What worries me is if anyone has raided my head for my Aethra/Andromeda conflict, why Andromedans hate them more than other races and the startling secret on how Aethra became a military culture.

Given the more space we will have in the new Promoter, I'm sure that we will want some more writers. I'm a big fan of PH's work, so I think this could work. I'll talk things over with Kris and John K to make sure this could fit with any plans they have. Cool idea.

i would love to see more GWF Merchandise! Who wears a lanyard at work? Wouldn't a CotG Lanyard be cool? Got keys? A CotG Key chain! In this move i came across my GWF Coffee Mug from forever ago! I would love to see a New CotG Hat...except this time it needs to be fitted (one of those stretch fit hats)...there are soo many "cool" hats out there i am sure Tom and Company could come up with something sweet.

I would love to see a New CotG Hat...except this time it needs to be fitted (one of those stretch fit hats)...there are soo many "cool" hats out there i am sure Tom and Company could come up with something sweet. I actually quite like the 20th anniversary Filsinger Games logo and i think that would make for a cool logo.. Also, and I know it's probably not cost effective, but how could would it be to get shirts the way the WWE does for its westlers but with COTG guys MARK THE F*** OUT and SWARM = RATINGS would be hot sellers. |

If nothing else, there's cafepress for stuff like that...I mean, if 98% of all indy guys can get shirts printed up, then a small run item with an actual purchasing fanbase is sure to be viable. Also, I contributed fiction to the print Promoter several times in the past (Mr. Ashby can vouch for me, as can Mr. Krause, though not quite as much)...I'd be happy to work on an expanded Promoter. |

While we are coming up with fictional stories, what I'd really like to see is a sort of origin for Vengeance. What exactly did he do what was so vile as to be known as Aethra's most dangerous prisoner before he ever entered the GWF?

You are freaking me out. The first chapter is a bit of a prologue done as the journal of some Earth kid working a mining rig on a colony planet. He receives a package from home fillled with care package items: cookies, beef jerky, Playboys, and some wrestling DVDs. One of the aliens working the rig notices the stuff and when our hero throws the DVD in and watches, the alien is completely mesmerized. The two have an unlikely friendship not just because they are from different species, but because Earth has begin to have issues with the alien's homeworld. Both planets have just begun to explore space and they are attempting to colonize and claim similar planets. That conflict would eventually escalate. That alien was from Cygnus. wildfire, kindly get out of my head.  That's definately the sort of thing I was thinking... I think 1st person would work really well. The main thing if we would need to come up with Cyngusian racial features... Are the like us, or 'monsters'.. I can totally see a good story there.. miners out on the fringe working together... becoming friends, maybe they start a wrestling fed.. someone gets hurt... war breaks out. I'm sure lots of people have lots of idea (the Nexus-Krakan story is begging to be expounded, IMO, too) we'd just need Tom's blessing, and an editor to make sure everything works together. |

How about new, alternative, and expanded matches , charts and rules for LOW. There are quite a of these types of things posted on the old board and on the COTGLegends group in text form that would be great to have as downloads in chart format. Also things like LOW arena lists and expanded info on some of the wrestlers especially the SE Indy guys. I know this idea probably wouldn't work with LOW but have a secton for promoter made COTG bootlegs that you could also download and print out

But yeah, bootlegs would be basically a no-no for LOW. As for COTG, I think a bootleg review section would be a killer idea. Making them dl's should be the creator's choice (maybe they just want contact info) but an honest and accurate look at the bootleg scene would be awesome for people who like buying bootlegs, are having trouble finding them, or have never seent hem and are just maybe curious to see what they're about. |

Already explained in COTG Files: Cygnus is unique in the known universe because of the large amount of gamma rays which bathe the region and it's proximity to a collapsing star which most scientists feel will eventually become a black hole. Probably why the people of Cygnus had evolved suh a wide range of differences within the species (Maelstrom, Mangus, Torpor..Dreadnaught and Tongsoon were humanoid but their lizard form allowed them to "pass"). EDIT: The stuff about Cygnus is true BTW; I was trying to be as acurate as possible in a fictional universe and coincidentally science gave me a "logical explanation" for what's up with those people: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cygnus_X-1 |
