For the 12 cards in the set:
-Joker and Blk Jeez(Phillys Most Wanted/BLK OUT stable)
-Mia Yim was the valet for Adam Cole, though now her alliances are up in the air.
-Greg Excellent and DJ Hyde, now enemies, were once a team called Vicious and Delicious 2.0
-Drew Gulak has teamed w/Chuck Taylor as the Gentlemen's Club(outisde of CZW)
In general
-Sami Callihan is allied w/Jake and Dave Crist(known as Ohio is 4 Killers or OI4K)
-Blk Jeez had reformed the BLK OUT team w/Ruckus after Joker retired
-Danny Havoc is part of the Nation of Intoxication w/Lucky 13 and Devon Moore
-Alex Colon, Chrissy Rivera, Bandido Jr., and Azriel are 4 Loco
-Drew Gulak leads the Campaign for a Better Combat Zone(group include Mr. Tofiga, Alexander James, and Kimber Lee)

so basically except for Mia and Joker none are connected in the current edition of the game.

This doesn't help card wise, but...
- DJ Hyde has recently alligned himself with Joe Gacy and CZW newcomer Ron Mathis!
- Former Shimmer Star, Nevaeh, is also a member of OI4K!

I think it was said that if these did well that they would probably do additional sets. I don't really want to go searching for the posts but I seem to remember that.
