By defeating Davey Richards at Border Wars this past weekend, Kevin Steen is the only wrestler to hold simultaneously the ROH World Championship, the PWG World Championship, and (with Super Dragon) the PWG World Tag Team Championship.
Steen's first ROH World Championship defense has not been announced yet as of this post. Steen's next PWG World Championship defense is May 25th against Brian Cage. Steen's tag team partner Super Dragon is currently out injured but they have an upcoming title defense soon against either the Super Smash Brothers (who won DDT4 last month) or possibly the Young Bucks who are wrestling the Super Smash Brothers in a no DQ match on PWG's May 25th show.
Which of his 3 major current titles do you think Kevin Steen will lose first?

I'd think the tag titles...they'd probably have lost them already if Super Dragon hadn't been injured.

I was thinking the injury would probably cause them to lose the titles soon.

The answer indeed was the PWG World Tag Team Championship.
Tonight at PWG, Excalibur announced that Super Dragon's injury is taking longer than expected to heal and that Appetite for Destruction thus had to vacate the PWG World Tag Team Championship and tonight's grudge no DQ match between the Young Bucks and the Super Smash Brothers would be for the newly vacated PWG World Tag Team Championship. In an awesome awesome awesome match, the Super Smash Brothers won to become the new PWG World Tag Team Champions.
Kevin Steen did however retain the PWG World Championship tonight by defeating Brian Cage.
