Be nice for a LE/SE card for a Piper's Pit. I think was a bootleg for it somewhere. Could do the Pit with Snuka again, one of the best Pits ever. The Piper's Pit bootleg is part of the '85 WWF set if I'm not mistaken.

I remember having to use Greg Valentine as a face because there were so many heels then. Yeah I'm going heel Piper with a Snuka feud to start. I had Gotch as a "tweener" face then, but prefer him as a heel Interesting, I usually use Gotch as an all American hero type.

Flair and Hogan cards: hell ya I pay the extra money. Be great for a 5 or 6 pack for the Horsemen or even NWO. Or how about a faces of Foley set. I would love to see an nWo set released. I doubt it could ever happen but there are still plenty of guys to choose from.

Back in the days when wrestling was 'legit' he would throw punches etc. And intentionally try to injure guys. I've used him as a 'tweener myself.

That's awesome! I have had the rare luxury today going over and reading the Legends booklets from start to finish to refresh myself of all the wrestlers. The people who put legends together are doing a great job to present it in such a professional way.
I am hoping for a Honky Tonk Man card in the future to match him up with Jimmy Hart, I love his card and for now I have got him backing Greg Valentine to push after an IC belt. Re-reading the booklets has made me realize just how many great wrestlers of all eras and styles we have in the game.

I read Piper's Wikipedia write up and I has forgotten how much history he had with other people in the game. Working as a heel and a face so often he's squared off with a lot of them. The coconut incident with Snuka and the Dog Collar Match with Valentine are high points, but there's plenty more there already, not to mention the new stuff we can dream up...

Unfortunately, HTM announced a couple months back that he's signed a WWE Legends contract, soooo it may be a while You can check out my bootleg group. I just added a Honky Tonk Man bootleg on my yahoo group. Hopefully you can use that until he signed.

Doesn't Piper have a Legends contract also?

I wonder if Piper doesn't have a separate kind of deal. Most WWE/Legends contracts are pretty all-encompassing as how much the WWE controls in regards to appearances, outside projects, etc. Piper still takes a lot of movie roles and such that are way outside the WWE banner.
