Forgive me if I'm asking a question that's already been answered somewhere else, or if this is just a really obvious question, but we will be new to this whole Legend's thing.
How does the agreement w/ ROH (or any fed) work in regards to alumni?
I know that in the past, Tom would sign each wrestler to a Legend's contract, but do things work differently if the agreement is w/ the fed itself? I know Tom would have access to Bryan Danielson for example, because he already has an agreement w/ him personally, but does he have access to CM Punk, Claudio, Samoa Joe, anyone else really, who wrestled in ROH, but hasn't personally signed?

I would think not as ROH doesn't own any of those guys names or such.
So an alumni pack would likely include Danielson, Castagnoli, Hero, Black, McGuiness, maybe Delirious

Ain't no maybe about Delirious! In fact, if I don't get that "red poison" Delirious card sooner or later (sooner) I'll be real disappointed.

My guess is that probably only FG staff know exactly how the contracts with any of the feds works but one option might be that the fed has each of the wrestlers that they want in the set to sign the LOW contracts. But it may be that part of the feds agreement with their wrestlers is that they can use their likeness while they are under contract. Pure speculation on my part as to what the different options might be but probably on Tom and a couple others know for sure.

I'm almost sure any wrestler has to sign with FG in order to be available. ROH only has authority to permit FG to print the card with an "ROH" logo on the back of them.
