Now that I have the evolve and CWFH sets I decided to reboot my chikara/ROH fed and make separate fed for each with some overlap. I want to keep stuff orgamized better now that I will have multi feds. Do you guys use a current calendar or just start with a generic one.

In my Indy Wrestling Universe, I use a regular calendar for 2015.
Much easier for me than to do Year 1 - Show 1 or whatever.

When I use to run CotG and LoW feds, I would use old Calendars (not always) for those feds. Now with my EVOLVE Wrestling I only use Months and pre-book how many events I'll run in a month. I don't use dates only the Month and Fight Card Number...

I am thinking of running one TV show and maybe a could of house shows a week and a PPV once a month. How many shows do you generally run.

I am thinking of running one TV show and maybe a could of house shows a week and a PPV once a month. How many shows do you generally run. Your plan looks good and it'll truly be up to how that schedule works for you and if your happy with it. My Calendar setup leans toward the real EVOLVE fed with only having a few events in a month and they are iPPV only. My 4th game year has 19 events for EVOLVE Wrestling with a mix of side shows, so my event number will change in what my plans are, but that is how I like booking my fed. In the end, just have fun with your fed and not over working your self...

It always boils down to what you want (and are able) to do. Don't say you want to do weekly shows if you aren't able to actually roll weekly shows. You will just get frustrated with it all and lose enjoyment for the game.
I personally just run on a numbered show system without taking years/months into account. I don't run shows on a regular basis. Some months I will roll a bunch of shows and some I won't roll any at all. So I just think of it as a fed existing outside of a specific timeline, which actually makes a lot of sense since the LOW guys and gals are from so many different eras.
