Card 30: December, Week 2
Tursas vs. Jigsaw: Both men are looking to get back into the mix after the Tournament. Tursas had no offense until he threw Jigsaw to the floor. From there he managed a few Kruez Bombs, but Jigsaw still controlled the match. 3 JIG ‘N’ TONICS could not keep the big Tursas down, but a well placed superkick put him out for 3. Are Tursas’s days of dominance behind him?
Delirious vs. Green Ant: Delirious managed a win, but it took him 3 BIZZARO DRIVERS and 3 PRAYING MANTIS BOMBS to keep Green Ant down!
Tag Team Match The Throwbacks vs. Incoherence: Frightmare pinned Dasher after a KNEECOLEPSY before any tags were made!
El Generico vs. Pinkie Sanchez: Both men have been on winning streaks as of late, but El Generico is poising himself to be the fresh new talent here in Chikara. Can Pinkie stop him? Generico controlled the match. Pinkie fought off the BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!! but Generico then won with a spaceman moonsault!
Contenders Match Sara Del Rey vs. Eddie Kingston: Sara controlled the match but repeated TROYAL BUTTERFLIES wouldn’t keep Kingston down. After a brutal release German suplex Sara scored the 3! After the bell Daizee Haze runs to the ring and the two BDK girls ram Kingston to the post. Sara ties him up in the LeBell Lock while Daizee puts the boots to him. Mike Quackenbush and Jigsaw run to the ring to break things up and a wild brawl erupts. The referee finally gets everyone separated but Kingston is obviously hurt. He has to be carried from the ring by stretcher. Eddie Kingston is hurt for 8 cards.
Tag Team Match Team FIST vs. The Osirian Portal: The Portal is ready to make their return to tag action. Rumors have been going around that Chikara will crown Tag Team Champions next season, and The Osirian Portal should be a team to watch. Don’t count out Team FIST, however. The portal was in control until Gargano was tied in the ropes and the referee disqualified Ophidian for not breaking. Tough start for the Portal.
Contenders Match UltraMantis Black vs. Brodie Lee: Mantis managed no offense as Brodie brutalized him and won with a Black Hole Slam!
Main Event: Non-Title Match Mike Quackenbush vs. Claudio Castagnoli [C]: Quack started strong but Swiss Death set up a series of additional uppercuts and left him easy prey fror the giant swing. Claudio wins with dominance!

Card 31: December, Week 3
Pinkie Sanchez vs. Green Ant: The match went to the floor and Pinkie was disqualified for bringing a chair into play.
El Generico vs. Chuck Taylor: A win for Generico would put him in the top 10 rankings. Generico quickly got the win with a BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!!
Tag Team Match Incoherence vs. The Colony: Soldier Ant hit 2 TKOS in a row on Frightmare to get the win before any tags were made.
Daizee Haze vs. Sugar Dunkerton: Daizee quickly won with a MIND TRIP!
Mike Quackenbush vs. Tim Donst: Donst beat his old master with two straight SDTs!
Tag Team Texas death Match Team FIST vs. The Osirian Portal: Amasis took a beating and survived the BLU-RAY and HURTS DONUT. Ophidian came in and dazzled Gargano with his speed. He pinned Gargano after a top rope double knee attack.
Jigsaw vs. Delirious: Delirious dominated Jigsaw and won the match with a second PRAYING MANTIS BOMB!
Number One Contender’s Match Brodie Lee vs. Sara Del Rey: The winner here will face Claudio for the Title next week. You have to wonder who Claudio would prefer to face. Brodie took command early but Sara used her speed to turn the tables and release German suplex got her the win. It will be BDK vs. BDK again next week for the Chikara Championship!

Champion Claudio Castagnoli of the BDK will defend the Championship for the first time against his own BDK stable mate Sara Del Rey! Here’s Sara to talk about it.
Sara Del Rey: Claudio, I told you I would always give you my best. I see this as a good thing. Regardless of what happens the BDK will still have possession of the Chikara Grand Championship. I’m going to continue to give you my best, and I hope you honor me by doing the same. I joined the BDK to get stronger competition. You are the strongest competition in Chikara, and I can’t wait to face you again.

