Maybe it's me, but I don't see how Chris Hero is any more out of place against Harley Race than Sandman is against Frank Gotch, and I've had no problem using those two in the same fed together. I say bring on the Legends of the Future. Excellent point Tommy!!!

At first I thought I would just mix the Indy cards for Legends of the Future in with the rosters for the brands (RAW and Smackdown) of my regular.
But partly since my Major League Wrestling rosters are already so large, I decided to create a separate developmental fed called Minor League Wrestling that is connected to my regular LOW fed Major League Wrestling. And one of the first thing's I'm going to do when Legends of the Future is released is hold a tournament to decide my 1st ever Minor League Wrestling Champion.
Some of the Indy wrestlers (such as Savage-T) might be on both the rosters for Major League Wrestling and Minor League Wrestling sort of similar to how some of the WWE talent such as Kofi Kingston, Maryse, and Kevin Thorne (who I actually haven't seen on ECW in quite awhile) are on both the WWE roster and still work with at least to some degree with the WWE's developmental fed Florida Championship Wrestling. However, most of the wrestlers in Minor League Wrestling won't also be regulars on my shows for Major League Wrestling.

I'll probably end up using Sweeney, Hero, Quackenbush, Necro, Drake Younger, Delirious, and Arik Cannon. Might use Claudio, too. I don't remember the other guys in the set (I think Adam Pearce is one of them?)

These guys are gonna be great with my legends. I am going to set up an ECW type league, where you have young guys who can't break through the "glass ceiling" and guys at the end of their careers looking for one last shot. It will be fun to use them with the Indy guys already out.

I say bring on the Legends of the Future. Well, that's a bit of an unfair comparison, Hero is more Race's style in that he's technical for the most part. Not saying Harley couldn't do anything else, because he could...I'm just saying someone like maybe Necro would have been a better comparison.

So my final decision on this was to just give them their own television show. It's going to be called NWA Underground and they'll have the NWA Underground Heavyweight Championship. With the Indypulse guys I feel it'll give them a nice mix to go against each other. I'll probably mix the Samoan Island Tribe, Sandman, Justin Credible and a few others in just for kicks.

Its not unfair at all, since my point is "status" and not "style". But, if you must...I DON'T see how Necro Butcher is any more out of place against Harley Race than Sandman is against Frank Gotch.

I think it ties into the infamous "conversion chart" (gasp). If you really look at it, the time frame isn't much different from Frank Gotch's time to wrestling today and then wrestling today to the start of the GWF in 2087 (2074 if you want to get technical with Early Classics). If we feel a Legends guy would need a conversion chart to compete against the COTG guys, really, Frank Gotch would need one to face the Sandman. But most forgot, wrestling is one of the most pure sports, and perhaps one (if not THE) oldest sports. Probably why the Greek Gods could compete so well in the GWF.

Well, as far as conversion charts go...Greg Valentine's GWF card is stronger than his LOW card...so if anything, that's proof that the LOW guys should be beefed up against the GWF, or the "vintage" guys should be beefed up against the modern guys...
Just sayin'.
