Card 27: November, Week 3
Amasis vs. Pinkie Sanchez: The Funky Pharaoh makes his return to Chikara and is set to take on the winless Pinkie. Sanchez took a huge beating but battled back and hit the BURNING SNICKLEFRITZ for his first win! He’s celebrating like he just won the Chikara Championship! Tim Donst and Delirious have come out, they are carrying Pinkie off on their shoulders like a conquering hero!
Texas Death Match Johnny Gargano vs. El Generico: A no DQ rematch from last week. Gargano was in control a lot but Generico kept outwitting him. Gargano finally could not escape the BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!! And was pinned!
Third Round Tournament Matches
Icarus vs. Mike Quackenbush: Quack dominated the whole match and won with the Chikara Special!
Tursas vs. Fire Ant: Fire Ant pulled out the match of his career hitting multiple BEACH BREAKS and Torture Rack’s on the big man and finally a leaping kick for the win! Tursas is out of the tournament!
Tim Donst vs. Soldier Ant: Donst dominated and won with an SDT!
Jigsaw vs. Daizee Haze: Daizee Haze had the match of her career and dominated Jigsaw to a win with one of many missile dropkicks.
Sara Del Rey vs. Claudio Castagnoli: The arena is electric for this match. To everyone’s surprise Claudio immediately hit the RICOLA BOMB for the win! Sara shakes her head in disbelief.
Brodie Lee vs. UltraMantis Black: Mantis controlled most of the match and then won with a second PRAYING MANTIS BOMB!

Card 28: November, Week 4
Tonight we crown the first Chikara Champion. We will go until the Title is decided here tonight, regardless of how many matches it takes. Still alive in the tournament are Brodie Lee, Daizee Haze, Tim Donst, Fire Ant, and Sara Del Rey with 1 loss each. UltraMantis Black and Claudio Castagnoli are both undefeated and one of them is going to the Finals.
Tournament Matches
Fire Ant vs. Mike Quackenbush: Mentor vs. Student here. Fire Ant has beaten his old master in the past. Quack was destroyed in the first round by Brodie Lee and he could potentially face him again tonight, but not if Fire Ant has anything to say about it. Quack almost instantly locked on the Chikara Special and released it just to hit the QUACKENDRIVER II for the win.
Daizee Haze vs. Tim Donst: Another BDK vs. BDK match. The tournament was bound to make matches like this. Donst easily won with the SDT!
Sara Del Rey vs. Mike Quackenbush: Sara totally dominated the match and put down the Chikara Hero with the Royal Butterfly!
Brodie Lee vs. Tim Donst: Donst tried his hardest but Brodie used all his power and several BIG BOOTS to get the win!
So the Final Four is set at UltraMantis Black, Claudio Castagloli, Brodie Lee, and Sara Del Rey. 2 BDK members are still alive in the tournament and UltraMantis remains the only Technico in the field left. And now Eddie Kingston is coming to the ring…
Eddie Kingston: Hey, Claudio, you hurt me just in time, didn’t you? I want to congratulate whoever wins the Chikara Championship tonight. But you know that you’ll be winning that title without dealing with me. I’m putting the Champion on notice; I want the first Title Shot and I’ll get it one way or another!
Semi Final Matches
UltraMantis Black vs. Claudio Castagnoli: Claudio destroyed Mantis hitting him with everything he had and then winning with a diving crossbody. Claudio moves to the finals!
Brodie Lee vs. Sara Del Rey: Sara amazed the crowd by countering everything Brodie Lee had and pinning him after a spike piledriver!
UltraMantis Black (1) vs. Sara Del Rey: Sara steamrolled Mantis and used 4 ROYAL BUTTERFLIES to get the win! The finals are BDK vs. BDK!
Finals: Claudio Castagnoli needs 1 win, Sara Del Rey needs 2
Claudio Castagnoli vs. Sara Del Rey: These two actually shake hands before starting. Can the BDK survive this match? These two tore into each other. Sara survived 2 straight RICOLA BOMBS and used a second ROYAL BUTTERFLY to get the win! Both competitors have one loss, but this is a double elimination tournament so we need one more match to decide the finals!
Claudio Castagnoli (3) vs. Sara Del Rey (2): They traded even again with neither getting the better of the other. Claudio hit the RICOLA BOMB out of nowhere and got the win! Claudio is the first Chikara Champion! The BDK is pouring out to celebrate and Leonard Chikarson unveils the new Chikara Championship Title Belt and presents it to Claudio. Our first Champion is very European and the BDK are saluting him!

