MONDAY NIGHT WAR GAMES
AUGUST 25, 2092
ROCKET: Welcome to Monday Night War Games! Johnny Rocket along with Freebird Steve and we are just six days away from returning to the Deimos Intergalactic Arena!
STEVE: And how about Saturday night and Royal Overlord beating Man-Mountain?
ROCKET: There was something awfully fishy about that with Man-Mountain having been blinded before the match, Possibly by Vanity.
STEVE: Vanity would never do such a thing! But I do think Vanity and Mr Galaxy will be the new Interplanetary Tag Team Champions!
ROCKET: We have the Gladiators, Brute and Massacre, headed this way!
MASSACRE: We’ve been watching the past couple of weeks and we see Chaos and Matador of M83 beating up on those AniMen pukes, the Beasts of Burden. And we been thinking that we could beat up on Matador and Chaos. Tell them Brute!
BRUTE: Well! Third Force! You want to be the measuring stick? Well, we are going to measure how far we can stick our big boots right up your butts! Tonight. We get our tag team title shot the old fashioned way. We beat you up for it!
ROCKET: Wow, tonight. What a main event! Chaos and Matador of M83 against Brut and Massacre. Let’s go to the ring!
LORD NEXUS W/TRAINER JIM VS KRAKAN, HITMAN FOR HIRE
Krakan gets the early advantage and gets Lord Nexus in an abdominal stretch but can’t get the submission. Lord Nexus comes back but the referee gets knocked down. Nexus nails Krakan with a reverse knife-edge and makes the cover but there is no ref to count. TITAN DROP. Still no referee. And again. A few moves later and Lord Nexus hits a knee drop and makes the cover but there is still no referee. Another TITAN DROP and still no referee. Finally, the referee recovers and Lord Nexus hits the TITAN DROP and scores the three count. Then, Above the Law hits the ring and attacks Lord Nexus. Billy Jo Boxer comes out but gets blasted by HELLFIRE. Krkan then gives Lord Nexus the HITMAN’S CARD and TitanPower is left laying.
WINNER OF THE MATCH: LORD NEXUS
ROCKET: An attack by Bishop Hell and Mad Jester on Lord Nexus and Billy Jo Boxer. Now, wait just a minute! Omega coming out and with Star Warrior and Lance At-Las, getting in the ring!
STEVE: Sticking their nose where it don’t belong!
OMEGA: Overlord! Since your men are so anxious for a fight, they are going to get one. Right now!
ROCKET: And Above the Law is headed to the ring and we have ourselves a match!
SUPERNOVA EXPLSOION W/OMEGA VS ABOVE THE LAW W/ROYAL OVERLORD
Team Omega looked for a quick win and Star Warrior scored a two count on Bishop Hell with the Meteor Shower. Bishop Hell came back with a dose of HELLFIRE to Lance At-Las but was only able to get a one count. Supernova Explosion regained the advantage and Star Warrior hit Hell with the Tomahawk Thrust and made the cover and Hell was just barely able to kick out before the count of three. Hell came back and tried a sunset flip on At-Las but At-Las sat down and hooked the legs but only got a two count. Later, it was Hell scoring a two count after Lance At-Las missed a turnbuckle charge. Later, it was Bishop Hell hitting Star Warrior with HELLFIRE but Warrior kicked out just before the count of three. Finally, it was Mad Jester catching Star Warrior with the JAGGED EDGE to score the three count as Hell cut off Lance At-Las.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH: ABOVE THE LAW
STEVE: Star Warrior should have minded his own business.
ROCKET: Here comes Chaos and Matador of M83.
CHAOS: Star Warrior! You pathetic punk! How am I supposed to build my legacy off of a loser? Gladiators! You are not dealing with weaklings who cower in fear at the very mention of your name. I am Chaos! I am Power Incarnate! We are the Third Force and we will rule the GWF!
MATADOR: Will? Hah! We already do!
ROCKET: Let’s go to our next match.
ORIGINAL SIN W/DOOMSAYER VS THE GALACTICOPS W/COMMANDER SAM