Card 32: December, Week 4: SEASON FINALE
Brodie Lee vs. Hallowicked: Hallowicked never got started. Brodie dominated and got the win with a 4th BIG BOOT!
Texas Death Match Green Ant vs. Pinkie Sanchez: A long match with both men taking advantage of the No DQ rule. Sanchez twice hit the BURNING SNICKLEFRITZ to no avail. Green Ant finally locked in the CLOVERLAEF for the win!
Tag Team Match The Colony vs. The Osirian Portal: Ophidian was singled out and took both Ants finishing moves. Amasis made a few saves but never got in the match. Ophididian was pinned after a second BEACH BREAKER from Fire Ant!
Ares vs. Sugar Dunkerton: Ares dominated and quickly won with a TIGER DRIVER!
UltraMantis Black vs. Daizee Haze: The match started even but Mantis quickly hit the PRAYING MANTIS BOMB for the win!
Trios Match Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw, and Johnny Saint vs. Team FIST: Before any tags were made Taylor was disqualified for attacking the referee as he tried to free Saint from the ropes. The fans were not happy with this one.
Delirious vs. El Generico: After an exciting match that spent a lot of time on the floor Delirious was disqualified when he completely went nuts and laid out both Generico and the referee with a chair.
Chikara Championship Match Sara Del Rey vs. Claudio Castagnoli [C]: Champion and challenger shake hands and it at least looks like it’s going to be civil. Sara gets an early 2 count after a ROYAL BUTTERFLY! She tries it two more times with no better result. Claudio hasn’t gotten going but kicks out of the 4th ROYAL BUTTERFLY! And a 5th, does Sara have any other plans for this match? She strings together some power moves and tries a 6th ROYAL BUTTERFLY and still only gets 2. A 7th ROYAL BUTTERFLY! Cover… 1… 2… 3! Sara has won. Claudio never got started in the match and Sara has captured the Chikara Grand Championship! Can we call it an upset? Sara is the Queen of Chikara tonight as her partner Daizee Haze comes out to congratulate her. We’ll see you in Febuary!

Chikara: Year Two
Event Center
Gavin Loudspeaker: Folks we are rapidly approaching our first event of the New Year. This year, we will crown Tag Team Champions but there’s business to be taken care of first. New Chikara Grand Champion Sara Del Rey will make her first Title Defense on the season premier against her own tag team partner, Daizee Haze. Here’s Sara in her own words.
Sara Del Rey: Chikara Grand Champion. I haven’t gotten tired of saying it. I’ve had a very good New Year’s with this Title on my shoulder. Now part of reaching my goals in this business means helping my friends if I can. Daizee may never earn a Title Match, but as Champion I have some say against who I defend. Claudio get’s an automatic rematch, but I am choosing to give Daizee a shot first. And the best part is no matter who wins among the 3 of us, the Title remains in the BDK.
Gavin: We contacted Claudio Castagnoli, but he denied comment. The Title is not the only thing we have on the horizon. After a bitter match on our Season Finale, El Genirico will take on the BDK’s Delirious in a steel cage. Johnny Saint will take on Archibald Peck. Tursas battles Frightmare. And the team of “Lightning” Mike Quackenbush and Jigsaw will battle Claudio Castagnoli and Aeres in Tag Team warfare. All this at the Season Premier, don’t miss it in February!

Card 33: February, Week 1
Johnny Saint vs. Archibald Peck with Veronica: The fans were not happy with Marchie Archie. Johnny Saint dominated the match and came close to a 3 count. Peck then started a beat down and threw Saint from the ring to win by countout!
Sugar Dunkerton vs. Chuck Taylor: Taylor controlled the match and won with an OMEGA DRIVER!
Tag Team Match The Osirian Portal vs. Team FIST: A great tag match. Both teams showed their best but Amasis was beat down and eventually submitted to the WINGS OF ICARUS!
Dasher Hatfield vs. Frightmare: Fans were happy to see these two technicos have a clean match. Hatfield got in no offense and was quickly pinned after a KNEECOLEPSY!
Tursas vs. Hallowicked: Hallowicked kept attacking but never really hurt Tursas. He was slowly wore down as Tursas kept throwing him to the floor. The match ended when Hallowicked charged Tursas in the corner only to be caught and driven down to the ground and pinned.
Tag Team Match Quack ‘N’ Jig vs. Claudio Castagnoli & Ares: Claudio will get a rematch for the Grand Chmpionship in 3 weeks, but tonight is about the Tag Titles for him. Every Tag Team win is important as we get closer to crowing our first Champions. Claudio never made in into the match as Ares took a JIG ‘N’ TONIC and QUACKENDRIVER IV and was quickly pinned!
Cage Match Delirious vs. El Generico: Generico survived Delirious’ initial attack and battled back after putting him into the cage several times. After a moonsault, Generico got the pin and won the match.
Main Event: Chikara Grand Championship Match Daizee Haze vs. Sara Del Rey [C]: This match has been analyzed in great depth by our fans on the Chikara message board. On one hand Sara might be doing a nice thing granting her friend a shot at her title. On the other hand this might just be a ploy to keep the Title in the BDK. Either way, the fans do want to see this match. They’ve grown to respect both girls despite their association with the BDK.
Daizee started the match strong but it soon turned into a back and forth. Daizee survived two ROYAL BUTTERFLIES and Sara kicked out of the MIND TRIP. Daizee got a long 2 count when Sara missed a deathjump and repeatedly escaped the LeBell Lock. But after a series of powerbombs and German suplexes Sara hit the ROYAL BUTTERFLY again for the win. A surprisingly clean match that began and ended with a hug between the two competitors. The crowd is impressed, but somewhat confused by this display of sportsmanship.

