episode 157:
The Hangmen vs. The Backseat Boys:
The Hangmen isolated Trent Acid and kept him in their half of the ring. Albright hit him with two half nelson suplexes and locked on the Crowbar. Acid made it to the ropes and Albright tagged in Adam Pearce. Pearce hit the Superfly Splash on Acid for the win.

Brian Kendrick vs. Tyler Black:
Tyler Black controlled the first half of the match but missed the Phoenix Splash. Kendrick hit the Sliced Bread #2 for a near fall. Black made a comeback and went for a second Phoenix Splash and missed again! Kendrick hit Sliced Bread #2 for the win.

Curt Hennig got on the mic and said he'd make Paul London pay for interfering in the Perfect Trio's business with Andre the Giant two weeks ago.

Paul London vs. Curt Hennig:
London attacked Hennig at the bell and scored a near upset with the enzuigiri. Hennig got to his feet and regained control, scoring a near fall with the rolling neck snap and hitting the HennigPlex but London kicked out. Hennig went to top but London threw him to the mat. London went to top and hit the 450 Splash for the win. Paul London has defeated the former ROV Grand Champion!

Curt Hennig got on the mic after the match and said London's win didn't mean anything and the Perfect Trio would hold all the gold in Ring of Victory next week!

Claudio Castagnoli vs. Eddie Kingston:
Castagnoli scored near falls with both of his European Uppercut variations before getting the win with the Ricola Bomb.

After the match, Kingston and Brodie Lee each tried to kick Castagnoli's head off but Arik Cannon made the save.

Tiger Mask vs. Jimmy Jacobs:
Tiger Mask rocked Jacobs with kicks before hitting the Tiger Suplex for the win.

Rikidozan & Bryan Danielson vs. Fabulous Kangaroos - ROV Tag Team titles:
Rikidozan started the match and threw Heffernan to the mat with four brutal Hiplocks. Rikidozan tagged in Danielson and Danielson went to work, scoring near falls with the diving headbautt, the missile dropkick, and assorted suplexes. Heffernan crawled toward his corner but Danielson locked on the Cattle Mutilation for the win to retain the gold.

On the Ring of Victory hotline, it was announced that in three weeks, former ROV Grand Champion Frank Gotch will be making his return to Ring of Victory after a two year absence. More on this as it develops!

episode 158:
The Hangmen vs. London & Kendrick:
Adam Pearce started the match and never left the ring. London and Kendrick wore him down with their double team assault. Kendrick hit sliced bread #2 and tagged in London. London hit the 450 splash for the win.

After the match, the Perfect Trio hit the ring and left London & Kendrick laying after a brutal assault.

Jimmy Jacobs vs. Nigel McGuinness:
Jacobs dominated McGuinness, wearing him down with the End Time and busting him open with the railroad spike. The bloody McGuinness refused to stay down, frustrating Jacobs. Jacobs whipped McGuinness to the ropes and McGuinness hit the Jawbreaker Lariat out of nowhere for the win!

After the match, an enraged Jimmy Jacobs hit McGuinness with the railroad spike a second time and left the ring.

Erick Stevens vs. Tyler Black:
Black started strong, scoring a near fall with the enzuigiri before hitting the Phoenix Splash. Stevens kicked out and made a comeback, going on a brutal rampage. Stevens battered Black against the turnbuckles and hit two Doctor Bombs for the win.

After the match, Stevens challenged the winner of tonight's main event to a match for the ROV Grand Championship next week!

Claudio Castagnoli & Arick Cannon vs. The Roughnecks:
Claudio assaulted Kingston at the opening bell and never let up. Cannon and Brodie Lee were brawling outside the ring when Castagnoli hit Kingston with the Ricola Bomb for the win.

Rikidozan & Bryan Danielson vs. Curt Hennig & Buddy Rose - ROV Tag Team titles:
Hennig and Danielson started the match. Hennig worked Danielson over, scoring a near fall with the rolling neck snap. He tagged in Buddy Rose and Danielson made a comeback, dropping Rose with the Yakuza Kick and tagging in Rikidozan. Rikidozan lit up Rose with his vicious chops and scored a near fall with the hiplock. Rose rolled out of the ring to collect his bearings, only to have Paul London and Brian Kendrick leap out of the crowd and attack him! The referee stopped the match and awarded it to Hennig & Rose by disqualification. Security managed to seperate Hennig, Rose, Kendrick, and London but the ROV Tag Team champs didn't look happy about the DQ loss.

It was announced that Paul London, Brian Kendrick, Curt Hennig, and Buddy Rose were banned from ringside for the next match.

Terry Gordy vs. Masked Superstar II - ROV Grand Championship:
Gordy and Superstar brawled all over the ring area. Gordy scored a near fall with the sleeper and the fight went out to the floor. Superstar took control and rolled Gordy back into the ring. Superstar appeared to be setting Gordy up for the Backbreaker but Gordy rolled back out of the ring and dared Superstar to follow. Gordy suckerpunched Superstar as he came through the ropes and hit the Oriental Spike but Superstar got his foot on the ropes. Superstar made a comeback and he and Gordy brawled on the floor.

The crowd started making lots of noise and the cameras panned up to the crowd. Andre the Giant was making his way down to ringside! Gordy took advantage of the distraction and threw Superstar back into the ring. Superstar got to his feet, only to be kicked in the gut and dropped on his head with the Piledriver for the win!

