For about five or six years now I've been mostly a game fan who buys all of the products but rarely plays. One of these threads posing the same topic gave me a suggestion that I very much liked - I love using the actual cards to set up events (I even protect the cards with hard plastic sleeves), and then often run the house shows/TV events on PBP sim, choosing to roll out big cards on dice. This system allows me a chance to try to start feds from time to time while giving me the satisfaction of holding the physical cards in my hands.
I have also recently discovered that the new game table works great on tablets. This really is great for the portability factor and the lack of a mess, as I can play at my girlfriend's while she's busy with something else, or at a Starbucks or library if I happen to have some down time and I'm near one of those. I still prefer to write down results on an actual notepad as opposed to electronically, but it is much cleaner play for me this way.
So really I'm not trying to convince anyone of cards or dice, but if you're one of those people that finds yourself busy with other responsibilities or interests, that's my take on using both cards and online to balance it out - suggestions which I in turn received from someone else.

Dice since day 1. Rolling the dice adds that extra layer of fun. I've always been a fan of tabletop/board games and I like not having to use a computer or game system to play. We had a blackout a few yrs ago and I passed a good portion of the time by playing COTG. No batteries required!!

I just started playing after purchasing the ROH set when it came out. I have known about COTG for a long time but I never gave it a go before the ROH set came out However now that the ROH set is out I love it and I make it a habbit to play at least one match a day (I am already on my eighth show) sometimes more if the one match I end up rolling ends up being really short.
Anyways I did try online with the online demo and while its okay it wasn't for me. I prefer rolling the dice because then it is in real time and that to me is the most fun.

I am a straight dice man. I am that way for one simple reason. Using dice and cards, I can take this game anywhere. I've taken it to parties, corporate events, stag parties, and on a few camping trips. Electronics are all well and good, but I like knowing that I can add FG fun anywhere at a moments notice.

Would love to do dice, but no time. Online has taken over (that is when I get time to play)
