I'd love to see a real 3 count used for official usage like I use when I play solo. Basically instead of rolling PIN once, roll 3 times...first roll pass/fail is 1 count...same for 2 count, and if he hasn't kicked out by now, on the 3rd time it's a PIN if he don't kick out. Basically giving him 3 chances to represent a 3 count...I found this called Hyper-Real Pin by someone one time on the board.

Yeah, and I think you're not the only promoter to use that rule Avarice! I know a couple others that use that too

I would really love to see the COTG universe explored more outside wrestling... Tom has created a nice setting for some good hard sci fi, it's ust begging for someone to write it. In my head, I've always pictured it starting with JFK not getting assassinated, and the US Space Program kicking into high gear during his 2nd term... In the COTGverse, the WWF or its equivalent is probably holding Wrestlemania on the moon by 1991. When I first got the game in 1989, my backstory was Earth was invaded by Cygnus in the late 20th Century, and with that came a rapid development in the space exploration program (with some obvious help from friendly alien civilizations). I laugh at it now, but I always imagined that my GWF was a continuation of the WWF, and even tried to create a title lineage from then-champion Hulk Hogan all the way to 2087! (I think I had Mr. Perfect holding the WWF Title about 10 times between 1990 and 2005 lol)

It would be cool to have a "What If" section. "What if Encubus refused to turn on Thantos?", "What if Bloodline was never born?"
Things like that could offer some interesting alternate histories.

You could go all day with various alternates. The main issue is how much things change (especially in the GWF, where it may not just affect one team but every team in some way)

Well, as long as we are on this subject, I have an Idea I would like to see done as maybe a Promoter feature or something that is a separate publication. I don’t know if everyone has read it, but some years back, the WWE put out a book called "tales from the road". it’s basically the superstars of the WWE telling about some of the wild and crazy stories that took place outside of the camera spotlight. Now, let’s take that and apply it to the COTG verse. someone in this thread had a similar idea of Vengeance’s back-story and Jim steinhoff did an "interview" with ms liberty after Adam blast aka U.s Patriot in the promoter a number of years back, but I feel these didn’t even scratch the surface of the fun that could be had in this. I pitched the idea to Tom and He and a couple others suggested doing it for the promoter, and while that is fine, eventually, I would like to see a mini book put out, like what was done for COTG Genesis. Basically, everyone knows what happened slightly before and after the kickoff at Deimos, but what about what happens in between the "booklets" that are put out each year? There are bound to be all kinds of interesting little stories that while they don’t make the headlines, are just as, if not more so, entertaining. for Example, when I was running my GWF, in 2095, The animen were loosing their sudden detah feud with doomsayer's team. So, amazonia propsed a deal with Doomsayer. One match to settle it all: an aethran Ultimate escape match. If Amazonia's team lost, the entire team would remove themselves from the GWF. If Doomsayer's team, lost the match, then it would go on record that his team lost the sudden death feud. Doomsayer agreed, since he had a numerical advantage, the odds were in his Favor, but when the smoke cleared from the battle, the ani-men won the match and thus Doomsayer's team had to exile a man! Stuff like that which isn't normally seen but would be a fun read nonetheless.