Thantos nearly ends it quickly as he rolls Galactic Punisher up following a missed turnbuckle charge and the ref just barely fails to count to three before Punisher kicks out. Dreadnaught applies the Terror Face Claw but can’t get Punisher to submit. Later, Punisher hits Dreadnaught with the Punisher Smash but can only score a one count. Thantos’ team would rally back and Thantos would deliver a running clothesline to Punisher but Justice would make the pin save. Later, Dreadnaught would hit the GUIDED MISSILE on Justice but not even get a one count out of it. Later, after an out of the ring tumble left Justice with a bad leg, Thantos locked on the MASTERLOCK and Dreadnaught cut off Galactic Punisher as Justice was forced to submit.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH: ORIGINAL SIN
STEVE: The dominance of Thantos and Dreadnaught can never be denied. Wolf and Lance At-Las are in trouble on the 31st.
DOOMSAYER: Make no mistake about it. Lance At-Las! You could not beat my wrestler when he was Comrade Terror. As Dreadnaught, you are no match for him at all.
THANTOS: Wolf! How many times we have battled. And yet I am still better than you. You will submit, again, to the MASTERLOCK!
ROCKET: We have the Keepers of the Stone in action, next.
THE KEEPERS OF THE STONE VS THE BARBARIANS
Renegade got a one count on Rogue after hitting a sunset flip. Late, Terak threw Rogue off the top turnbuckle and then hit the BARBARIAN SHUFFLE but could only score a two count. Later, Renegade would dodge a shoulder charge and plant Rogue with the Cropper Slam and cover and score a two count. Terak tagged in and gave Rogue another BARBARIAN SHUFFLE but could only get a one count. Renegade tagged in and locked the SPINECRACKER on Rogue but Scourge came in to break up the hold. Terak tagged in and delivered a third BARBARIAN SHUFFLE but, somehow, Rogue kicked out just before the count of three. Later, Renegade countered a piledriver and planted Rogue with another Cropper Slam and Scourge came in again to break it up. While the ref escorted Scourge out of the ring, the Barbarians double-teamed Rogue and Renegade made the cover but Rogue kicked out at 1. Having survived every effort made by the Barbarians, the Keepers hit the DIVIDE AND CONQUER on Renegade and Rogue got the three count as Scourge cut off Terak.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH: THE KEEPERS OF THE STONE
ROCKET: The Barbarians. I can’t believe they didn’t win that match!
STEVE: That’s why the Keepers are who they are and the Barbarians are who they are. It’s not how many near-falls you get. It’s how many three counts you score.
ROCKET: We have AniMen vs Aethrans and they are next!
THE BEASTS OF BURDEN W/AMAZONIA VS SPIKE AND MAYHEM W/THE GUARDSMAN
The first pin attempt went to Iron Mane as he gave Mayhem an atomic drop and scored a one count. Mayhem came back with the Gladiator Piledriver and a two count on Iron Mane. Spike tagged in and gave Iron Mane the MEGADESTROYER and scored the three count as Mayhem cut off Incredible Badger.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH: SPIKE AND MAYHEM
STEVE: Another loss for the Beasts of Burden. They are only champions because they haven’t defended their title. That will change in six days!
ROCKET: I wouldn’t be so sure. The Eastern Dynasty isn’t the Third Force. And they aren’t the Gladiators either. And they are in our main event, next!
THE THIRD FORCE VS THE GLADIATORS W/THE GUARDSMAN
Brute scored a two count on Matador of M83 with the BRUTE FORCE. Massacre tagged in and gave Matador the CLEANSING and scored a two count. Another CLEANSING on Matador wasn’t even enough to score a one count. Matador came back with a one-leg karate kick that led to a one count on Massacre. Chaos then tagged in and locked the BOW OF DEFEAT on Massacre and Brute was cut off by Matador as Massacre submitted. Star Warrior then hit the ring and went after Chaos but then he was starting to get double-teamed by the Third Force but Bounty Hunter came in. Bounty Hunter went after Matador and then Star Warrior caught Chaos with the COSMIC BIG BANG and the show went off the air with Chaos flat on his back in the center of the ring.