Gordy left with his belt as Andre the Giant entered the ring. Andre rocked Superstar with two brutal headbutts. Curt Hennig and Buddy Rose hit the ring and the heels attempted to triple team Andre but London & Kendrick hit the ring to even the odds. The show went off the air with a six man brawl raging in and around the ring!

The Age of the Fall vs. Nigel McGuinness & Adrian Street:
Black controled the opening minutes, scoring a near fall with God's Last Gift. Nigel made a comeback and tore into Black. McGuinness wore down Black with his technical skills and got a near fall with the Jawbreaker Lariat before tagging in Street. Street took Black apart, scoring near falls with the Daffodil and the London Bridge before getting the win with the Crucifix.

Brent Albright vs. Chuck Taylor:
Taylor started strong, scoring a near fall with the invisible grenade and almost getting a countout win after a violent brawl on the floor. Albright rebounded and tore into Taylor, locking on the Crowbar but Taylor got to the ropes. Albright hit the 6-1-Knee for a near fall, then hit the Northern Lights Suplex. Taylor kicked out, only to stumble into another Crowbar. Albright wrenched Taylor's arm and got the submission victory.

Adam Pearce vs. Brodie Lee:
Pearce controled most of the match but couldn't keep Lee down. The announcers reminded the viewers that Lee beat Adam Pearce for the ROV Grand Championship, only to lose it to Rick Rude. Brodie Lee made a comeback and nearly kicked Adam Pearce's head off with two Big Boots. Lee hit a third big boot for the victory.

Claudio Castagnoli vs. Eddie Kingston:
Claudio dominated Kingston, scoring the win with the Springboard European Uppercut.

Terry Gordy vs. Erick Stevens - ROV Grand Championship:
Stevens was the crowd favorite but couldn't stand up against Gordy's onslaught. Gordy scored near falls with the Bamm Bamm Slam and the Sleeper before getting the win with a brutal Running Lariat to retain the gold.

Paul London, Brian Kendrick, & Andre the Giant vs. Curt Hennig, Buddy Rose, & Masked Superstar II:
The heels dominated most of the match, isolating Kendrick and working him over. It looked as if Kendrick were going to be pinned when he made the hot tag to Andre the Giant. Andre mauled the heels one by one. When it was Hennig's turn, Andre crushed him in the corner repeated. Frustrated, Hennig rolled out of the ring and walked away, getting himself counted out.

Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs. Buddy Rose & Masked Superstar II:
London and Kendrick kept Rose in their half of the ring and wore him down. London scored near falls with the 450 and a crossbody from the top before tagging in Kendrick. Kendrick hit Sliced Bread #2 but Superstar made the save. Superstar and London tumbled out to the floor and Kendrick hit Sliced Bread #2 a second time for the win.

Frank Gotch vs. Chuck Taylor:
Gotch tore into Taylor like a shark, wrenching Taylor's knee with three rolling knee bars. Taylor made a comeback and scored a near fall with sole food. Taylor followed it up with an invisible grenade, which seemed to serve only to further anger Frank Gotch. Gotch wrenched Taylor's neck with the crossface and armbar before locking on the Gotch ToeHold for the win.

After the match, Frank Gotch got on the mic and said there was a new sheriff in town, and soon he'd make his presence known.

Adam Pearce vs. Eddie Kingston:
The two grapplers were evenly matched but Pearce's strength edge made the difference. Pearce reversed an urange attempt and locked on the figure four for a near fall. Pearce followed it up with a powerslam for the win.

Tyler Black vs. Adrian Street:
Streeet dominated Black, wearing him down with the Crucifix, the London Bridge, and the Daffodil before getting the win with the Crucifix. After the match, Jimmy Jacobs attacked Street from behind, busting him open with the railroad spike and locking on the End Time.

Andre the Giant vs. Curt Hennig:
Hennig threw everything he had at Andre but the Giant's strength frustrated him at every turn. Andre whipped Hennig to the ropes and Hennig wrapped up the Giant in a small package for a near fall but coudln't contain him. Hennig hit the rolling neck snap but it wasn't enough to keep the Giant down. Andre took control and threw Hennig all over the ring before hitting the Big Splash for the win.

After the match, Buddy Rose and Masked Superstar II hit the ring but London and Kendrick showed up to back up the Giant. All six men brawled until the referees pulled them apart.

Rikidozan & Bryan Danielson vs. Claudio Castagnoli & Arik Cannon - ROV Tag Team Championship:
Cannon dominated Rikidozan early on, scoring a near fall with a crossbody from the top and two Glimmering Warlocks before tagging in Castagnoli. Rikidozan made a comeback, superplexing Castagnoli and tagging in Danielson. Danielson scored a near fall with a missile dropkick, then clamped on the Cattle Mutilation. Castagnoli made it to the ropes. Danielson nearly suplexed Castagonli out of his boots and locked on the Cattle Mutiliation a second time for the win.

Terry Gordy vs. Brent Albright - ROV Grand Championship:
Gordy dominated Albright with his superior strength and power but didn't try to cover him. Gordy whipped Albright to the ropes and Albright hit the flying forearm, knocking Gordy to the mat. As Gordy made it to his feet, Albright slapped on the Crowbar and pulled back for all he was worth. Gordy reached for the ropes...























and Albright wrenched harder. Gordy taps! Gordy taps! Brent Albright is the new Ring of Victory Grand Champion!
