, two on each level, so he had a 1 in 3 chance on forcing the issue of cohesion and teamwork. Iron Mane had a defensive tag on L2D (with contemporary rules, he should have had at least 1 listed on L1D) but still brings forth a strong overall arsenal to carry the load when needed. On this night, it wasn't enough.

Players see the super singles unit vs branded team scenario many times over the years. A house rule I would sometimes use to emphasize 'combined effort' was to marry the number of double team/pin save attempts per match to the number of total (tag) designations. In this case BoB would have 7 (a strong handicap) while Chaos & Matador would have zero (reflecting these two are killers on their own, but have no sense of concern for selflessness or working 'together'). It helped to prevent the flow of uninterrupted BOW OF DEFEAT/BULLWHIP rolls that can crush cards in singles competition, while jobbing out 'branded teams'.

SATURDAY NIGHT INVASION
AUGUST 16, 2092

Susan McDuff and Eek discussed tonight's main event. A nontitle match between the Keepers of the Stone, the War Games Tag Team Champions, and Powerhouse. Eek mentioned that Commander Sam had been getting Powerhouse several nontitle matches against champions but wasn't securing them title matches. Eek also suggested that Sam was purposefully holding Earthquake back because he was afraid of Earthquake outshining Massif. McDuff replied with: "Oh my goodness gracious. That is a ludicrous accusation!"

The Creeper beat The Guardsman with a heart punch in the opening match.

Mutant made The Serpent Unman submit to the TEMPLE GRINDER. McDuff and Eek reminded everyone that Mutant and The Creeper will face off yet again on the 31st at the Deimos Intergalactic Arena.

The Young Allies faced Shocker in a rematch after last week's match was ruined by Prison Camp. This time, the Allies won with the SUPERPOWER SUMMIT on Death Masque. Afterwards, they promised to retrieve their flags from Prison Camp on the 31st.

The Eastern Dynasty faced TitanPower next. The Dynasty had been hearing rumbles that they had no business challenging the Beasts of Burden for the Galaxian Tag Team Titles and looked to prove the haters wrong. They had their shot but Mitsuko the Mongol missed a turnbuckle charge and Billy Jo Boxer rolled him up for the one-two-three and TitanPower was declared the winners.

In the main event, the Keepers of the Stone executed the DIVIDE AND CONQUER on Massif with Scourge scoring the one-two-three as Earthquake seemed to just make a half-hearted effort at a pin save.

MONDAY NIGHT WAR GAMES
AUGUST 18, 2092

Commissioner Carter came out and thanked the fans of VX Promotions and the GWF and said that every champion in the GWF would compete tonight, although no titles would be on the line. The main event would be a rematch from last week with the Third Force taking on the Beasts of Burden.

Massif pinned Krakan following the Massif Power Slam.

The entire Third Force was interviewed. After proclaiming what they would do tonight, Chaos talked about Star Warrior and how good it will be to finally defeat him and have proven his dominance over the GWF. Matador once again told Bounty Hunter that he was out of his league. And the Keepers mentioned their upcoming title defense against the Cosmic Forces.

The tag team match that saw Wolf team with Battering Ram to face Above the Law ended in a draw. Johnny Rocket and Freebird Steve talked about the upcoming matches on the 31st, especially Battering Ram challenging Spike for the War Games Heavyweight Title.

Star Warrior said he was ready for Chaos and the 31st.

Thantos pinned Lance At-Las following a shoulder breaker. Dreadnaught watched from the announcer's table.

The Beasts of Burden said they were excited to have their rematch with the Third Force tonight. Susan McDuff reminded everyone that the Beasts of Burden would defend the Galaxian Tag Team Titles against the Eastern Dynasty on the 31st.

Titan Express beat the Keepers of the Stone when Pulsar Prime hit the Star Smasher on Rogue.

Crimson Cross interviewed the Eastern Dynasty. Ghengis Khan again made a plea to Krakan to contact him.

Spike used the MEGADESTROYER on Lightening and the War Games Champion and Mayhem had a win over the Norse Gods.

Reynard B. Guile came out and scouted the main event along with Bounty Hunter.

The Third Force beat the Beasts of Burden again as Chaos made Incredible Badger submit to the BOW OF DEFEAT.

Interesting to see Wolf and Battering Ram team-up and draw with Above the Law, plus it's cool CC interviewed my favorite tag team. I'd love to see them win the gold, but the Eastern Dynasty have a tough task...

AUGUST 23, 2092

MCDUFF: Welcome to Saturday Night Invasion. Susan McDuff alongside Eek and we are just a week away from returning to the Deimos Intergalactic Arena. Tonight, in our main event, we have….what?