MCDUFF: Welcome to Saturday Night Invasion. Susan McDuff alongside Eek and, tomorrow night, we will return to the Deimos Intergalactic Arena.
EEK: And I am looking forwards to Chaos squashing Star Warrior.
MCDUFF: Speaking of Chaos, the entire Third Force and Michael McKinney are coming out.
MCKINNEY: Oh no you don’t, Eek. No jumping on the Chaos bandwagon for you.
EEK: McKinney, you are a low-down, dirty, back-stabbing snake!
MCKINNEY: Eek! You are absolutely right. And, with good reason! Look at the men with me. All of them are champions. Something Thantos is not! Something Star Warrior is not! Something Prison Camp is not!
MCDUFF: Oh my goodness gracious! Commissioner Carter is coming out now.
CARTER: That’s nice, McKinney. But, as Commissioner of the GWF, I am ordering the Third Force to compete tonight. In a three-man tag match.
CHAOS: I am unafraid to compete against anyone! Myself and the Keepers of the Stone accept!
CARTER: Good. Then here are your opponents.
Commander Sam comes out with Mesmer and the Galacticops.
MCKINNEY: Hold on just a second, there, Carter. I have some stroke around here still. We will accept your demand without protest but only if I am allowed to order a match as well.
CARTER: Okay, and what do you have in mind?
MCKINNEY: Commander Sam! Against….Death Masque! And that match is the first one tonight!
SAM: I accept!
DEATH MASQUE W/MAGNUS COLBY VS COMMANDER SAM
Death Masque thought he had it after hitting Sam with the LOADED GLOVE but Sam kicked out just before the count of three. Death Masque then gave Sam THE MELTDOWN right in front of the referee who called for the bell.
WINNER OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A DISQUALIFICATION: COMMANDER SAM
MCDUFF: Sam suffering the effects of that illegal move.
EEK: Death Masque just trying to improve his looks.
MCDUFF: The Awesome Studs are here now.
VANITY: Hey, Man-Mountain, how’s the eyesight, fatso? Hahahaha!
MCDUFF: Here comes Commissioner Carter again.
VANITY: He can’t fine me! He has no proof.
CARTER: Vanity, I have no intentions of fining you. I plan to punish you where it would hurt you the most. In your pretty little face!
VANITY: Are you threatening me?
CARTER: Nope. I’m ordering the Awesome Studs in a match. Right now.
VANITY: Against who?
CARTER: Them!
MCDUFF: It’s TitanPower!
VANITY: No! Not Billy Jo Boxer! He’ll punch me in the face! I refuse!
CARTER: You will either wrestle TitanPower now, or you will lose your title shot against the Norse Gods tomorrow night.
VANITY: Not fair! Abuse of power! You! Abuse of power!
TITANPOWER W/TRAINER JIM VS THE AWESOME STUDS W/SWEET THING
Vanity wanted no part of this and left Mr Galaxy to the wolves as a left hook by Billy Jo Boxer scored a one count. Mr Galaxy came back and applied the Full Nelson to Lord Nexus but could not get the submission. Now, Vanity was willing to come in and he scored a one count on Lord Nexus with the Vanity Flip. Lord Nexus turned it around and nailed Galaxy with a karate chop and made the cover for a one count. Lord Nexus then scored the three count with a knee drop on Galaxy. As TitanPower left the ring, the Norse Gods came in and went after the Awesome Studs. Vanity bailed out, leaving Mr Galaxy to get double squashed by Man-Mountain and Lightening.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH: TITANPOWER
MCDUFF: The Norse Gods with a measure of revenge on the Awesome Studs tonight.
EEK: Carter is playing favorites!
MCDUFF: Let’s go to the ring.
EARTHQUAKE W/COMMANDER SAM VS THE SERPENT UNMAN
An easy, dominant squash with the CLIFFHANGER.
WINNER OF THE MATCH: EARTHQUAKE
MCDUFF: Sam looks okay. We have CC standing by with the Eastern Dynasty.
CC: Tomorrow night, you have a shot at becoming Galaxian Tag Team Champions but, next, you face the Young Allies.
KHAN: CC. We will never stop until the Young Allies are out of wrestling for good! We will crush them tonight and this victory will lift us to the championship that will be ours. The Dynasty will reign forever!
THE YOUNG ALLIES VS THE EASTERN DYNASTY
Ghengis Khan with the TWIN THRUST to Adam Blast. !..2..kickout! The Dynasty gives Blast the MONGOLAIN MAULER. Vlad Hammer makes the save. The ref puts Hammer in his corner. Dynasty with another double-team on Blast. Mistuko goes for the cover and Hammer makes another save. The Allies turn it around and Blast scores a two count on Mitsuko with the MEGABLAST. Blast also hits Khan with the MEGABLAST but can’t even get a one count. Another MEGABLAST on Khan and just a one count. Hammer tags in and the Allies deliver the SUPERPOWER SUMMIT but again Khan kicks out at one. Blast with another MEGABLAST to Mitsuko for a one count. Blast hits Khan with the Patriot Missile and cover and Mitsuko makes the save. The ref puts Mitsuko back and the Allies give Khan a double team and Blast makes the cover and Hammer cuts off Mitsuko and Blast gets the three count. Prison Camp hits the ring and attacks the Allies. Adam Blast gets beat down with the help of the Dynasty.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH: THE YOUNG ALLIES
MCDUFF: What was that all about?
DOOMSAYER: Tomorrow night. You two children think you will recapture your flags? After we beat the Young Allies, we will bury them in their flags! Hahahaha!
MCDUFF: Our main event is next!
THE KEEPERS OF THE STONE AND CHAOS VS MESMER, MASTER OF THE OCCULT AND THE GALACTICOPS W/COMMANDER SAM
Just as the match was starting, Brute and Massacre came out and began to jaw with the Third Force members. The Galacticops then got into the Gladiators’ faces and began to argue while Chaos led the Keepers back to the dressing room and his team was counted out. Then, Count Necros attacked Mesmer from behind and left him on the mat with the PHANTOM DUST as the Galacticops and Gladiators began to brawl. The show went off the air amidst all the …no pun intended…chaos.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A COUNTOUT: THE GALACTICOPS AND MESMER, MASTER OF THE OCCULT

