Wow...his head looks really, really small.
Like, his thighs are twice as big across as his whole head.
Then again, it may be that's what he really looks like.

I wouldn't go so far as to call it a miss. Just...a guy with a small head. Like Soldier of Fortune.
Actually, the more I look at it, the more it REALLY reminds me of Battering Ram's original card...