EEK: Let me see…..what in the world?

MCDUFF: Man-Mountain going one-on-one against Royal Overlord?

EEK: This isn’t April Fool’s Day.

MCDUFF: Also, we have the Keepers of the Stone taking on Nightmare and the Young Allies battling the Eastern Dynasty.

Royal Overlord storms out followed by Bishop Hell.

OVERLORD: What is this? What is the meaning of this? Is someone trying to embarrass me?

HELL: Calm down, let’s go back. I have a plan.

MCDUFF: I don’t know fans. This is crazy. Let’s go to the ring.

THE SERPENT UNMAN VS THE GUARDSMAN
An elbow drop by The Guardsman gets almost a three count as Unman struggled to deal with his stronger foe. The Guardsman follows up with the CRACKDOWN but can only get a one-count. Later, Serpent Unman gets a one-count with a sunset flip. One deathjump later, The Serpent Unman applies THE STRANGULATION and gets the submission as Doomsayer looked on.
WINNER OF THE MATCH: THE SERPENT UNMAN

MCDUFF: Did you see Doomsayer out watching the match?

EEK: Seems he has taken quite an interest in the Serpent Unman. But for the life of me, I can’t figure out why.

MCDUFF: CC is standing by now with Chaos.

CC: In one week’s time, you will defend your Galaxian Heavyweight….

The interview is interrupted by Michael McKinney.

MCKINNEY: I got this. Listen up. Chaos has no more to say about Star Warrior. The Champ will let his actions speak for him at Deimos next week.

CHAOS: I am The Indestructible Chaos. I am Power Incarnate.

MCDUFF: Let’s go to the ring.

TITANPOWER W/TRAINER JIM VS SHOCKER W/MAGNUS COLBY
It looked over when Darkos hit the FINAL CURTAIN on Billy Jo Boxer but the Deceiver was not able to get the three count. Death Masque tagged in and hit a deathjump and one two…kickout again by Boxer! Darkos tagged back in, hit the FINAL CURTAIN and got the three count as Death Masque kept Lord Nexus from making the save.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH: SHOCKER

EEK: The Assassins are really putting it together.

MCDUFF: There seems to be a commotion backstage.

Backstage, Nightmare is standing over the bodies of the Greek Gods.

WHIPLASH: Next time, get out of our way.

MCDUFF: Oh my goodness gracious! Let’s go to the ring.

THE YOUNG ALLIES VS THE EASTERN DYNASTY
The Eastern Dynasty looking to build momentum before their title match against their hated rivals here. They deliver the MONGOLIAN MAULER to Adam Blast but Vlad Hammer makes the save. As the ref puts Hammer back in the corner, they double-team Blast again. Mitsuko makes the cover but Adam Blast kicks out at two. Khan tags in and hits the TWIN THRUST on Blast and, again, Hammer makes the save. The Allies fight back and Hammer uses a knee drop to score a one count on Mitsuko. The tide turns and Mitsuko catches Hammer with a power slam and scores a two count. Khan tags in and delivers a deadly throat chop and scores a one count. Then the Allies reverse thing and Blast hits Ghengis Khan with the MEGABLAST but Khan kicks out just before the three count. A couple of moves later and Blast nails Khan with the Torpedo Dive and scores the pin as Hammer cuts off Mitsuko.

MCDUFF: A huge loss just before their title match.

EEK: The Allies stole this one. Cheated their way to victory!

MCDUFF: Let’s go to our next match.

KEEPERS OF THE STONE VS NIGHTMARE W/MAGNUS COLBY
The first pin attempt goes to Splatter after he hit Rogue with a foreign object but Rogue kicked out at one. Then, Whiplash tagged in and applied the THUMBSCREW to Rogue but Scourge came in and broke up the submission. The Keepers of the Stone then bailed out of the match before the Greek Gods came in and went after Nightmare. Whiplash ends up getting laid out during the brawl.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A COUNTOUT: NIGHTMARE

MCDUFF: Whiplash learning not to mess with the Greek Gods! Our main event is next.

MAN-MOUNTAIN W/SOLARIS VS ROYAL OVERLORD
Man-Mountain has to be led to the ring as he is clutching his eyes. And Royal Overlord pins Man-Mountain following an atomic drop.
WINNER OF THE MATCH: ROYAL OVERLORD

MCDUFF: What happened? What is going on? Oh, would you look at this!

Vanity is standing by the entranceway, holding a bottle of perfume. He sprays it in the air and laughs as Invasion goes off the air.
