Here's a question. We know Tom has released at least one "alernate version" of a guy he alredy signed (Ted Dibiase). If he signs these guys to Legends contracts, and one of them gets called up to the WWF (I refuse to say 'E') and becomes a major star--or even a decent mid-level star--can Tom re-issue the card because his Legends contract predates the WWE contract? Or is a Legends contract for a one-shot deal only? I'm no lawyer, and I have not seen all of the agreements that FG has signed with the wrestlers, but I think that this is fairly simple. FG has the right (based on the releases that it gets) to use the name and likeness of the wrestlers for the game. They also get the rights to certain gimmick or gimmicks IF the wrestler has the rights to them. If FG had signed CM Punk when he was with ROH, they could still use his name and likeness in the game.... but could not update the card with new move names that WWE trademarks. If the wrestler goes by a name other than the one that he had when the agreement was signed, chances are that Vince owns the name, so FG could not use the new name, but could continue to use the old gimmick. I'm no lawyer, but based on what I've seen involving Sabu, Sandman, the James Gang, etc., this is how I figure that it goes.

Back on topic, I for one will definitely order this set and I am certain that the LWA will draft these guys out into the territories. So you'll see at least a couple of these guys making their debut in the EWF later this year.

It will depend on the cards. If they're lower card guys I will, if they have potential to be title holders, probably not.

Well one other member of the set in particular may have a hard time with the Chikara Special

Today's wrestlers usually have fancy names for regular moves. Will the booklet define every single move for those who have not seen these wrestlers?

Quack is a big reason I want this set.

I plan to buy the set, and integrate the guys into my fed as it makes sense to do so.
Maybe it's me, but I don't see how Chris Hero is any more out of place against Harley Race than Sandman is against Frank Gotch, and I've had no problem using those two in the same fed together. I say bring on the Legends of the Future.

It's a natural idea to go the future legends route. As I've been trying to show with the "possible wrestlers" thread there are so many possiblities outside of the WWF ( I just can't say WWE) that any wrestler is a welcome addition to me.
Sounds like a good list to start with.