Bryce Remsburg: Folks, there are big things happening in the realm of the Chikara Grand Championship. We already knew that former Champion Claudio Casagnoli would get his rematch against BDK stable mate Sara Del Rey at the end of February. But now, Director of Fun Leonard F Chikarason has announced that both Claudio and Sara will be in singles action over the next two weeks. They will both face the same two opponents, and those opponents will not be announced till they come to the ring next week. We do know that they are two wrestlers not on the current Chikara Roster, although they will be after their debuts. It could be anyone, but we’ll have to wait and see.

UltraMantis Black Update
UMB: So UltraMantis Black has aligned himself with the technicos for over a year now. I do not necessarily regret it, but it has been less than fruitful. For all of Mister Mike Quackenbush’s efforts, not only is the BDK still here but they control The Grand Championship of Chikara. I am starting to think I am doing things wrong. In the old days my Neo Solar Temple would destroy anyone in my path, but sadly they are no more. So I have decided to raise a new Dark Army to help battle the BDK and all the other rudos wreaking havoc in Chikara. I tried things your way, Mike Quackenbush, it’s time I tried things my way.

Card 34: February, Week 2
Amasis vs. Pinkie Sanchez: Sanchez had one of his most dominant matches. After Amasis kicked out of the BURNING SNICKLEFRITZ Sanchez locked on the Inverted Chikara Special for the submission win!
Ares vs. Green Ant: Ares dominated the whole match but took two TIGER DRIVERS to get the win.
Tag Team Match The Throwbacks vs. The Colony: Fire Ant was singled out and took a beat down on the outside by Sugar Dunkerton. Back in the ring Sugar used Kiss My Converse to secure the win.
UltraMantis Black vs. Tim Donst: Donst stayed in control and dragged Mantis into the ring for the pin after a belly to belly suplex over the top rope. While Mantis was down Delirious came to the ring and he and Donst rammed Mantis into the ring post repeatedly. Suddenly two cloaked figures appeared and chased the BDK members away from mantis. They watched on mysteriously as Mantis had to be taken from ringside by stretcher. UltraMantis Black is hurt for 8 cards.
Ophidian vs. Brodie Lee: Lee used his power to throw Ophidian around in the early going. But Ophidian locked on the Death Grip and never let go, wearing Lee down until he submitted. That’s a big win for Ophidian!
Claudio Castagnoli vs. Colt Cabana: The first mystery opponent is revealed to be Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana. Claudio looks stunned but is he worried about the fun loving Colt? Colt goes for a quick win with the Superman Sequence and the Billy Goat’s Curse. Claudio escapes and starts his campaign of power moves. Cabana is hit with everything Claudio has except the RICOLA BOMB, but Castagnoli is disqualified for colliding with the referee while coming off the top rope. Apparently Nick Papagiorgio thought it was deliberate, and one can’t blame him for assuming so. Colt gets a win over the Swiss Superman and number one contender!
Trios Match Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw, & Johnny Saint vs. Team FIST: A rematch from the Season Finale. At least one tag was made this time. Gargano got a 2 count on Jigsaw with a slingshot spear, then tagged in Taylor who quickly ended the match with an Omega Driver! These teams are 1 and 1 in Trios action but have yet to have an exciting match.
Main Event Non-Title Match Larry Sweeney vs. Sara Del Rey [C]: The crowd was shocked to see the return of Sweet ‘N’ Sour Larry Sweeney. What will it mean if he beats Sara? Sweeny started with a flurry and was then brutalized by Sara. After the 4th ROYAL BUTTERFLY he stayed down for 3! Sara now has 20 wins, the most of anyone in Chikara.
But what’s this? Eddie Kingston has come out on the ramp. He’s staring Sara down. The War King is back! We’ve got to go; we’ll see you next week!
