I thought this might be be elaborate angle at first but I have to admit it doesn't look like that's the case. I hope we still see the cards that were already planned to be released this year

I think Tom stumbled on the next big thing when he put together the WrestleCon pack. 1 ROH guy, 1 CHIKARA guy etc...we have had big sets for CHIKARA, ROH, SHIMMER, CWFH, CZW etc.. and as a result, the well is quite dry for all the feds now. The answer? Power packs. Couple ROH guys, couple CHIKARA guys, a SHIMMER lady, a CWFH Main guy, a top CZW guy etc...not to mention many other Indy feds worth exploring like PWG. It's like revisiting the LOTF style after a mad rush of fed specific sets. It might be the best way to keep this party going while still getting quality names from top to bottom in every set. This would be excellent. In my honest opinion, I think Chikara is done. It seems Quack teaming with Liger was his last match and we will only be seeing Wrestling Is stuff. |

Clearly, by the public relations team at the Titor Conglomerate. Or possibly "told" via a plain envelope delivered by armed Condor Security officials. What was in the envelope? Money? Incriminating photos? A Condor dossier on Tom Filsinger? Think about it--it's the perfect thing for Them to say. If it turns out to be true, They are revealed as having inside knowledge. If it is a work, They can claim They were invited to participate, so They still come across as insiders. As for the cancelled shows... The fact that no tickets were sold, and the show dates overlap with cards now being run by the various Wrestling Is... Promotions (You know: Cool, Heart, Intense... Even Kaiju Big Battel. Also Wrestling is... Awesome, Respect, Art, or Fun !Since the wrestlers at the show signed NDA's, the information has to be coming from someone with a darker purpose. Maybe even OSSWE... |

I am pretty sure it is a work, since the websites for Titor and WMD look too thin to be real.
But just imagine the effort and planning that have gone into it.
One of these websites goes back to 2007!?!
Chikara does like to think longterm and do some crazy angles.
So I am giving it till end of July.
That will coincide nicely with Chikarmy #2 and also time it for them to ramp back up to the big reveal.

I would put my money on a return right after National Pro Wrestling Day in early February. The story will continue I'm sure, but first real Chikara show not before then. As for Chikarmy #2, that is set to come out this fall. So timing of the Chikara hiatus is good considering the releases for the Chikara game this year. |

Then I will wait patiently and hope the guys continue to get steady work with the Wrestling is and other promotions while everything is sorted out or restructured.
Are there any plans in the pipe Filsinger wise "post" Chikarmy #2?

A PWG set would be awesome, as would sets for Dragon Gate & Evolve, plus a CZW expansion set.
