When I was a kid I had a Heroes of Wrestling VHS tape and Ricki Starr was on there and I remember watching his match over and over and felt he was a standout of that era. Lots of showmanship going on.

Lots of showmanship going on. I think I had that same VHS. He and Antonino Rocca really stood out for their athleticism for that time.

I remember Bruno Sammartino vs. Magnificent Maurice and Sam Steamboat against Mike Sharpe, a different Mike Sharpe than the 1980s WWF version, obviously. Anyway, Ricki Starr was a lot of fun to watch and he'd make a great addition to LOW.

that was most likely Mike Sharpe Sr., Iron Mike's dad. Starr would be great in LOW> I'd probably team him and Rocca up as Aerial Assault if he were ever to get a card.
