The next Legends set won't be out till next summer? At least if I read Inside Tom's Head correctly. Argh! Any word on whether or not we'll at least be getting Legends online anytime soon?

We could look at it three ways, either it will happen before the Summer during the Summer or after the Summer of next year, thats a bummer of sorts but it's good news that they're will be another Legends Edition coming out.

I'm looking forward to the SE/LE cards coming out later this year for LOW or LOTF (hopefully both!) that The Promoter mentioned.

You now, at some point there's only so far you can go and still make a set the average person will buy. We've got Rick Rude, Jimmy Snuka, The Road Warriors, Buddy Rogers....some pretty heavy names. Now most of the other huge names out there are either guys who have been contacted and not interested in the idea (Bruno, for example) or guys locked up under WWE Legends deals that can't negotiate. A lot of us would buy a set full of lesser known regional stars of the 70s and 80s or golden age guys, but the average game buyer will not.
These were never meant to be regular releases and I'm amazed and grateful that there has been as many as we've seen.

Bummer I know, but it is tied into Tom's schedule. The good news is that there looks to be 6 new Legends and LOTF SE cards available this fall, plus a spring time release of another LOTF set, so there will be some things to tide over Legends fans until the summer.

Plus it's not like there isn't going to be ANY attention, as there are still plans on releasing a couple Legends SE/LE cards. Add in perhaps LOTF2 and we still have plenty to look forward for Legends.

My problem with limited edition cards is that there is no handbook to describe their moveset.

move descriptions would be nice on the LE/SE cards especially if they are the LOTF type that most havent heard of.

It sucks having to wait until next summer but with 100 plus Legends cards it's not like anybody is going to run out of cards to use.