It was cool seeing Serpant Unman over The Guardsman a few cards back and the Eastern Dynasty continues to lose versus the Young Allies, which is a bad thing. Knowing Sam won, it was cool seeing Death Masque with the MELTDOWN DQ loss...

Terak hits the BARBRIAN SHUFFLE on Guile but Guile kicks out just before the count of three. Another BARBARIAN SHUFFLE scores a 3 count on Guile as Renegade makes sure Overlord doesn’t make the save.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH: THE BARBARIANS
MAYHEM W/THE GUARDSMAN VS URSA MAJOR
Mayhem just brutalized Ursa Major and then began to beat him mercilessly with a steel chair until the referee called for the bell.
WINNER OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A DISQUALIFICATION: URSA MAJOR
THE YOUNG ALLIES VS PRISON CAMP W/DOOMSAYER
Adam Blast scored a two count on Tongsoon with the MEGABLAST. Tongsoon came back with the BATTLE CRY on Vlad Hammer and, then, when Blast tried to make the save, he gave the Allies a Noggin’ Knocker and covered Hammer but Hammer kicked out before the count of one. Tongsoon even hit Hammer with a foreign object and made the cover but still only got a one count. Tendron tagged in and gave Hammer THE SMOTHERING but Blast made the save. Tongsoon then gave Blast one more BATTLE CRY and scored the three count. Prison Camp then set fire to the two flags they had stolen from the Allies.

THE GREEK GODS W/SOLARIS VS NIGHTMARE W/MAGNUS COLBY
Splatter just misses getting the three count after giving Proteus the HATCHET JOB. Proteus comes back and scores a two count on Splatter after executing a full power slam. Acatgon tags in and applies the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP but Splatter gets to the ropes. Proteus tags back in and gives Splatter the OVERHEAD TOSS but again it’s only good for a two count. A flying skullcrusher by Acragon on Splatter can barely even get a one count. Proteus gets in on the act with the Grecian Sleeper Grip on Splatter but Splatter somehow gets to the ropes to break the hold. Another OVERHEAD TOSS by Proteus and Actagon cut off Whiplash as Proteus scored the three count.

