Your fed?

I had played a couple cards and kept results a la COTG for the Chikara game,but I'm just not feeling it. Because I'm using the starter set (even if I had all the sets they aren't current anyway) my roster is nowhere near the current roster,and the heel/face/stable alignments are wrong if I go by the handbooks/card art. Plus it feels weird to have say,Quackenbush defend the Chikara championship in your game,then watch an iPPV the next day with face long blond hair Icarus defending!

So my question is: what do you guys do? Do you run your own "alternate reality " Chikara,ROH,whatever,or do you run like " Mike's Rassle Fed " and have guys from Chikara ,Evolve,CZW,NWA ,whatever all mashed up and fighting for the MRF BELT? I'm leaning toward the latter,

I do my own Alternate Reality... but that's because I mostly play LOW and you kind of have to.

As for what I do with the color indy sets, since I'm not too terribly familiar with all of them, is I just pile them all together and make my own big ass Super Fed.

That's what I'm thinking about doing. Just having Awesome Wrestling Alliance and everyone's in it,feuds and stuff are all my own.etc.

I have 3 feds

Chikara. I use the guys who are currently in Chikara & a few former guys to round it out. Quackenbush is active. Icarus is a technico. UMB, Hydra & Crossbones are rudo and feud with Delirious, Hallowicked & Frightmare. Jimmy Jacobs is not there because I use him in ROH, assailAnt is still with deviAnt & combatAnt.

ROH. I use the current roster except Elgin was lost a loser leaves match. Arik Royal & Robert Anthony won roster spots by winning the 1st two Top Prospect tournaments. Bryan Danielson, Austin Aries, Colt Cabana & the Kings of Wrestling are also on the 42 man roster.

NWA. Includes everyone else.

My core fed is EVOLVE Wrestling with my main roster focused on the EVOLVE starter set, but I've added wrestlers who appeared in EVOLVE from the other indy sets. I use the many other indy cards in my Indy Scene which is tied to EVOLVE Wrestling in the form of guest appearances at my EVOLVE events or side shows. Overall my main focus is EVOLVE, but sprinkling the rest of the Indy Sets into my universe...

I could say the same for my CZW fed. Mostly, I start off with the first two sets and add in some alumni from other indy sets to round out my talent. I even added in a Nick Mondo bootleg from the download library on this board to add some zest since he was with CZW at one time before retiring from the organization in real life.

I have a ROH fed as my main fed of choice in the indy sets that gets most of my time when I can run a card or two. EVOLVE, CZW, SHIMMER, CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING FROM HOLLYWOOD and CHIKARA are feds unto themselves however I will have wrestlers either jumpship to another fed or some are journeymen/women who hop from fed to fed. I keep track of champions but will do only a couple cards in a "month" for them and four per month for ROH before it gets a PPV and the others get a PPV/Supercard to round out their month of shows just because I don't have a lot of time at the moment. This works but if I were change interest in feds then ROH would get only two shows per month and the new fed I am focussed on would get the 4 shows in a month then a PPV.

Keeps it constantly fresh.

Plus I have a Legends fed that is a focus for me as well.

I run a totally mixed fed using sets that caught my eye and I ordered and boot leg cards. I have people from the first Champions set and the 2129 mini set, which I ordered for Wiggy, mix with everybody from Dean Moxley and Claudio Cesaro playing fired WWE wrestlers to Christopher Daniels and Kazarian. I even use the promoter primer and promoter magazine cards. A truelly mixed set. If they ever come out with a set from the live show I would love to have the live actors mix with the GWF characters they played.

There is a set based on the live show,with Chuck Taylor as Thantos,Orange Cassidy as Star Warrior,etc.

I know I was referring to the reverse, a actual Chuck Taylor card and have chuck team with Thantos.
