I found this on TNAInsider.com and it looks like TNA and DA may have to take legal action if sites like Meltzers do not stop. Here is a link, not much but this is what was reported...

The "legal action" threat is beyond laughable and a sign of desperation. Meltzer wasn't born yesterday--even if somehow he's wrong he's not going to just spout off on something he knows is false, and without that any chance of a defamation lawsuit dies.