THE GALACTICOPS W/THE GUARDSMAN VS THE GLADIATORS W/COMMANDER SAM
Brute gives Galactic Punisher the Brain Bruiser and scores a one count. Massacre tags in and the Gladiators give Punisher the DECAPITATOR and Massacre makes the cover. One…two…somehow Punisher kicks out! Massacre gives Punisher THE CLEANSING but Justice pulls the referee out of the ring to break up the count. Massacre goes after Justice but then is nailed from behind by Punisher who then makes the cover but Brute breaks up the pin attempt. Justice would nail Massacre with the Judicial Forearm and just miss getting the three count. Justice would hit the +1 SHOCK PROBATION on Massacre and Brute would come in and a wild brawl would break out. The referee would eventually call for the bell and award the match to the Gladiators.

THANTOS VS WOLF W/AMAZONIA
Wolf scores a two-count with a backward leg sweep. Thantos applies the MASTERLOCK but Wolf easily gets to the ropes to break the hold. Thantos scores a two count with a running clothesline. Thantos scores a two count with a full power slam. Thantos applies the MASTERLOCK, Amazonia can not make the distraction and Wolf submits.

Bishop Hell delivers HELLFIRE to Lord Nexus for the one, two…kickout! Bishop Hell with the FLYING CROSS on Lord Nexus but not even a one-count. Lord Nexus comes back the with TITAN DROP on Mad Jester to score a one-count. Billy Jo Boxer tags in and gives Jester a knee lift and makes the cover and gets the three-count as Nexus cuts off Bishop Hell.

THE SERPENT UNMAN VS KARAKN, HITMAN FOR HIRE
Serpent Unman gets a one-count with the Animal Ax-Handle. Unman with the STRANGULATION and Krakan just manages to get to the ropes to break the hold. Another STRANGULATION and Krkan submits.
WINNER OF THE MATCH: THE SERPENT UNMAN
THE CREEPER VS MUTANT W/SWEET THING
Mutant hits The Creeper with an undetected foreign object, makes the cover and gets a two count. The Creeper scores a two-count with a piledriver. The Creeper follows up with another piledriver and scores a one-count. Mutant comes back with the TEMPLE GRINDER but The Creeper reaches the ropes to break the hold. Another TEMPLE GRINDER fails to get the submission. The Creeper is tossed from the ring and is unable to get back into the ring.

Dragonmaster scores a one-count with a flying scissors lock on Death Masque. Darkos can barely get a one count with the Assassin Drop on Dragonmaster. Death Masquue uses the LOADED GLOVE to score a two count on Pulsar Prime. Death Masque gets away with THE MELTDOWN but canonly get a one count on Pulsar. Pulsar comes back and scores a two count on Masque with the Tomahawk Thrust. Masque comes back with a spinal crack on Pulsar but can’t get the three count. Dragonmaster nailed Darkos with a double karate hammer and went for the cover but Death Masque made the save. Pulsar used the WHIRLWIND but Darkos kicked out just before the count of three. Dragonmaster tagged in and gave Darkos the DRAGON DROP and Pulsar cut off Death Masque as Dragonmaster scored the three count.

Exo-King scores a two-count on Earthquake with the King Power Slam. Exo-King places Earthquake in the DEATH VISE but can’t get the submission. Killer Queen executes a shoulder breaker on Earthquake and makes the cover but only gets a one-count. ROCKET: Welcome to Monday Night War Games. Johnny Rocket alongside Freebird Steve and we saw a title change last night as the Cosmic Forces won gold for the first time in their GWF careers.
STEVE: A chink in the armor of the Third Force, for sure.
ROCKET: Chaos and Matador also lost but retained their titles and I am sure something will be said about that.
STEVE: We have Commissioner Carter coming out now so we don’t have long to wait.
CARTER: Last night, we saw some great wrestling action and most of our wrestlers performed admirably. Even the so-called villains. Most of them. There were a few exceptions. Most notably, the Galaxian Heavyweight and Interplanetary Champions. Chaos and Matador of M83. I am telling you both, right now, that when the GWF returns to the Deimos Intergalactic Arena on September 27th, Chaos and Matador will defend their titles against Star Warrior and Bounty Hunter again. And, I am telling you right now, saving your titles via disqualification will not be an option for either of you.
ROCKET: Uh oh. Here comes Chaos and Matador now.
CHAOS: You better watch your tone, little man! I am Chaos! I am Power Incarnate! I am….
WARRIOR: An obnoxious, loudmouth, blowhard!
ROCKET: It’s Star Warrior! And listen to these fans!

