I'm trying to remain civil here, but I STILL don't have a 2123 handbook.

I've gone to my demo account and looked but found nothing.

I've follwed the steps laid out on the main cotgonlie page (and excellently linked on another thread by BDS; THANKS!!) but still NOTHING!!

I've called and e-mailed Filsinger Games only to get no response.

Does anyone know if there is a legitimate problem, or am I just dumb (uh, maybe you better not answer that second part)?

it took me a while but after going to the link BDS had I got it figured out

calling most likely won't help since they are all at GalactiCon today

All that I can find in my downloads are items from a long time ago.

If you go to the Downloads section and there's no game there, then you aren't dumb.

It may just be taking a minute to process all the orders and put the handbook file into all the accounts.

PM Osk and BDS and TournamentMaster. Keep in mind that since they're at GCon they may not have the kind of server access they normally do.

Hey gang, this is Tom, also known as the wrong guy to respond to this! I'm not a tech guy. I'm taking a break from GCon, which is great by the way, and saw this board item.

We've got a computer glitch at GCon for accessing the Internet but Todd and Kris are going to get right on this! We hope to have it resolved ASAP, but if anyone is able to "get" their handbook and card online please inform everyone else how you did it.

Like I said, we're aware there's a glitch of some kind and we'll work on it, it's just hard while GCon is going on.

MARTIAL LAW 2123 will be worth the wait! Watch for more updates later... and SORRY!!!

I had ordered the CotG files and just the online version of 2123 manual and had no problems whats so ever.

I did not order anything that has a paper version so that might help track down some of the issues some of the people are having.

I ordered the cards and the printed handbook, and Had no problems either. I could add too if it helps that I haven't touched my online account since pow so it has been awhile.

The explanation: Internet Gremlins. Yes, seriously.

In processing these orders, we're transferring data from one server, that being the shopping cart, to another server which houses the Filsinger Games websites. If that data is passed successfully, our scripting does its thing, sets are dished out as necessary, and you end up happy like the overwhelming majority of people that have ordered. If that data doesn't make it over, though, which could happen for more reasons than I care to write right now when "Internet Gremlins" pretty well covers all of them, the automatic processing fails.

In that case, it's just up to customer service to handle things. The problem with that right now is threefold, though - one, it's Saturday, two, it's Galacticon, and three, it's the new GWF set. So we're looking at a high volume of orders coming in, stressing the system, and tempting the Gremlins to come out of hiding without much in the way of staff behind the scenes to take care of it at the moment.

If you have had ANY problems with your order, please visit www.cotgonline.com/instructions and follow the instructions there. Odds are they'll get things fixed right up for you.

If you're still having problems after consulting those instructions, send me a PM with your e-mail address in it - that'll be all I need.