Claudio Castagnoli Update
Claudio Castagnoli stands with the Championship, the BDK stands behind him in salute.
Claudio Castagnoli: I steamrolled the competition in Chikara to win this Championship! No one could touch me, and I went to the finals unopposed. Eddie Kingston, if you want a shot at this Title, you’ll have to earn it. You’ve been out of action for a month and have beaten no one! I have beaten EVERYONE!
Sara Del Rey doesn’t look very happy.

Eddie Kingston Update
Eddie Kingston: Chikarason, real simple. Do I get the first shot at the Title or not?

Card 29: December, Week 1
Pinkie Sanchez vs. Johnny Saint: Pinkie, fresh off his first win, must take on the Legend! Saint embarrassed Sanchez by toying with him much of the match. Sanchez rallied and hit a running hip attack in the corner for the win.
Icarus vs. Mike Quackenbush: Quack immediately locks on the Chikara Special for the win!
Tag Team Match Sara Del Rey & Daizee Haze vs. The Throwbacks: Sugar was never tagged in. Sara destroyed Dasher for most of the match but tagged Daizee back in to get the win with a MIND TRIP!
Delirious vs. Ophidian: The other half of the Osirian Portal making his Chikara return. Delirious has also been out on the DL and it’s his first match in over a month. Ophidian took a brutal beating but repeatedly locked on the DEATH GRIP and finally choked Delirious out!
Eddie Kingston vs. Archibald Peck with Veronica: The War King looks focused as he makes his return. Peck might want to forgo the pre-match theatrics tonight. Peck launches a quick assault and even gets a 1 count to the Perfect Armony! But Kingston immediately rallies and hits the BACKFIST TO THE FUTURE for the win!
Tag Team Match The Colony vs. Incoherence: Frightmare took more BEACH BREAKS than he could handle and was pinned by Fire Ant!
El Generico vs. Ares: Ares hit some early offense, mostly low blows, but was quickly pinned after a vertical suplex powerbomb!
Main Event: Non-Title Match Green Ant vs. Claudio Castagnoli [C]: No word yet from Leonard Chikarason as to who gets the first Title Match in three weeks. This should be an easy match for Castagnoli, but you have to give him credit for his performance in the Tournament. Green Ant actually did not go easily, surviving one RICOLA BOMB and several big kicks and throws. A second RICOLA BOMB got the win for the Champion.
Leonard Chikarason walks out to the ring: An impressive win, Claudio. I’m sure you’re wondering who you will be facing in your first title defense? Eddie Kingston has a very good argument, but he isn’t exactly near the top of the rankings. The rest of the final four in the tournament also have good claim to a rematch. So I’m going to give them all a fair chance. Next week Sara Del Rey will face Eddie Kingston. Brodie Lee will face UltraMantis Black. The two winners will face each other the following week. The winner of that match will face you on New Year’s Eve for the Championship. And just to be fair, next week you will face Mike Quackenbush in a Non-Title Match. You can have the following week off to prepare for your Title Match. Good luck, Claudio.

Mike Quackenbush Update
Claudio Castagnoli, Leonard Chikarason has granted me a non-Title match against you at next week’s event in Reading. Now, some people are saying, “Mike, doesn’t it make you mad that you aren’t in the field of four for a potential Title Match at the season finale?” But really, I’m fine with it. Those four are battling for a shot at you, and I was given a shot. It doesn’t matter that it’s non-Title, if I beat you I am immediately in the Title picture. Sara Del Rey and Brodie Lee both beat me in the Tournament, so they should be in line for a shot at the Title. But I vow that whoever walks out of the season finale as Champion will have me to deal with.

Sara Del Rey Update
My cohorts in the BDK seem to be upset with me that Chikarason put me in the field of four for an upcoming Title shot. I told you I would always give the BDK my best, Claudio. I’m ranked number 3 in Chikara right now. I beat everybody I faced in the Tournament including you. I can’t not perform at this level, if I could you wouldn’t want me in the BDK. But I will do this for you; I will keep Eddie Kingston out of the Title picture. Kingston, you’ve beaten me in the past but you spent weeks on the disabled list while I was beating the top talent in Chikara. I don’t think you deserve a shot at the Title. I’ll be frank; your spot in the field of four should have gone to Mike Quackenbush. But I beat him in the Tournament and I’ll do the same to you next week.

Wow what a great idea. I've been toying with the idea of doing simulating some kind of CHIKARA pod cast into my fed. This is good. Simple but effective.