Battering Ram hits Mad Jester with the Ram head butt and goes for the cover. Bishop Hell makes the save. Hell is put back in his corner by the referee, allowing Wolf and Ram to double-team Jester. Ram then makes the cover and Wolf cuts off Bishop Hell as the ref counts to three.

ROCKET: The Galacticops coming to the ring now. What the hell? The Gladiators attacking the Galacticops. The Galacticops getting beatdown and they are in our next match!
ORIGINAL SIN W/DOOMSAYER VS THE GALACTICOPS W/COMMANDER SAM
Dreadnaught hits the GUIDED MISSILE on Galactic Punisher but Justice makes the save. Thantos tags in and applies the MASTERLOCK to Punisher but Punisher somehow reaches the ropes to break the hold. Thantos gives Punisher the Satanic Skull Smasher but only gets a one count. Dreadnaught with another GUIDED MISSILE to Punisher and Thantos cuts off Justice as Dreadnaught scores the three count.

ROCKET: Original Sin with the win with an assist to the Gladiators. An unprovoked attack! We got a huge feud settler next!
THE GREEK GODS W/SOLARIS VS THE KEEPERS OF THE STONE
Scourge with the Pirate Pounce on Actagon but barely gets a one count. Actagon gets a one count on Rogue with a flying skullcrusher. Actagon with the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP on Scourge but Scourge reached the ropes to break the hold. Proteus tags in and gives Scourge the OVERHEAD TOSS but Scourge kicks out just before the count of three. Another GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP on Scourge still can’t end the match. And another fails to put Scourge away. But one more does the trick as Proteus cuts off Rogue.

Spike gets a two count with the Deadly Decapitator. Spike gets a one count with the Atomic Spike. Pulsar Prime gets a two count with the Star Smasher. Pulsar gets a two count with the WHIRLWIND. Pulsar locks on the SOLAR STRAIN but Spike reaches the ropes. Pulsar reapplies the SOLAR STRAIN but The Guardsman makes the distraction. Pulsar again with the WHIRLWIND but Spike kicks out easily at one. Pulsar again with the SOLAR STRAIN and The Guardsman interferes and is nailed by Pulsar. Spike hits the MEGADESTROYER but barely can get a one count. Another Atomic Spike scores a one count. Another MEGADESTROYER and Trainer Jim makes the distraction. After another MEGADESTROYER and interference by Jim, the referee orders Guardsman and Jim to leave the ringside area. Spike then hits one more MEGADESTROYER and scores the three count.

MCKINNEY: Semantics. Anyways, I will make sure that the Keepers are given a fair shake for once….

Death Masque scores a one count with the Cosmic Lance on Adam Blast. Darkos tags in and hits the FINAL CURTAIN on Blast. Vlad Hammer makes the save which leads to Darkos chasing Hammer out of the ring and risking a countout. Darkos blocks a sunset flip by Hammer and nearly gets a three count. Darkos executes the FINAL CURTAIN on Hammer and again just misses scoring the three count. Darkos gives Hammer the Evil Eye Ripper but can’t get the submission. Blast hits Darkos with the Patriot Missile for a two count, very close to three. Hammer tags in and hits Darkos with the Glasnost Smash and scores the three count as Blast cuts off Death Masque.

Scourge scored a one count on Brute with the Pirate Pounce. Massacre scored a one count on Rogue with THE CLEANSING. Massacre scored a two count on Scourge with THE CLEANSING. Scourge hit Brute with a foreign object and made the cover to score a one count. The Gladiators hit the DECAPITATOR on Rogue but Scourge came in and nailed Massacre and then the Keepers double teamed Massacre before Rogue covered Massacre for a two count. Scourge then used a backward head slam on Massacre and went for the cover but Brute pulled McKinney out of the ring. Scourge then began to argue with McKinney and Massacre nailed Scourge from behind. Finally, McKinney called for the bell and awarded the match to Rogue and Scourge.

The action is fast-n-furious, but great action for sure. Too bad the Eastern Dynasty lost, but they are a team that struggles. I love the Original Sin tandem, but they faced a better Greek Gods and Mitsuko winning over Commander Sam is a killer result...
