Pretty scary. I had a knot in my stomach as it seemed Cole was going to deliver some horrible news but thankfully Lawler is breathing on his own now. Let's hope for the best.
Eerie with no commentary during show

I agree on all counts. Michael Cole deserves great praise for holding up as best he could given the situation. Prayers going out to "The King".

I was going to have Raw on in the background while I worked, watched the rest of the Claudio tag match and then decided to put music on instead. Saw all the posts hitting facebook and turned it back on. Didn't get a whole lot done after that. Hoping Lawler's doing well, I haven't heard any recent updates.

Pwinsider is saying heart attack or more likely a stroke. Definitely keeping Lawler in thoughts and prayers.

I was partly watching WWE last night and partly reading so I missed what happened until Cole mentioned it. I just watched Youtube where you could see him collapse. You know something's up when no one in the arena is paying attention to the match (and it's not a diva match).
Best thoughts and wishes, Jerry!

The last update I read was that "he is in a cardiac care unit and all his vital signs are stable".
I didn't notice anything unusual on commentary at 1st watch either, but going back and re-watching you can hear Lawler struggling to breathe, like a gasping sound. Then a couple quick shots toward the announce table you don't see him, only Cole hunched over toward his direction.
Very scary situation and he will remain in my prayers. I've said it before but again, kudos to Cole and everyone else involved for the way they handled that terriblly frightening ordeal.
Long live the King!
