Looking for any kind of resolution for those of us having multiplayer connection problems. I was able to get into a game earlier this week, but now when i try to get into a game the game hangs on the waiting for other player to finish loading the table.
I'm really at a loss why it's so hard to get MP game tables up and running.

I'm really at a loss why it's so hard to get MP game tables up and running. I second this....something needs to be done about this problem. JMellow and Myself couldn't get a table going for 3 days straight before we finally got lucky and got it done. I mean we're paying for the game table and multiplayer online and it needs to work better than this.

This is the first I've heard about any connection problems since the first week of the Stress Test that were not directly related to a firewall issue. So, we'll need to do a little troubleshooting here. To that end, I've made the java box that's the engine for the connection visible to y'all again. The next time you try to connect and have problems, I'll need the following information - from both people, preferably, because seeing one half of a broken connection doesn't necessarily help: 1.) The type/version of internet browser you're using. 2.) Any pop-up windows that spawned as the Game Table was loading and your response to their prompts. 3.) The contents of the java box (it'll show at the very bottom of the screen, under the notes) cut and pasted into the message. This'll give us a place to start with the debugging. Some other troubleshooting steps you might make in the meantime: * Make sure you're using Internet Explorer, preferably the newest version of IE 7. IE is the only browser that the multi-player component of the Game Table currently works on. * Go to www.adobe.com and click the "Get ADOBE FLASH PLAYER" button to make sure you're running the most current version of Flash. * Go to www.java.com and make sure you've got the latest version of Java installed, as well. Those steps might not fix your problem, but they're basic troubleshooting steps that we can get out of the way first. Thanks for your help, guys! We'll make sure this gets ironed out ASAP.

that's the thing is i've got the latest IE and and java as of tonight. I also disable all my firewalls and internet security down to low.
The only pop up i get is Ok/Cancel for MP/SP game question. After that it hangs for both players on the waiting for other player to load table.

3.) The contents of the java box (it'll show at the very bottom of the screen, under the notes) cut and pasted into the message. This is the really important part ... without this, I have no way of knowing which player the connection's breaking for, and it also gives me a little insight into why the connection's breaking.

The only problem I have is I get a message that says the server has too many clients currently. My firewall is down, I checked my java, I jumped through every hoop I could think of, but it still was telling me the server had too many clients to operate that table. I don't know what else to do.

I got the same message last night when trying to connect with thefaction Alright, the good news is that we're at least getting to a point of consistency with the problem, then. The bad news is that it's not something that is in the realm of something BDS is able to fix. We'll talk to our flash/network scripting guy and see what we can get done with us. In the meantime, please keep the bug reports coming, because every little bit can help.

I've gotten the server is busy as well error, but that appears to be tied to my firewall and if I turn it off I don't get that prompt.
The biggest ? seems to be the constant waiting to load as I can't really attach that bug to any specific issue.

The "Waiting to Load" screen is because of a broken connection for either of the two players. If one of the players isn't communicating info back and forth to the server properly, it's going to cause a problem for both players, and that screen will sit there.
That's why the info in both players' java boxes is important in a bug report - it gives us info as to which player was having the problem, and what that problem could be.
