Being that I live 30 mins from Vidalia, I woul have to say Vidalia Onions. If you never had a Vidalia Onion, its a white onion that is sweet. I know some who can bite into on of these as if it was an apple and eat it that way.

Not a big fan of anchovies...
I also live not far from Vidalia, GA, and onions have become somewhat of a staple of our diet. At least once every other week, and frequently once a week, it's a part of our meals.

It is funny you bring up Vidalia Onions. When my grandmother was still alive she swore that Vidalia Onions were the very best onion and would talk about it every time she used onions in her cooking. Every single time as if we hadn't heard it the last 100 times she cooked with Vidalia Onions. |

I am gonna get some abuse for this , but "What are anchovies ?" Bazzy, anchovies are little fish that come in a can. I have never eaten them so I couldn't tell you what they taste like or anything but they always look gross. Some people will eat them on pizzas. Not sure what else they are used for. |

I've had anchovies a few times on my pizza. The only bad thing about them is that they are too damn salty.

I'm a huge fan of anchovies..........its also the flavoring that gives Worcestershire sauce.....
Love onions too.......not so fond of Scallions and I dislike Onions if they are sliced and then stored...they tend to give up too much of thier moisture...
One vote for Anchovies
