I never said I didn't like Demolition, in fact I made my own Demolition mask as a kid, only because I couldn't afford shoulder pads. If Demolition knew what they were which lead to the inside joke of them calling L.O.D. Demolition wanta bes when every body knew it was the other way around. Beside just because a team starts out imitating a nother team doesn't mean that the new team is no good look at the Midnight Rockers blatant Rock & Roll express clones but look where they ended up.

To be honest Demolition was two guys (Ax and Smash) who had strong runs as singles wrestlers brought together as a tag team and therefore could have a different match and any style of match depending on the team they battled. The Road Warriors were an amazing tag team that were very dominate as such. But were just that: Tag team specialists. You couldn't have one without the other. The moment Crush was brought in Demolition were no more. Ax's health issues was from the buildup of toxins in his body from the amount of shellfish he was eating when wrestling still as Masked Superstar in Japan. When Ax got deathly ill from it they attempted to continue the Demolition without him and Barry and Bill's suggestion was to just let the originals take a break and then come back fresh once Ax's health was good but Vince didn't want to do that and thusly Demolition with Crush and Smash fell flat because fans wanted Ax and Smash. Also Crush was really "green" at the time which may have contributed as well. Wow. I have never heard that Ax shellfish story before.

Yeah that story is from Bill Eadie himself in this sit down interview. Very cool interview with Demolition by the way. Demolition Interview

I'm not into the online game. I want a legit Sage card I can have him sign!!! Promoter Prime gives both an Online card and the same card in PDF form so those that still prefer cards & dice can do so... and get the cards signed. Promoter Prime is awesome. I really think anyone not subscribed are missing out on a lot of great cards.
