Wasted three hours of my life last nite watching raw. I know it all comes down to money but really! It your name isn't Orton, Cena, or Punk you get lost in the crapper. I realize the Great Kali is full of talent but having him dance around and look like a 7 foot tall moron. Bryan Danielson acts like a cross between a baby and one of the three stooges. Nothing wrong with the three stooges but they don't b3long in a wrestling ring. I didn't realize see hired Dr. Suess to write the storylines.

The title of this thread is so "..." I get that people (myself included) can't stand the current WWE product, but to ask that question is completely ridiculous. It's the only company in the world where you're going to have worldwide exposure, the best payday and the style is far easier on the body than wrestling elsewhere.

Actually, I think lucha libre is the easiest style on the body. Those guys wrestle forever.

Let me make my point alittle simpler. Why would you strive and work your ass off in the Indies then turn around and become a wwe jackass! Money isn't everything there is a thing called pride. Obviously these people have no pride in themselves. Money and fame is great but never sell yourself short. Seriously look at what the evil wwe empire did to Adrian Adonis, Terry Taylor and his red rooster crap, hell they even turned one of the most feared tag teams ever The Sheepherders into The Bushwhackers. The wwe has a long history of turning great wrestlers into fools that only get lost in the talent pool.

Well, I think that's a complex question. Some guys are marks for making it to the WWE. A lot of the guys on NXT are bodybuilders, etc. that they hired to be wrestlers. And past that, if you don't want to live in Japan or Mexico part time, the WWE is the least amount of hassle for making a good living in wrestling.

Heck, I went to bed at 10 PM. I couldn't stand it any more. Every darn heel is the same character. I've never been so bored with WWE in my life.

You've obviously never been an indie guy beating the shit out of your body for little or no money. Stop talking about things you don't understand. Obviously these people have no pride in themselves. You wanna go say that to their faces? Money and fame is great but never sell yourself short. Hey, go work the indies for a decade and make shit money and then tell me you wouldn't take a big payday from WWE. Seriously, it's so easy to say stupid shit like this when you have no idea what it's really like. Seriously look at what the evil wwe empire did to Adrian Adonis, Terry Taylor and his red rooster crap, hell they even turned one of the most feared tag teams ever The Sheepherders into The Bushwhackers. Look what they did to Undertaker, Bret Hart, Steve Austin, The Rock, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage. See, it works both ways. The wwe has a long history of turning great wrestlers into fools that only get lost in the talent pool. This is about the only thing you've posted I even remotely agree with. Actually, I think lucha libre is the easiest style on the body. Those guys wrestle forever. Touche.

Look I am not trying to be an ass I apologized if that's how it came across. I was close friends with a person whose cousin was Earthquake Ferris so I do know alittle bit about it. I guess my complaint is with the wwe. I have the utmost respect for all wrestlers for what they do. They put themselves thru hell to entertain us. They are not only performers but athletes. My point is good for them scoring the big payday shame on the wwe for giving half ass characters to portray. Regardless it takes away from their indy days and all they did busting ass only to be grouped in the middle of a fed that wastes their potential.

Heck, I went to bed at 10 PM. I couldn't stand it any more. Every darn heel is the same character. I've never been so bored with WWE in my life. This is the most sensible reaction to the WWE right now. I watched part of this past week's Smackdown because I wanted to see the Cesaro/Sin Cara match. I only did that because I have Hulu Plus and could watch it whenever I wanted and skip what I didn't want to see. The WWE seems nothing more than a brand now. They no longer appear interested in putting time and effort into letting the individual "superstars" build unique and marketable characters. It's a group of writers putting words into their mouths and rehashes of the same scenarios over and over again. The shows almost feel like those WWE video games cut scenes where the storyline plays out exactly the same no matter what character you take and the game just swaps out the appropriate "skins" for whatever characters are involved. Again, the simple solution is to put your energy into supporting the companies that are doing wrestling the way you want to see it. If enough people quit blindly supporting the WWE brand regardless of content, they'll get the message.
